This is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They NEVER have prescriptions ready even after sending a message that they're ready for pick up. It's extremely frustrating. If not for my insurance requiring me to go there, I'd have transferred out a year ago. The head pharmacist sent me on a wild goose chase trying to get my mother's prescriptions filled. It took 3 days. 6 hours were spent either at the store or driving to Greenfield to speak with her doctor about what he said was all of a sudden wasn't covered by Medicare. Luckily, my last trip was on the weekend when a knowledgeable pharmacist was working. There was nothing wrong all along and her original prescription was covered by Medicare. All of her prescriptions have since been transferred. I just wish I could switch mine! Don't go there unless you have LOTS of extra time and available frustration.

Make your own medicine it would take less time than this CVS would take. Been waiting on my medication for 6 days and it is still being processed. Got to love the speed and organization of this store.

My husband takes diabetic medicine, online says everything is filled, I go there and they say "oh online is messed up".. I had to ask for a pharmacist when they said they didn't gave his insulin because it was out of stock, this is the same insulin they said the day before they'd have ready in "30 minutes" so I said I'd pick it up the next day instead of waiting the 30 minutes. Once I asked the pharmacist, what should my husband do, should he go to the ER or what, they finally said they'd have it ready...in 30 minutes.(thought it was out of stock??)So I just stayed and waited.Every single time in the past two months I go in there they always say "it will be 2 hours" or "it will be tomorrow" we finally switched over to walmart and despite being told "all pharmacies are going through this" i was amazed how quick and easy it was. No problem whatsoever and super quick, and friendly. Do yourself a favor and switch to anywhere else. CVS must not be paying as well as other pharmacies because they cannot seem to get people. I honestly think the employees are trying to sabotage sales, probably because they are so short staffed and overworked. Corporate needs to step in before they get closed down.

My doctor’s office was on hold for over 40 minutes with this CVS location before giving up because no one answered. I’ve been in there while the phones rang and rang, and no one seemed bothered. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone there answer the phone. It is next to impossible to get any problems resolved.Today, I was interrupted by the lady at the register 3 times during our 45 second conversation, only for her to cancel the incorrect prescription, so now I have to drive back (because they won’t answer the phone). I’m cancelling all my prescriptions and transferring them somewhere else.

They refuse to fill dosages that have been doubled, ordered by my doctor, things like water pills and HEART MEDICATION, the last one being one I need to survive. Saying I "still have a lower dosage that was filled at so and so time." I understand they're short staffed but people still need their meds. If they can't fulfill the orders or the demand, then they need to work WITH the customers on switching pharmacies and close the pharmacy section. Period. They need to stop playing doctor.

One of the worst places u can go to if you’re wanting ur prescription on time. If you want it 5 days late then this is a great place for you. If you have nothing to do during the day then you will enjoy the 2 hour wait to just speak to someone just to be told to go to a different line then argue with the other person about having a script then after 45 min they will then find the script and then tell u they have to many prescriptions to fill that day to come back tomorrow then you get to do it all over again. They will also laugh in your face when you state u have to take the prescription every day and you have been trying for 5 days to get the prescription. So do yourself a favor and go to a different pharmacy unless if u like waiting in line for hours at a time

This place is terrible. They always have a "broken" drive thru window in order to force you inside, where you will then stand in a line for an hour, only to be told your medications aren't ready. Don't bother trying to call and find out beforehand, they simply hang up on you when you call. Incompetent.

Pharmacy sucks. Wait on phone to be answered for nearly an hour the day before my prescription was set to be refilled. Because every single time I go there there's an issue and a long wait. Well low and behold there was an issue. Waited behind 10 people get to counter told to go to consultation to then be told insurance issue. Said they needed my new card. But said he could see I had Medicaid. Which I do not. And Patrick the pharmacist is rude every time I've been in there and so is the other rude pharmacist who works there. No wonder they are under staffed. No one wants to work with ppl like that. I won't be back. They should close if they can't fill a rx in a timely manner or keep their drive thru open. Awful

The staff I do believe are doing the best they can, and should not be the ones to be blamed. The leadership of CVS making the rules needs to make a visit and revamp this location or close it.It may even be of benefit that those in this leadership position work as a team and take over the job duties to understand what is happening in real time. This pharmacy needs compassion and help not by the customers, or employees. But by the leaders that cut hours, and place barriers to perform the job to provide care that align with what they say they value and respect human-rights.The well-being of their customers are at risk. This pharmacy is in development or may be already be a health risk to this community. The pharmacist following ethical standard of care is in jeopardy or may already be actively neglected. In addition policy and code of conduct CVS states on there website appears to be a statement that is false at this location. When you serve the health of others and a community. The people come before the buisness model. Without people, you have no business. And when your risking health, your risking lives. This is a huge issue. So please see all the small issues of time management issues, bad manners, and others complaints as a call out for help. Because this is not a one time occurrence.I seen that CVS really sees the mental health crisis as a problem so I really hope that means they understand that linear thinking is not going to help to overcome the crisis in this store.I believe CVS is capable and has the knowledge and resources to help, if they wish to do so.This location needs attention today!

Ever since I've moved here I have encountered immense difficulty getting several prescriptions. The staff isn't rude and I truly believe they're doing what they can with what their given. Which is no where close to enough. I just today sat on hold for almost 4 hours because I'm guessing they was too busy to answer the phone. And each time I have had to go into the store because they have a sign stating they are too understaffed to have a single person working out of the window. Someone who has any influence in this corporations should really do something to help out their employees because they are STRUGGLING!!!! I'm sure the answer is gonna be understaffed but why does this pharmacy close early and open late if they are ak far behind serving this community.

My SO is having too many issues with this pahrmacy, they had prescription for over a week now, and they had it filled within the last 22-24hrs, yet somehow they lost it.....How do you lose a prescription in less then a day that has an area to be set aside for pick up later on in their area. Do people just not care? Do they not have the necessities from corporate? It doesn't really matter the fact or reason because this seems to be a solid continuation that has yet to be properly fixed, CVS corporate needs to get things in order and follow suite all the way down to be bottom of the pyramid in every way and aspect.

It’s always at least a half hour wait whether waiting inside or drive thru. I’ll get a text my meds are ready and wait all that time for them to not be ready

Slow all the time. Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes, 2 cars ahead of us, they spent 12 minutes with the car in front of us then when we pulled up they put their going to lunch sign up. Knocked on the window because i just waited for 20 min the lady was very rude and said it was out of stock even though I have automatic refills. So frustrating, they never work as a team in there rather you go inside or do drive through. Not going back.

The pharmacy staff is very rude. I have been waiting for a week on medications to be filled. I called to check on the medication and was told it would be at least 3 hours. I ran out of errands after 2 hours and checked again, my meds were not even in the queue yet. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Incredibly under staffed. The staff that are working are incredibly rude. They take lunch from 1:30-2. They had a long line of people today and they turned everyone away for 30 minutes i was the last one to be served right at 1:30, after i had been in line for 20 minutes, there were still 7 people behind me MAD they got turned away until after lunch . They should rotate lunch hours people should not be turned away when they need their meds. Lazy staff. Also the drive through was not even open today due to " lack of staff" i seen 4 people in there, one lady shoving her mouth with fries. Lazy and rude

The cvs store is pretty ok, friendly staff. No complaints for the store at all. The pharmacy though is terrible. The prescription had been sent to them at 10am. At 3pm they said they didn't have it. Called the Dr office, Dr had to call and talk to them to get it going. 20 min later they say it's ready. Pick it up, they gave us way less than the dr prescribed and changed on the package how often it should be taken. Dark haired tech that was working was rude when we asked about it, told us we had to talk to the Dr about it. Called the Dr back who had to call cvs again. While waiting, we heard staff telling phone callers that there were so many other people in store to help and no one to answer phones. (We were the only ones there in store at that point and at least 5 workers in the pharmacy) then talking about how rude the caller was. (He had apparently complained about being hung up on). Just overall bad experience. Dr finally called us back frustrated and switched where they sent the prescription.

I'm going to switch pharmacies because the dark haired lady with her hair up in a bun or ponytail is a very rude pharmacist. Somebody needs to call corporate and report her because when my husband and I went to pick up my prescription, the rude pharmacist said that my prescription was not ready just with a very rude attitude and told us to step down to drop off so we did and a different lady came up their, she was nice and told us that it will be 20 min. Then my husband and I sit their and sit their for like 45 minutes.so we went back up to the counter to see what the problem was and my prescription was done and that rude pharmacist knew that we were sitting their waiting and never told us when my prescription was done. She was very very rude.

The "pharmacist" on shift today around 5pm needs to slow down and take her job seriously. She told my daughters mom that they would get the insurance info from her when she came back to pick up the prescription when she tried to hand her the medicaid card. When she went back to pick it up meraculously CVS don't take medicaid even though the "pharmacist" Knew my daughters mom was using medicaid by seeing the card that was being handed to her at the start of the whole thing that she shrugged off for later causing us not to be able to get the meds my daughter needed TODAY. Lousy! Hopefully you all get the right meds since they are too busy to do their job properly. I'm surprised this specific "pharmacist" hasn't been the reason for someone losing their life or getting hurt due to the negligence. I'll find other places to get medications going forward.

I just spent a ridiculous amount of time on hold and gave up, unsure of how hard it could be to simply pick up the phone. Surely there was SOMEONE available in the amount of time I sat on hold. Do better.

The RX manager Brittany Wooldridge, is one of the rudest people I've ever met! She treated my husband horrible! She is unprofessional, inconsiderate, and just not a good person. We will never ever go back there again! I'll be telling everyone I know not to go to the pharmacy. You always have to wait at least 20 to 45 minutes even though you've been told it's ready, which is why you're there. That would be more tolerable if that woman wasn't so rude! It's actually unfortunate, because the rest of the staff are great. Especially the store manager, Ernie. He was very professional and courteous. I would say go to Fred's, or Mcgradys.

I sat in line for over two hours to get my covid test plus pick up my sons medicine. I pay for my son medicine i look at the bag it was small and it was supposed to have my sons breathing medicine. I opened it and its wrong dose and product. I tell the lady who checked me out she goes let me speak to the pharmacist she said they didnt have time to come talk to me they were busy to come back. There was a line back to the road and i just sat in line for 2 hours. This place is a joke and messes up your medication. I am gonna call the fda to report that pharmacist. I hatw that we have to use this place. Oh and the little box stated quantity was 20 and i had one. Do not use cvs they are a joke.

I had bronchitis and since the doctor prescribed me a cough syrup that contained a controlled substance, we dropped the prescription off in person with some other prescriptions that were also sent there. The pharmacist told me that there was a PA, prior authorization, from the insurance. I understood and waited. A week later, no prescription and that the prescription had been authorized and approved my the insurance days before and they didn’t let me know and got worse. Would not go back!!

Hate I have to give 1 star because I prefer to give none after today's visit at the pharmacy. The females are nice and respectful but that old gray headed white guy needs to learn manners and customers service without the attitude and disrespect!. Im assuming it's because I'm a African American Woman..... My thoughts...... Won't dare speak with him again!! I know CVS can do better.......

The elderly women who works in the pharmacy with the short silver hair always has an attitude problem. I Will no longer fill my prescriptions there due to her. If you want to work in customer service you should be courteous and respectful to your customers.
