Bought over a thousand dollars for plantings around the house. Had one dying and they wouldn't replace because I had a landscaper plant everything. Stay away from this place! They are overpriced anyway. $45 dollar shrub.

Great local garden center. Nice selection of fruit trees all year. The peppers and watermelon plants produced incredibly well last year. Staff is knowledgeable about the plants.

A wonderful garden center with great prices on plants. Everything looked vibrant and healthy. The staff was very helpful. Someone greeted me when I arrived, which was nice. She didn’t have all the answers to my questions so she was able to quickly radio someone for assistance and that staff member was able to answer all my questions.I came in just 15 minutes before closing, and yet, not once did they rush me even though we had gone 10 minutes past closing by the time I left the garden center. There are a lot of large trees on site. They had all the varieties I was looking to find. Suggestions were made to look at some mature trees at their tree farm just down the road. I’ll be heading over there this week. Overall, such a great experience! Thank you 😎

Really nice plants and plant things (pots, trellises, garden decor, etc.). Super expensive. This one employee wasn't wearing a mask even though they are required and she was talking loudly and annoyingly about how she wasn't going to wear one. I saw many plants I wanted but I didn't buy anything because they were all too expensive. There were some beautiful hibiscus, some cool succulents, and a cylindrical sansevieria I want. There were some peve minaret bald cypress which are my favorite tree. They were too expensive. Basically, plants are awesome and I want them all, but they cost too much here. Also, don't breathe close to the one lady.

These guys were very friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices and selection are great! Talking to the employees is like talking to a friend not a salesman. I have just found my primary garden center!!

I give it a one star because on my way to make a purchase (2 Evolution Hydrangeas) a staff member walked right past me and HOCKED A BIG LOOGIE on the bushes next to the doors leading into the shop. He did not give two F's who saw him or heard him. Very disgusting, very disrespectful to the plants and customers. What if the customers brought his spit home from purchasing those plants??! This is unfortunate because my yard is undergoing a massive makeover, we have been planting all sorts of trees and shrubs from other garden shops and was so excited we found this one. I don't think I'll be coming back here.

Great selection of plants. The blooms are the healthiest and prettiest that I've ever seen. Pricing is very fair. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. I definitely recommend them for all of your landscaping and container gardening needs. There are some beautiful fountains and other decorative items as well. I even earned $1 for every $10 spent towards another purchase in August. I love this place!

My favorite garden center. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and I love to buy my native and decorative plants here. Good selection of decorative statues and stone pieces, too. Also, owner Cory does landscape work and is really nice about it. Our front lawn is coming along great thanks to his design.

Awesome, and they still have a good selection of vegetables. They were busy , so if you are still missing some of your favorites in the garden or in your flower beds, get there today. They also have trees, bushes, shrubs, bird baths, fountains, fertilizer, you get it, now go! And the people that work there are very helpful & friendly.

I love this garden center. Some items are pricy...others are a bargain! I missed an anchor in the antique area, it was sold. I was able to grab a mini hosta I have seen no where else for under $5.00. Also found climbing Lazy Susan...do you know how hard this is to find? I will be visiting more often to see what treasures I can find! I plan to use my August Bucks to buy a Gnome I am in love with. Take your time, walk slowly, enjoy the beauty. It's like a mini botanical garden!

Last Fall I needed to send a garden center Gift Certificate to a relative in the South Bend area. Several I called said they didn’t mail them, but the people at McKinley were super helpful, said they could mail one and even asked me what I wanted the card to say! And it turned out my relative had shopped at McKinley in the past and loved the selection! Thanks!

Will never be back! First time there bought a hanging basket and 2 weeks later it was completely dead. I tried everything and nothing would bring it back. Not my first time having one. I got 3 at Menards at the same time, and they are still alive and beautiful! Called and asked to exchange or refund and they said nope. Other places do especially if it has been 2 weeks. Wouldn’t care of it was a few dollars but almost 25.00. I use to refer people at my work to McKinley Garden but not anymore.

Mostly outside flowers, shrubs, and trees with a small tropical houseplant collection inside. An antiques building is there also, with some neat finds. Prices were on the high side.

This is a very large nursery with lots of plants that are hard to find other places. The atmosphere is pleasant with small building full of antiques, but with some traffic noise. Nonetheless, the plants are healthy and the service is good.
