Came in yesterday for some fasteners, was offered assistance right away by one of the guys on the floor. Honestly didn't need his help but I welcomed it anyway. Got the bolts I needed and was out of the store in 5 minutes. Clean store with accurate and quick workers, can't ask for much more.

Super helpful staff, I needed some screws to mount my new tv on the wall but the old ones were too long. The first person was helpful but he gave me the wrong ones, no big deal. I came back and someone help me get the right ones and they swapped them out with no problems. Great customer service.

Great place to shop. Friendly staff and good prices. I was upset because they recently discontinued their birdseed punch card program of which I had been a part of for over 15 years. I got a nice response from Ace explaining why they had to discontinue the program with the paper punch cards, and how a new digital program was in the works. Apparently it was being abused by some people punching their own cards. Having an explanation and knowing they have a plan to bring it back makes a difference.

Was actually able to buy single tiles for a drop ceiling to replace some water damaged ones rather than spending hundreds on a huge package or even a pallette of them like all the other home improvement stores try to make you do.

Love shopping here. All of the store associates who I've always come in contact with are great and seem to like their job. When I do a curbside order/pickup, my order is ALWAYS ready within five minutes of ordering.

I think Ace Hardware beats all others in customer service and product support.Ace ppl have the know how. I noticed too that the folks here seem pretty happy.They also have recommendations if you need any for repairs or whatever.Unlike the huge stores I can walk in and get someone that knows where a particular item is and they have great knowledge!I shop here anytime I need something.

I had stopped in for a specific fastener, and thought I might try a repair for an automotive thread, As it turned out the fastener couldn't be located as the policy of the free popcorn invites people to linger whilst shopping . This lingering prevented me from quick assessment of what was available. Altho the girl asked me if I needed help the guy at key counter couldn't grasp the idea of integral nut/ washer grade 8... To the stores credit they carry excellent amount of small nuts and bolts, and could save someone a lot of searching provided they can limit the snacking /browsers.

They have a maze of products when approaching the check outline. Seems to be very confusing for the elderly. And everybody running into each other. I grab some water softener salt. I went back into grab a bag of potting soil, but the elderly were walking around the maze. I'll find somewhere easier to get potting soil.

Went there today. wanted to give them rewards number with a account. Told the lady three times don't forget the rewards number. I never had a problem there with this. what happened she did not put the number in. I ask her she said sorry you can't do a personal reward with the account. I never said it was a personal reward account. Then she said it's it there so I asked to read it back the phone number of account under. she could not. call the other lady and she said just signed it and I will fixed it later. yeah right. I said do a return I will go somewhere else.The two lady's are bad with customer service they need to be retained on how to deal with customers. customers always right. You guys lost a big account today. I will be going to homedepot for now on. One more thing don't lie to the customer.

Your old school hardware is here! I really like this place, you get help. I still may buy a lawnmower here. I went shopping because my old one is 16 years old. It still works, so no hurry. The lady employee was so nice and knowledgeable. Another one told me what grass seed to buy, it was more expensive than Scott’s but the results were much better!

Coupons only good for regular price items. You also have Terrible customer service can't find anyone and when you do it seems like you are pulling their teeth. I buy many bags of bird seed NO one offers to take them out to my car. I shouldn't have to ask for help. Cashiers are pleasantly. No more.

If you can't get it at Gus bock's you can't get it. This is a great place has a little bit of everything. The owner even has a little special stash in the back for some of that hard to find old stuff. If you're working on any kind of a house or complex that has older Windows frames doors locks anything like that this is the place to go they'll probably have if not the part you need a comfortable one that they can fix the make work perfectly for you. I've always had good luck here the staff has always been top-notch and very well informed. It's always a pleasure to go the guest box and have a good time looking around at all the new toys that you can buy if you have that money.:-)

Thanks for the great service on Saturday, I purchased a snowblower $20 cheaper than a place in Griffith that also has customer service problems. I forgot to ask your employee his name, but he was very nice and helpful. I will be back to shop again

While this store doesn't have the massive square footage of the big-boxes, they seem to have everything I need each time I shop. And the staff are so polite, patient, respectful, attentive. When we visit this store, I almost always need help. Today, I brought in a list of stuff I needed, and a young man named Fabian helped me with such a kind and professional attitude, I want to commend him to management! Thanks, Fabian, and thanks Gus Bock, for offering a locally-owned hardware store with such fabulous service and products!
