I like the people at CVS. Always helpful and friendly. Pharmacy folks are also very nice and helpful. Trent, the pharmacist here, always takes the time to answer any questions you may have.

We called them first. To see if they had the flu and covid shots. They said they did. Made the appointment .for the same day. Went there to get shots. Then they told us . They couldn't give them to us because the shot wasn't thow. I think they should have told us right up front they couldn't.

Just had the most uncomfortable interaction with one of the ladies that work there in the pharmacy area. I couldn't see her full name badge but think it might have been Kathy ? She couldn't find my sons name in her system so she does a loud irritated huff sound, then tosses(instead of handing) a pen and pad of paper at me and tells me (not asks) to write his name down. Not one smile from her, she not only made me uncomfortable but even my daughter asked when we walked away why that lady was so mean for. Its just frustrating when all I am trying to do is get my child's medicine, and the person who is suppose to be helping me, made me feel like I was such a bother.

Very rude people especially a pharmacy employee named Josie she will hang up on you and bring tears to your eyes she works on the recieving side of the Pharmacy so beware this lady will ruin your day and mood

I have always found the clerks, pharmacists and associates to be friendly and helpful at the Petersburg CVS. The store is clean, well lit and aisles are clearly marked. Pricing changes so one day you get a bargain and another day not. The store is well stocked and Carrie’s a good variety of products.

Literally no pharmacy in my city had my prescription, or was willing/able to order it. I was traveling through Petersburg (where I used to leave) this week so I gave them a call. They were able to get me what I needed hassle-free, and gave me some tips on how to find it near my area. I miss living near this pharmacy! No complaints about them whatsoever. Great people.

Petersburg Indiana cvs constantly messes the insurance up. You can be the second car in line and it still takes an hour to get your prescription. This one of the worst cvs to be operating. Many customers are leaving cvs and going to Walmart because of extremely poor customer service.

Do not purchase things that have a warranty. They will not honor them in-house. Teeth grind mouth guard with 1 month warranty failed in 5 days but cannot return to store. We all know another store that would but rather not promote it.

My husband just picked a prescription,said who ever waited on him was so rude shoved the prescription in his hand ! Wouldn’t even make eye contact!
