These are the rudest pharmacy employees ! Short, snappy and confrontational…. Overall, I would strongly advise against patronizing this pharmacy if you value respectful and helpful customer service.

The only reason this has two stars is because it is a CVS. I enjoy CVS in general, but this store is the absolute worst I have ever visited. By adding a clinic they have made the rest of the store crowded and very claustrophobic.In addition, there is one particular cashier, who just will not leave you alone. I’m not giving her name because I haven’t seen her name tag as I try to avoid catching her eye.. I like to use self check, but apparently she thinks no one is capable of checking themselves out. She always comes over to “help” But it’s really interfering and unnecessary. I can’t stand anyone hovering over me, which is one reason I like to use self check. On the rare occasions, I shop at the store instead of the one I prefer, I always encounter her.

My doctor sent my prescription over at 9am on Thursday November 16th. At 6pm the pharmacy told me it would be another 2 hours before it was ready. It was a prefilled medication that only required a sticker to be handed over to me, so couldn’t be easier. I asked for an explanation only be answered by blank stares. I asked them to help me find another CVS close by to fill the prescription quicker because I had dinner reservations, but they refused. I called the Avon CVS (where my dinner reservations were) and they filled it in 15 minutes. I have been to a lot of CVS’ and usually they are great, this one was terrible.

constantly a horrible experience. switched here from the decatur one, at this point they are amazing compared to this location. never called to let me know my daughter's meds werent in stock, been waiting ten days as of today for them. pharmacist was rude and unhelpful just told me I should switch her meds, even though she's been on the same meds for 4 years. last month another one told me "this is what I get for having medicaid" for my child LOL. if I could of recorded every interaction I've had at this location, no one would want to go. called again today to check up on my daughters meds since i called last tuesday and still didnt have them in, told me she would be getting a shipment in and would text or call, never did, then the woman told me today i should of gotten a text about them being out of stock, NO i didn't, OR i would of handled this a week ago? had the same horrible experience last month and had to go to the CVS in martinsville and they were actually helpful and called over 10 places to help me get medication for my child.

I live in LA. So, I am used to rude people. However, this lady must just be genuinely unhappy or something. Someone needs to go throw glitter and send a kitten to the pharmacy technician there. Super unfriendly and not helpful at all.

The pharmacist at this location is very disrespectful this is the only Pharmacy that I have ever been to my entire life I choose CVS because the location is not only good but because I have been going there since I was a kid for all of my medications I have talked to my Physicians about switching my main Pharmacy because they are slow and disrespectful and I no longer after 25 years want anything to do with this location

Last time i use this pharmacy. I wanted to write this review to let other people be aware about this cvs. DONT USE AFTER SURGERY! i have used this pharmacy 2 times after surgeries. The first time was like a 6 or 7 hour wait i believe for my medication. I was emailed and appoigized to and was told they have policies put in place where that shouldnt have happened. I thought ok, good enough for me. Everyone makes mistakes. Though this time. Theyre stated online as a 24 hour pharmacy. So my prescriptions were sent over. Get over there to find out theyre not. 🙄 ok so it says they open at 8. Please tell me why my meds werent filled until 9:40? This will be the last time this cvs makes me suffer. After picking up, they only filled 2 of the 3 prescriptions. They didnt fill my antibiotic and i have an infection. So dissatisfied and felt i needed to warn others about this cvs.

I notice a lot of one-star reviews for this pharmacy. And most of them have to do with the rudeness of the staff. I agree! Never very helpful. I'm switching to Kroger.

The general staff are very helpful. The pharmacy can be very short and very rude when you simply ask a question. They should be more caring, if they don't change their attitude they may loose business.Update: 05/2018 The pharmacy runs out of medicine and will be very vague about when they will receive more supply. I have been out of my meds for 2 weeks, I had to have my doctor write another script for me to go someone where else so I could have my meds. I have left several messages for their corporate office to contact me, and I have not heard from them.

Stopped in to get 2 prescriptions filled after having surgery and the staff at the pharmacy rushed my prescriptions through and did not make me wait for a long time. Thank you for having a very thoughtful staff.

Much better CVS locations in the area. If you love wasting time waiting on Rx to be filled you might really like this one. Last time using this location!

HORRIBLE service!! Wouldn't tell me over the phone how much for my prescriptions. Said i had to show my CVS Caremark card first. Drove all the way there, and they tried to charge me $1k for 3 acne medicines!!! After I asked how much did my insurance cover she said "oh, we forgot to enter your insurance info". She then told me I needed to leave for 20 more mins so she could rerun with my insurance info (she had in her hands the whole time) or pay the thousand dollars!! Very frustrating! Never have I experienced service like this from all the CVS's I have been to.**update** received a text my prescription was ready for pickup. Arrived the next day and they said it was never filled and I had to return. Ok; mistakes happen. Received another text an hour later my prescription was ready for pickup. Come back the next day, after waiting in line for 30 mins they tell me "I'm sorry, we lost your prescription & you have to drive around to the back of the line so we can help other costumers". Such a poor excuse of a business!!! Tweeted customer service twice & didn't get a response. Any other pharmacy has to be better than this....Walgreens, Krogers, maybe even Walmart!!!

The lack of keeping track of their regular monthly & quarterly prescription that come in year after year. But never have enough medicine on hand to fill the same amount time after time.So then you have to wait a week for CVS to place the order and the shipment of your medicine to come in. But that is not it. Even though you turn in your prescription to BE FILLED. You would think since you turned in the prescription to be filled CVS would automatically fill the prescription once the shipment arrives. Oh no you the patient must call in to see if shipment has arrived yet. Then request that your prescription be filled.CVS policy stats you must call in to verify you still want your medicine. If you had to wait for shipment.I get it my meds are considered to be a narcotic. So there are stiffer regulations, but really if I turn in my prescription I want my medicine. Why should I have to call in to verify after waiting a week to be ordered.

I have been using cvs for years and switched from Walgreens years ago because of multiple problems with Walgreens and their lack of knowledge. The cvs pharmacy personnel are so helpful and I could just go on and on about how caring and helpful the lady that is in her late 40s to early 50s is. She has helped us so many times.I just love my cvs in mooresville.

VERY RUDE! Went in for a late night doordash order and was harassed the whole time to hurry up despite my already swifty pace considering I had an exact list of what the doordash customer ordered. FYI: the proper thing to do is to lock the doors to prevent others coming in while you wait for the customers inside to finish. Clearly the night shift needs to be retrained on customer service basics, but after reading the other comments I guess I shouldn't have expected anything else but subpar service. You'd think as old as those ladies in there are they would have been taught hospitality. Do better CVS!

The worst customer service I have ever had on hold for 30 minutes, and when they picked it he said be with you in 10 to 15 min and put me back on hold. I'm transferring my meds else where they obviously think they dont need my business

The staff is rude on the phone...they act like they don’t want to give me my prescribed medicine....trying everything they can to make it as difficult as possible to get my meds, and are never on time with filling it.
