I was there around 12:30 today. Wasn't super busy. Got in the self checkout line and had to stand in line almost all the way over by the produce section! I mean..why? Can someone explain why there was only 3 open? Disappointed in the fact that us customers are treated like we have lots of time to wait in a self checkout line. There are plenty of Walmart workers standing around that could be used to open a line up. Open more lines up to keep customers happy. We spend a lot of money at your store..speaking for everyone...just to wait in line. Why?

I absolutely love being able to purchase everything I need in one store I bought my husband a Hart power tool set for Christmas the sawzall guard broke off after using it twice he took it to Walmart along with the receipt (I had also paid for insurance) because he didn't have the box that the three piece tool set came in they refused to replace the sawzall

What good would it be to visit Henry County and not rest at the New Castle Walmart. They have a great sunset view. I don’t know why I’m so fascinated with Walmart’s. I guess it’s because I love shopping at them and seeing the different designs they have across the country. It’s good to see the people who work there too. Without them Walmart would not function. I hope they are being compensated fairly.

Don't try to get help activating a phone. They'll have you talking to someone from automotive who will ask you if you turned it off & back on before suggesting you go somewhere else to buy a new SIM card. Even the Wal-Mart online chat bot said just take it to your nearest store to have it activated. But that was beyond this store's abilities.

I was late getting off of work on Tuesday and I needed to order a birthday cake for my son. I went to the Walmart bakery, but sadly there were no employees to take my order. I was walking out of the store when Tom stopped me and stated he would take the order. Tom was so patient and went above and beyond to help me. I appreciate him for his kindness and the cake was perfect!

Would like to know why Walmart in New Castle Indiana does not offer senior discounts for us senior citizens other stores do why not you we need help with groceries times are tough for a senior citizens how about helping us senior citizens with groceries by giving us a discount! Not giving any stars I was just there I stood and the sporting goods counter for 20 minutes I was wanting to buy a gun no one around people that worked there walked past me number of times I walked around looking for some one and no one around it’s pretty bad when you have stuff for sale and no one around to sell it

6a open time. At register at 6:30a after walking in the rain for one pack of smokes. No cashier. No till. No help until almost 7a. Thought the store opened at 6 but I guess that isn't right? Either way definitely don't come here in the morning. They are not prepared to help you.

Ok as of 11/13/23 Truck drivers can only park 2 hrs. No more over night parking. Thank you to mangers and employees yall are some nice ppl. And i am sorry for all the worthless truck drives who throw trash and messed anything.

It’s a shame as a trucker who no only spends money it this place but also hauls your freight as an outside company and you all have the audacity to BANG on my truck at 6 in the morning when non-paying, non-Walmart affiliated people pull up and sleep in this same parking lot. I am not a Walmart fan at all. The customer service sucks. Employees don't know where things are at, Will run over you with the go get in carts. Won't speak to save their head. That being said I have changed my mind about New Castle location. The cashiers are wonderful the customer service is Amazing. They know their store. It's clean, organized and for the most part it's stocked pretty good. There is a cashier that I will always go to if I see her. Pleasant, knowledgeable. Very sweet. Her name is Izzy and she has old school customer service values.

This is the only Walmart that carries mama ramen so I make a special trip every time I'm in the MidwestEdit: as of March 12 2024 they no longer allow truck parking so I'll have to find another Walmart that has mama ramen. It's a sad day as I've been shopping here for 8 years whilst parking my truck on the outskirts of the parking lot usually spending around $3-400/ trip but another location will end up getting that money from me.

There is almost no customer support anymore. If and when it is necessitated for the employees to interact with customers, they are rude and don't seem to have any knowledge of store policy or procedure. Seems like customer service left with the cashiers when we started checking out our own groceries at higher prices.

Nicely remodeled, and like how they now do their clearance right where the product normally is instead of separating it. Their employees are all friendly and seem actually happy with working there. Over all ill visit here repeatedly.

Walmart is a big store with lots of parking spots. The employees are usually friendly, and some really try to help you. The one thing I don't care for is if they're out of something, it's a long time before they get it in.But, I will say that this is my GO TO store, in a brick and mortar building and online. EXCEPT for the size charts which are inaccurate, (only use the size charts within the pictures of the item), I like everything about Walmart! You always get your purchased items, and most of the time very quickly, and online you can get just about anything. I will shop Walmart before checking out other stores.Example: Just like the light up crochet hooks, they now sell them individually, which is cool, but they are not cheap $7.00-$10.00 or more a piece, which isn't cool, so I looked on eBay, and found a whole set of light up hooks for a fraction of the price, 9 hooks, and the carrying case for $18.00 to be exact.But like I previously said, I will buy from Walmart first...if they have what I need.Well, I went to Walmart again...big SURPRISE huh 😂 lol! GREAT place to hang out!Went to Walmart on a mission to find the perfect iron... well nothing is perfect except JESUS... and I definitely won't find him at Walmart! 🤔So, I found this little beauty of an iron. Haven't tried it yet but I'm excited to see how it works! Compact, cord wraps around the handle, comes with a cute little refilling cup, an extra burst of steam button, different temp settings, non stick sole plate, and is just all around soooo cute 😂! The price was reasonable to.**UPDATE**, the little iron is nice to use for crafts and small areas, but not good for ironing clothes. It only holds a small amount of water, and that runs out quickly. But I do like it and it's soooo cute!! Walmart was plenty busy today. But we got in and out in one piece 😂!

I called about availability of a mower battery. The young man who answered the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable and he put me at ease about purchasing a new battery.
