Long story short we purchased a 2014 ford escape with 125k miles. Didn't look at the history of the vehicle before I purchased but the 1.6l turbo engine that we have in the escape has several active recalls for possible fire issues due to internal coolant leaking. And unfortunately our engine was leaking coolant just not when we purchased. I tried talking with the owner on getting a different vehicle but he wasn't open to compromise except putting another faulty recalled 1.6l engine which he did do. Except he charged us 1600.00 for labor. And this is for a 13,750.00 vehicle that has over 4 active recalls?! Indiana lemon laws protect from this! I've put over 2000.00 into this car, brakes, cv axle replacement, rotors and alternator within a year. He also tried to theater me with litigation over interest because we haven't paid him his 1600.00? Why would I pay him when we overpaid and got ripped off? Don't buy from this guy. He is a crook.

I’m not a fan of buying a vehicle from a dealership and I’ve only bought a few cars from a dealership. I am very impressed with the quality of the vehicle I purchased, just as much as I am impressed with the service. These folks really care about you and the vehicle you are purchasing. I felt like I was buying a car from my best friend. They were honest and upfront about everything and provided me the car facts, which I found to be very informative. I had some minor issues about a week after purchasing and they got me in straight away and had the repairs done the same day. I was prepared to pay for said repairs since I bought the vehicle as is, but they would not take my money. Ryan and Josh were who I dealt with and they made buying my 2010 Jeep Wrangler a great experience. I will be making my next purchase at Pro Source Auto Sales for sure!!

I was given a more than a fair deal on my trade in that would not have happened in Lafayette. Small town businesses I think quickly get overlooked which is a shame. I was in a pretty bad accident with a semi, which resulted in my car being totaled. I explained my situation to Josh and he was very understanding of the whole ordeal. I could write a whole short story about the fantastic experience I had here thanks to Neal and Josh! I'm being critical here when I admit that these guys provide top-level customer service. They are honest, caring, and do the right thing. I came from out of state (4 hours) to purchase my '06 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Neal responded to my initial inquiry email immediately with a phone call (on a Saturday), was great to talk to, answered all my questions, and it only got better from there. Monday morning, he took and sent additional pictures I requested. From there, he kept constant positive communication to answer my questions and help what was a rather complex process along. Not being able to see the vehicle before applying/accepting a loan for it required me to trust him that the vehicle was all that he said it was. Purchase day came a week from my first inquiry and it was all that I expected! Everything went smooth, the vehicle is in great shape, and I am a VERY satisfied customer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

My granddaughter and son purchased a Chevy Captiva from this company that had a bad timing belt. This was her first car. She left a bad review on here and I will attest to it that the problem was disguised so they would have not known right away. We took it to get the breaks fixed and they were really bad so we replaced all four. We asked four an estimate to get the timing belt fixed and they quote a price of $1500.00 plus the transmission fluid was burnt and the extra cost was to fix the transmission. I'm sorry but this business duped my son and granddaughter. And they hardly budged on the price of the vehicle. Lesson learned and I'm sorry I wasn't there. If they would have looked up the vehicle they would have seen that the Captiva has problems. This business new that and they were looking for someone buy it and get rid of it. I will never send anyone here. If they can do it to them, especially her first vehicle, they'll do it to anybody. The owners response was not good enough because he cheated them in the first place. I'm reporting them to the better business bureau!! Buyer Beware!!

i will admit, they were very friendly but hid a very important detail about my car. i bought a 2014 chevy captiva from them and right before we got home there was a terrible sound from under the hood. i live in kokomo and you’d think with just purchasing a car that there would be no problems with it right off the bat but unfortunately you can spray wd-40 on belts to make them not squeak. i didn’t know that until i got home and found out that my timing belt was loose. right off the bat starting having issues with the car. we took it to a shop and said that it’ll be $2500 to fix the belt along with the fact that there could be a transmission issue because when they looked the transmission fluid was burnt. we would’ve taken the car back but they said that there was no warranty so we couldn’t return it. so please if you’re thinking about buying from them make sure you have someone who knows what they’re looking at, always get a second opinion with this place.
