This is a really nice Kroger store. It's clean and has plenty of brands to choose from. They have home, hygiene, & seasonal items too. The workers are friendly. I've only been here a few times as I am in Rochester on Tuesdays. So far, so good!

Ro Hester kroger isn't so bad some days, as I've said before (in these reviews, actually). Employees seem to be getting better! I can say that! The stock hasn't been amazing, idk if there is a staff shortage or it is that blizzard we just got that had everyone out bulk buying things that will spoil before they will be able to eat it, and being inconsiderate, likely the latter. I will say, there is a couple of women that are always on self check out that hover over me, quite literally treating me like I am trying to rob them blind 🙄 if you are going to hover, at least scan my soda so I don't have to lift it 😆

The plaza has a grocery store, and a farm supply store... which has restricted its bathroom to employee use only, so if you have kids, I just recommend that you stop elsewhere. The only bright spot is the Label Shopper, which is a clothing store that offers name brands at an overstock discount. Great people, great products, great deals. I'll go back there every time I pass through Rochester.

Kroger was a good experience as well with the shoe show. But karma's was another story, I walked in there with my step daughter to get her haircut an the lady looked at me like I was lost because they mainly do women's hair an my daughter had short hair. She asked me do u actually have an appointment here. I said yes an she acted surprised. I felt like I wasn't accepted being there an the haircut my daughter wanted didn't look anything like the picture we gave them after it was cut so for karma's I give them 2 stars

I mean come on it's Kroger, five stars is mandatory. However I do wish they would keep my sugar-free caramel macchiato creamer in stock. Other than that I love this store!

I like Kroger's but not crazy the prices. Right now EVERYTHING is high but they do need to get prices down some. To be honest I'd shop their anyways because I hate walmart in Rochester...

Got a few deals on home maintenance items needed. And was nice to see hubby pick out new work pants with out busting the budget. Our experience was affordable and necessary. Customer service was kind and helpful.

This shopping plaza has little to be desired. Although there are a few decent stores in the plaza, the parking lot and layout has plenty of room for improvement

Always go to Krogers as late as possible to avoid the crowds. Too bad pharmacy closes at 9pm, but wasn't too crowded then. They don't enforce mask wearing, which is troublesome and disturbing when it's crowded. Staff is always very polite, including pharmacy staff!

Sad, sometimes borderline terrible. The only real problem, MANAGEMENT, ESPECIALLY THE STORE MANAGER..... I'm disappointed in Kroger district management for even keeping such a manager. He was transferred from the Plymouth store to Rochester and the Rochester manager was moved to Plymouth. Since the switch Rochester has gotten worse and Plymouth has improved. That says it all.

The Pharmaceuticals Dept of Kroger's is outstanding specifically "Tracy PHD" who is always willing to educate when needed and goes beyond and above to provide expert service.

ITS CRAZY....Self checkout only use cards..leaves one maybe two sometimes three lines with cashier for cash customers ..The card customers decide to use the cash lane stopping cash customers holding line up ..if cash customers can't use self checkout then card customers shouldn't use cash lane .
