Called 2-3 times during business hours and messaged on fb with no response. On the 3rd or 4th call, I finally got through to schedule an appointment. When she answered, she said “I try to get to the phone in time so people won’t get so mad”, therefore I’m not the only one with an issue. We made our appointment for today, and before I came, I tried calling twice and sent a text with no reply just to confirm. I loaded up my dog anyway and drove there just in case her phone was on silent or something. When I showed up, the door was locked and nobody was there to answer the doorbell. I waited 5 minutes to pack my dog back up and leave. I don’t typically leave bad reviews, but I sought this place out because of it being the best reviewed place in town. Nothing but a waste of time.

Dogs were well taken care of and nice and clean also they smelled so so good and she even clipped their nails one of our dogs needed his hair cut too and she did an amazing job on him, plus the lady that did them was extra extra nice😁 and polite!! I will definitely be taking mine back to her oh ya she is also cheaper than anyone else that I have found 🌻🌻

Very "homey" place. You can feel your pet is in good hands! Only groomer locally to have not burn, cut, or injure any of our pets. No long waiting list, fair prices, and locally owned and operated. You and your pet will be satisfied with your visit!😃

She does great work and our old grumpy cantankerous Bernese mountain dog, who has buffaloed many other groomers loves her. Highly recommend.

The owner is very friendly and professional. Every time that I call she has no problem getting my poodles in. I've been taking my 2 poodles to her for over 7 years.
