This pilot has cleanest pumps and bays in the whole US network even one in Canada 30 minutes ahead of Buffalo NY is not this clean. The newest pumps machines are usually dirty. To keep it clean there are dedicated team members working around the clock. We appreciate it

This is a nice pilot to stop at, can get very busy though. Always a pleasant experience when I stop here. Cashiers always greet people when they walk in which is always nice. When I had issues with the pump not accepting my code for double points, they took care of it to make sure I got them. Everything always looks clean bathrooms included. (Although on 12/13 there was no soap in the men's room.) This pilot has a subway attached and also has p.j. fresh items. Also has plenty of parking for trucks but remember at night it gets really full!!Overall a nice pilot to take a break at!!

Great place to stop for snacks and drinks. They had a great selection of soda to choose from, and everything was in great shape. Very clean. The staff was friendly too.

Very nice Pilot location! CLEAN shower, and a decent amount of truck parking. Pretty quiet here on this Sunday night. Would assume it’s much busier on a weeknight. Will make a habit of stopping here more often for sure 👍

Boasts the "coziest" showers for miles.Water slightly above from temperature, so that you never need worry about burning or redness.Per standard Pilot policy, trucks are parked ever which-a-way.Tire mart being constructed on the east end of their spacious parking lot.Still, I visit this place often, because the people are always awesome.

Always a good place to stop while traveling through the area. Lots of food and drinks to pick from. Gas may have up to 10% ethanol, however, but the price is low. Easy to get back out on the highway because there is a traffic light there. Quality and temp of coffee may vary depending on time of day. I ususlly take a taste first to see if its good. Very large cold drink selection.

Normally a great place. They are having all kinds of issues with pumps today. Looks like they may be working on them. Some were down. Some only one side worked and some def did not work on.

Showers are very clean and hot water plentiful, no mold or surprises on the floors or walls, not like some of the new Love's and there mold issues, over all the store was really clean and the people are friendly

Always clean and they have someone stocking and cleaning the hot food and deli area . Wide variety of drinks and ready to eat foods. Sometimes cashiers are to busy to be friendly,but they are fast , so I think that's preferable. Can't fit the large coffee cup under the coffee dispenser so that's a 😐. They are a great place to stop.

The pilot travel store is okay, but the Subway that is attached to. It was not open at 7:30 in the morning. In order to get breakfast, I find this very dumb being attached to a truck stop and you're not opening at 5 o'clock in the morning. Somebody really needs to rethink this and pull their head out of their backside and get something fixed.

This was the cleanest Pilot I have been to. The shower was spotless. Not a hair, no dust hiding behind the doors, the fan was spotless. The store was extremely clean and the staff was super friendly and appreciated your business!!! The fuel island is also super clean. This store takes pride in itself. From the clean parking lot all the way inside, you feel welcomed and cared for. A job well done and th we employees deserve a pat on the back for a job excedeling well done! I will most definitely continue stopping at this Pilot. Thank you management and employees for making this trucker feel welcomed!!!!

The gas pump interface had serious lag and glitches, and the fuel pumped so slowly that it was preposterous. I was pumping gas for about 10 minutes, and only managed to eke out 4 gallons of gas before I just couldn't take it anymore and left. Would not recommend.

They're always clean when I've been there. So when I was an over the road driver they were always my first choice to stay at and get a shower. I personally think they have the best coffee.

I go here twice a week almost every week of the year. The store is always clean and the employees are always nice. I've been meeting my son's father there for about 8 years (it's in the middle of where we both live with our own families) and I've never had a bad experience there.

This pilot has nice CLEAN restrooms, and the store was very nice as well. I did not use the shower but if they are as nice at the rest of the place that's great. I would give it 5 stars however the parking lot has more pot holes than our country roads!

The park is very nice and clean. The mountain bike trails were amazing. A good balance of tech and flow. The hiking trails were very scenic as well. The beach was closed due to being after labor day but I definitely will return in the spring to ride and swim.

The restrooms are usually clean. Fairly good selection of coffee and fountain drinks. They just got rid of their only sugar free cappuccino and they don't seem to have any healthy food.

It is a really good travel center. They have lots of stuff in the store that you may need in your road trip. To get good souvenirs of each State in a gas station store was a surprise. They have clean and well built Restrooms. And...For some reason I liked the coffee. Happy to discover how good Pilot Travel center is. :)
