Today I made my 3rd attempt at picking up medications ordered 11 days ago. I was finally able to receive 1 of them—- 1 still remains. It is a 90 day order. My insurance will only pay for a 90 day order. If it is less than, I pay 3 times more. I have been on this med for more than a year. Today I was presented with 30 days worth and a 30 dollar bill! Come on! You can do better!!!! This specific pharmacy just can’t get it together! This is not the first time I have had to go without life threatening medication because of the errors. I have completed surveys, spoke to the pharmacist, etc. nothing changes! Shame on you! YOU CAN DO SO MUCH BETTER!
