A Sweet Start: Grand Opening Review of Duncan Donuts in New Castle, IndianaNew Castle, Indiana just got a whole lot sweeter with the grand opening of Duncan Donuts (they've actually been open for @1month), and I was fortunate enough to experience it. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I knew it was going to be a delightful visit.The atmosphere was buzzing with excitement, and it was evident that the staff was just as thrilled as the customers. Every employee wore a genuine smile, and their enthusiasm was infectious. The service was remarkably prompt. It's clear that Duncan Donuts prioritizes efficiency without compromising on quality.As for the donuts themselves, they exceeded all expectations. From classic favorites like iced jelly and chocolate cream, there was something to satisfy every craving. Each bite was a perfect balance of sweetness and indulgence, leaving me craving more.Beyond the donuts, the coffee selection was equally impressive. I particularly enjoyed the rich aroma and smooth taste of their iced cinnamon vanilla cold brew.Overall, my experience at Duncan Donuts in New Castle, Indiana was nothing short of exceptional. The friendly staff, prompt service, and delicious treats make it a must-visit destination for any donut enthusiast. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu.

Went and got coffee. A small with 4 creams. Was no cream and lukewarm and grinds. Second was a medium suppose to have 4 sugars and 4 crams on the side. They put 4 sugars and black. Told a worker the next day and she totally ignored it. Coffee cost and I was very disappointed with her attitude and the coffee. I worked for dunkin before and would never treat a customer that way.what happened to the good donuts coconut butternut and filled donuts. They are made fresh at the locations anymore and not fluffy. Are they gluten free now? Donuts are suppose to the way they were. And I know. Worked at one when it used to be that way. Sad but true. And this location need to get people who care and stop making simple mistakes. And coffee needs to be hot. Especially how much it cost for everything.

I had a family member who started working at Dunkin as soon as they Opened. Shortly after that, I went in to do my interview and the manager Chrissy Told me that she was going to hire me for sure. My family member who worked there had a better opportunity so they left that job. Manager was talking very, very bad about me and told me that she was no longer going to hire me because one of my family members quit. I don’t think it’s very disrespectful that the managers of this place like to talk trash the customers behind their back that is very much disrespect. Have been thinking about calling the board of labor about this

The cinnamon vanilla ice coffee was good.Customer service polite and acknowledge customer right away.But, the donuts not good.I think they need to retrain on that.Not sure if they were old or just cooked too long.

I hate to complain about any new business but Anyone that knows me knows I am in a Dunkin Donuts every single day. I've been to this location 5 times now...This one has issues. Their cold brew is pure water with some cream, I've brought it up to the manager several times, no change. Service time is getting better. I'll drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to Muncie for Dunkin Donuts.

I use to go to DD in my old town all the time, I went to this one for the first time and I was very disappointed. Ordered that ice hot chocolate and they totally butchered it. Was watered down badly and they didn't add any of the toppings for it. I had a breakfast croissant sandwich and the top of it was 90% gone. One and done. Ain't coming back. Please give your employees proper training.

As this is “new” in New Castle, IN, the service was outstanding, food was great, coffee was delicious! I truly hope that the energy, smiles and service are a regular feature! The drive thru was busy, but the Dunkin’ Team were fluent and ran it like champions! Keep up the good work 😊!Parking: Dual line for drive through, which is great. The place was packed and parking spots full. Made the wrap around difficult for those who were dining in and full with drive through customers.

This was my 3rd visit. They were out of donuts on my 2 prior visits. This visit I ordered 3 regular yeast donuts and 1 curro. I got 1 yeast donuts, 1 unknown type of donut, 1 chocolate iced, cream filled donut, and my curro. The curro was as hard as a rock. You couldn't even bite it. The yeast donut was so so. The chocolate iced , cream filled wasn't eaten and the other donut you couldn't tel what it was when you took a bite. It was very odd tasting. Needless to say I was not impressed with Dunkin Donuts. They are a little expensive too, $1.69 each.

Went through the drive through and my girlfriend was laughed at while ordering. We forgot our drinks so we went back around to order some. When we pulled up to the speaker we were greeted with a rude “Yes?” And then we order to Carmel macchiatos. The speaker went quite for over 5 min and we sat there. Mind you 3 cars had already ordered and passed us in the other lane. Absolutely terrible customer service with the lady on the drive through speaker

The lady at the window this morning was very nasty to me. If she's having a bad day, she should try to leave her attitude at the door. I stop every morning for my mobile order and this was my first time dealing with her specifically. She yelled at me then walked away before I could even ask for her name. I hope I don't have to deal with her again. I like Dunkin', but her attitude ruined my morning.

More training is needed....we sat at the first window while 4 other cars in the next lane got their orders taken ...and left...not a good way to do business!
