My son and daughter-in-law took their dog there. And they sadly had to put him down, but they were the nicest people and they were very kind with him. During the process, giving him a furry boy blanket too put on the floor or chairs gave him goodbye and him time to visit a long as he wanted. Although it's a very sad situation, they were very kind. And that means a lot when you're putting your loved one down. Dogs are like family members. And they were just the best to my son and his family ❣️ When your family hurts, you hurt and when someone is kind to them. During this process, it's so appreciated and will never be forgotten.

Dr. Williams is a wonderful veterinarian and she always helps my little dog out when we’re there for his annual vaccinations. It’s affordable and the care the pets receive is awesome. Highly recommend this veterinary clinic to all of my pet sitting clients and nail trim clients!

Adopted a dog from the shelter, Pats clinic did a surgical procedure to remove a cyst on her abdomen, 3 days later the stitches spilt because they only put only one layer on. Drove Two over with a 3inch open wound on her abdomen and was told they were not an emergency vet and couldn’t see her and go somewhere else.Two was shaking in pain and bleeding no sympathy. I have never been so thunderstruck. I asked for a call from the Vet who performed this botched surgery, no, response, my beloved Two is now in the care of Dr. Garvin he was able to see her same day and was horrified by what he saw and what happened and the way Pats clinic had mis handled and abused my dog.These people are NOT qualified to touch a fly much less your pet. Please STAY AWAY!! I am suing them in small claims court!! If you love your pet Don’t Go Here!!!

They fit our sweet cat in and got her in and out without a problem! She was scared, but the vet was so good with her. Thank you, she will feel much better once the ear infection is gone!

It was probably a few years back I'm in event planner to help these fur babies get good homes last time I was here and did a benefit everyone was wonderful here I am here to the weekend and I already need help I have a house that I stay at it used to belong to my parents we never finish fixing it up but when I arrived there was a sweet as can be golden retriever little bit older and the neighbor said that the owner passed away two days ago and he refuses to leave the porch he's friendly can be around animals kids and anyone that has a pulse and only problem is is I've been here for two days and called two places and because he's probably around 8 it is a golden retriever lab mix from what I can tell so I have them at my property and I'm feeding him giving him water but I I am here to adopt my own baby and I already have three Foster's if anyone in the Marion county know someone who might need just a companion he seems perfect for somebody who's probably alone but he still sweet as can be I am hoping the community of Marion county can come together and help this dog who just lost his only friend in his owner by the time I reach there from New Castle I'm hoping to hear some feedback otherwise I will bring him to a shelter. It's people like pets pet clinic that can go above and beyond finding people like me that'll reach out to a whole community and get things for these fur babies

Biggest Joke ever first time I took a dog there and they wasn’t even able to give him a shot and he got kennel cough as it was his yearly vaccination then 2 years go by and I needed a quick appointment for a cat with conjunctivitis they told me he needed eye surgery funny how the other cats got it and a dog yet that disease is not contagious they diagnosed him with it is pink eye and they didn’t have correct meds to prescribe instead the meds they prescribed made his eyes sweep shut and he seems to not be able to see as well.It’s a joke of a place that I will never in a million years go back to. Wasted time and money.

Zero stars if I could! They are liars and they charged me fees on my prescriptions for my 5 animals and charged a $5 fee per pet, which was fine but then called me back to say they can’t fill them without being seen first cuz they apparently haven’t seen the vet in over 6 months!!!! I requested a refund for the prescription fees and I’ve called 5 times requesting my refund since I didn’t get the medications I ordered and they say they can’t do nothing about it. And they can’t get you in to see a vet for 2 months out and if you need service quickly I’d recommend another vet. Pats just takes your money and could care less about your pets!

I was a bit anxious, being there for the first time, new clinic; and some personal experiences of great loss in my life.Once arriving I was reassured she'd be in good hands.I did call back after 6 hours, of her being taken in, to see how she was doing. They did return my call with her update, and have gave her pain n antibiotics, and the after surgery things to do, or be careful of. I was also able to pick her up a little earlier. This blessed me.They took very good care of her!!Highly recommended.Thanks to all whom cared for our sweet Girl ❤️... many thanks

Very good affordable pet clinic. All three off my cats go there even diabetic mister old man. The vet is aware of financial situations ans tries to work to find medications for your pets that you will be able to afford and keep them healthy.

I had been traveling all the way to Indianapolis to take my dog to the vet when I moved here. But I am so glad to have found Pat's Pet Clinic. The staff was super friendly and Dr. Williams was so good with my anxious dog. Cost of office visit and shots was very affordable. I highly recommend Pat's.

I and family members have had nothing but good experiences with this wonderful vet and her staff. Our animals were well taken care of, the detail we get regarding medical issues and suggested options is informative and helpful, and the cost for every service is quite reasonable. Couldn't ask for a better place for my pets. We'll be coming back!

It was time for vaccinations and spaying for our pets and I was concerned after calling for estimates from local vetinarians. I was so relieved to find the cost so much more affordable at Pat's Pet Clinic!! Our pets were treated so gently and the staff explained everything in detail. We brought them home healthy and happy!! Could never get in to get an appt. I had to go to TSC several times to get my dog her shots. Put an app in at Muncie ARF for a dog and pats pet clinic said I wasn't up to date and didn't always get my dog in for her shots. Well last week tried several times to call, so I drive to pats and a lady sitting there at desk but can't answer calls. I told her I had to drive down there because nobody would ever answer and she said nothing. Not very professional in my opinion.

Pat's is WONDERFUL!!!Took my male tabby there to be fixed & he had a terrible time after waking from the anesthesia but the clinic staff was PHENOMENAL in caring for my boy..
