This place is great, clean, and welcoming. It was easy spending $60 on pet treats!! The kitties are friendly and they are from Bartholomew county humane society!!We met with our dog trainer to work on socializing George!! The last picture is George at my store, not Petsense. Lol

The staff is really nice and we go there for our dog food and toys etc for our dogs. We get a free bag of dog food after we buy 10 bags, plus discounts on toys and other things.

Actually, I wouldn't even give them one star. Promised a free grooming that they reached out and offered me after a previous groomer had been let go. Btw, she would, at least, personally, text me if she was running late or something. Anyway, grooming appointment was scheduled for 3:30p. I took my pup in, and there was no groomer. One groomer had left, and the other one wasn't scheduled in til 4p. Why wasn't I given a phone call? So, I chose to reschedule as I didn't want to wait or leave my baby there to wait in an unfamiliar place in a cold, hard kennel by herself. It was scheduled for 4pm today. I called around 3p to verify there would be a groomer there and was told the groomer was running late. They took my number and said they'd have her call me when she got in, so it's 4:36pm. I haven't heard a word. F- if I were giving them a report card grade. It's awful, horrible customer service. I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM USING THEIR GROOMING SERVICES.

Can never get the fish, always "ick", in the tanks. For the last 2 months anyway. Very inconvenient. Not the nicest people either.

went in the store today 03/24/2023 at 1:00 pm. walked in and the young man that was there was just standing there on his phone, never bothered to look up from his phone and barely grunted out a hello or hi, never asked if we needed help. still on his phone at this point, had to ask which register he was on and then he got a attitude like he was being disturbed. your store is fine but you need to find some better and friendlier help. if i go back and he is working i will take my business elsewhere. you should be ashamed to allow your employee to stand around and be on their phone when there are customers in the store.

Really good grooming service, loved the work they did on my boxer and will definitely make another appointment. They left his coat nice and clean and his fur was really soft. His nails looked perfect. Easy to call and make an appointment. Highly recommend.

I went there yesterday for some flea and tick shampoo for my two dogs and also got them a couple doggie bones to keep them busy after their bath. They do have a very good selection of toys and chew bones downside is they are proud of almost everything in that store what I mean is it is expensive there. I wish their prices were a little less hard on your wallet but the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will go back from time to time.

I was very surprised this place caters to cats, not just dogs. They have a great selection of cat products, they have cats up for adoption, and Jessie was kind enough to bathe, flea dip, and nail trim my cat. She was really calm and good with animals. She also gave great advice for cat care, and even works on Sunday! My kitty feels so much better after her visit to pet sense. I will definitely come back in future! Thank you all so much!

A little pricey, we spent $100 on 2 leashes and 2 harnesses for dogs. We didn't get anything else. They do have a better variety of things than other places, but we were not that impressed. Next time we will travel farther to get better prices in the things we need.

Loved the store, not a full on hardcore pet store but it definitely does the job! We have a wide range of babies at home so that's the only reason I say the first sentence. But they do have options for you to choose from, just not what we needed. They sell bettas but a small selection. It definitely looked like they had almost every kind of dog and cat food available! Oh and check out the kittens they have available to take home!! All in all a good store. Clean, neat and easy to look at stuff.

I personally love this store. Always find great deals on great dog food. Have not tried the grooming service so can’t speak on that. My dog is always welcome and have never had an issue here.

They were missing a few high end and popular brands of dog kibble that I expected them to have (Orijen and Carna-4). They didn't really have anything for dogs with food allergies

Their food choices for giant breeds can be a little unpredictable. Great service and products and I understand there aren't a lot of giant breeds but it would be nice to have some consistency.
