Terrible ... The store waa not stocked with merchandise that is normally available at other dollar General stores . The prices are high and sale items not correctly placed items shelved in a disorderly manner and damaged goods on the shelves. The public restroom was available but needed attended to. The cashier when told they did not have what we were looking for told us she was sure they do in automotive but we were just there and told get we went through the entire store and it was not so . She was very rude to us telling us they should be there They usually stick them or else they must have sold out . We have been to this location several times and have been disappointed . We will go the extra mile to other locations from now on.

Store is cluttered with stock item pallets in the isleways making it hard to maneuver through the already too cramped store. After playing maze to get the one item I needed, I stood at the counter for a good five minutes and still no one came to assist me. However, they were walking around and we locked eyes more than once but they continued to ignore me even after stating I was ready to check out. I put my item down and left. Bad customer service to say the least. Will never shop at that location again.

This is a small store in a small town. However, the aisles were clear and it looked clean.Staff was a mixed set of friendly and gruff with only one person who seemed to be having a very bad day and passing on their distemper.The shelves are full and the bathroom was clean. Road construction nearby [7/15] could be an issue.

Good experience. Just upset that when an item is selling good they take it away. I wish like so many others that if I'm buying something and they keep running out then they need to order more not get rid of it. Get rid of what's not selling and bring back the popular items.

I am adding another review to this particular Dollar General store. I live two blocks from this location and it’s very convenient for me and my family to shop here when we need a few things that were forgotten while we were out. This past weekend my husband went in to buy eggs, milk, and bread. WHY on earth would your dozen eggs cost $3+?!? And your milk has went up drastically also. That is such a ridiculously high price for a Dollar General. You can bet that we will be doing a lot less shopping at your location!! FIX the problem would you??

Very poor customer service, inside of the building is not clean, never have enough product in stock, workers are not friendly and are rude. If I had another choice in stores to go to here in Montezuma, I definitely would be going to that one.

Every time I am ready to check out I stand waiting for someone to come help me for 5- 10 minutes. And then sale items thrown out on tables messy and boxes in the way. Too much stock for a small store. Need better employment

Cashier's are never around..you always gotta go find them. Then there mad at you for doing so. Most employee's are just rude to you. always boxes in the isle to where you can't see on the shelves. Poorly managed!!!

This Dollar General is really close to home, but is always cluttered and appears to be unorganized a lot of the time. Here lately, it has stock sitting all over the store almost every visit and there are a few aisles that are stuffed with all types of merchandise with no organization. Sometimes you can't even get down an aisle. My parents were visiting from out of state and I was embarrassed at the state that this store was in.
