Went here this morning and holy cow did it take forever. There was a staff of about 10 people and it took forever. They prioritized the drive through which they should, but for anyone that came in they had one girl making all of it! It took over 10 min for one drink it was crazy. And the drive through wasn’t that busy either. Not one of the best ones I have been to for sure. And their prices are getting out of control. One drink was 7 bucks! Ugh

Stopped by around 8:30 PM tonight to order a Carmel Apple Spice. What I received was something disgusting. What should be a sweet carmel apple tasting drink, was actually apple juice and what looks like milk??? All I can say is, it tasted watery and sour. Definitely does not look, or taste like it. Unfortunately I can't go back because they're closed now. A bit disappointed

Ordered a few drinks here via the app and they were prepared quickly. Oddly, though, both my espresso and my wife's coffee seemed like less volume than they should have been. (Sounds strange, but we both thought the same thing.)

Note to management. Typically I go here and it is great service. I rarely drink coffee. However, lately the staff has been rude and attempting get customers to enter there own card information to try and get tips.First of all, the drive thru window is literally 5 feet away from us.Secondly, that takes up entirely too much time and we are already waiting long enough.Lastly, I can understand wanting to get tips during the holiday season but you can't force that responsibility on Starbucks customers.Starbucks is a billion dollar company. I'm tired of corporate companies attempting to put the burden of higher wages on the people rather than pay you guys higher wages.This is unfortunately happening everywhere, even subway.I don't mind giving a tip when I can but every single visit is obsurd.This is a poor practice regardless. Please stop. Sorry, I understand it but you will cause a bad environment if you continue to use this method of customer responsibility. Just give me my order next time please.

This Starbucks was very busy when I stop by about 10 a.m. this morning.there were 12 to 15 cars in line, and the outside parking was not adequate. I had to park at a neighboring store's parking lot, to go in, and you know they don't like that.but, the product was good, even though I had to wait just a little bit, and the service was adequate. As I said, parking was a challenge and the line was quite long for drive through.

I've come here twice and the food has been delicious both times, although a bit expensive. The $4 deals for their anniversary was great though. The interior is bright, airy, and very clean.

Quick friendly service. They were busy, but it did not take long to get my drink. The app is fairly easy to use. I was shocked how small this location is, I wanted to hangout since I was trying to waste some time in the area, but the place was full. If approaching south bound turn at the light before the storefront.

My sister and i come to this particular starbucks quite often. The service is always delightful and quick. The ladies are always helpful when we have questions. We also take our pup for a ride when we go and she absolutely loves the pup cups (whipped cream in a cup)! If you havent tried the coffee cake (warmed up) please treat yourself!

My go to Starbucks, simply due to location.It's Starbucks, so if you don't like their coffee, you won't like this one since they do it the exact same as the other ones. Staff is always friendly and gets my orders right, so nothing to complain about.The only thing I would rate as a negative, not that it's really their fault, is that the building is placed so that people in the drive-thru will eventually spill out into the parking lot and make it impassable. Would recommend coming in off of Calumet and parking at the restaurant next door, and then walking over.Parking: Parking lot is kind of cramped, but usually has spots. What you need to worry about is the drive-thru blocking the entrance, which will happen if there's more than two or three customers in line for it.

So I'm an uber driver of the highest caliber. While politely waiting for an order for Charles, the young lady screams out Mary has 8 drinks ready and 1 more strawberry splasher coming.All drinks were just on counter, no carrier.Lady asked for a carrier and young lady snaps, drink carriers are right there.So finally I announced politely I'm waiting for an uber for charls, lady snaps, we are busy.I say thank you and since your so snotty, I'll cancel.Very poor Munste Statbucks. Maybe staff should visit dyer Starbucks to learn how to treat people, busy or not.God bless pray you do better.

I enjoy this particular Starbucks because the staff is super courteous, and the wait time (if you don't order ahead) goes by so much quicker than any other Starbucks in the area. The only problem is that it is much smaller compared to other Starbucks. They have a long bench with a few tables and chairs, and it feels like you are sitting on top of one another with no personal space.

I have got to say this is absolutely the best Starbucks I have been to. All the baristas are great, but I’d like to give a shout out to two of them, I’m sorry I don’t know your names, even though you know mine! One has pink hair and the other is shorter with black hair that’s always in a bun/pony tail and wears glasses. Thank you for always consistently making my Carmel Ribbon Crunch awesome. The Starbucks that are near my house never make my drink well, I even had to stop ordering a large and start getting a medium because the large would be just all ice it seemed. Anyways thanks for always being great!

Wow!! My Starbucks was on the house today!!! I’m sooooo excited! I never get anything!! This MADE MY WHOLE YEAR!!! I live in chicago near the whiting Indinana boarder and I make the 20-30 min drive to this Starbucks because it’s my favorite one! I never have an issue at this location and everyone in the drive thru is always so kind and friendly. I know I pass 2 Starbucks to ge to this one but it’s because of the service is why I make the trip to this location and today just made me so happy and excited!!! Thank you munster location for going above and beyond and always being so awesome!!!

I ordered through Uber eats and I asked for my bagel and danish to be warmed and they weren't. Is it that hard to get my order right? Very disappointed. It would be nice if the workers would prepare orders as if it were for them, with the same kind of consideration they would want.

I went in today through drive thru and the lady over that took my order preceded to tell me they had no strawberries for the pink drink. I told her that was fine & ordered a mango dragon fruit & when I got my order there wasn’t any berries in the mango dragonfruit (which was fine) I had mentioned to her I didn’t know there wasn’t also any mango dragon berries in a kind manner & she rudely cut me off & said “like I said over the Intercom we have no berries.” First bad experience with this Starbucks.

I love & prefer Starbucks, but I often choose Dunkin instead when I’m ordering near my home in Munster or I travel out of my way to another Starbucks location because the service is consistently slow. It appears there are enough employees each time I go, but the service is still slow. I’m writing this while sitting in the drive-thru & it’s been 10 minutes. I’ve gone inside if there’s a long drive-thru line. Same deal 😒

Christmas Eve, 1:30pm, plenty of employees working however the absolute worst service! 17 minute wait for my drink. Finally get it and it doesn't taste good.
