My senior Yorkie has been groomed by Sara here a few times and it was always great experience! Sophie loved Sara, but she no longer grooms, so today we saw a different groomer, I believe her name was Kim… What an awful experience. I’m well aware my dog can be a wiggle worm and not a fan of restraint, so when the groomer called my boyfriend to tell us she was ready and mentioned that she nicked her paw, we weren’t too concerned. The groomer told my boyfriend that she put “medicine” on it. We got to the place and there was a gnash in my dog’s paw. She doesn’t want to bear weight and freaks out if you try to hold her arm or paw to look it it. I then asked what “medicine” was put on her paw and I was met with attitude and shown a bloody bottle of Quik-stop. This incident was severely downplayed. And all that was said was that she was super wiggly. I’m extremely disappointed. In all her grooming experiences, she’s never been injured like this. I won’t be returning here.

Had my 3 dogs groomed there recently and it was a great experience. Percy went above and beyond she really took the time to time to learn about all three of the dogs, and they had the whole place to themselves. She suggested things that no other groomer has suggested for one of the boys and basically took fantastic care of all of them.

My pups love this place! They can't wait for their next visit! They are treated so well and their shedding has really been less! I would recommend the shampoo that helps with shedding! 😊

Martin's Paw Mart is very reliable for your pets needs. I have an Albino Ball Python that only eats live rat fuzzies & this store is the only store in Michiana area that supplies them...

Came in a few weeks ago and mentioned that the air filters and cleaners were not on in the cichlid tank. I told the worker that if they didn't get air into the water they would die. Today I came and that tank is cleaned out (fish probably died) and now they have a salt water tank. Big word of advice. Don't get salt water fish, if you can't keep freshwater fish alive.

Really great pet store. I’m a fish guy and they have a great selection of fish you’d normally see at most pet stores but they also have a fish you wouldn’t see. I recently purchase a light from the store. I asked about a discount on an open box and they let me pretty much set my price. So great!! The two fish I have gotten there are doing very well in my tank. They’ve had no problems. Other pet related things seem to be in good shape and order. They have some cool birds and lizards. All in all a great place for a pet enthusiast!

What an amazing group of young people working at your store. Allie has me on a regimented time frame now to get my dog’s nails clipped. She explained in detail why Jack needs it done every 2 weeks. She noticed that his pads were dry and showed me a cream to use. As I was checking out, the wonderful girl at the register noticed that Jack chews on his leg and took about 10 minutes of her time to suggest different things to use. They really care about us and our pets!!!!

Went here today for the first time and I was not impressed. There was only 1 person working. When I was done shopping I went up to the register and she was not there so I rang the bell. I waited a few minutes and had to ring it 2 more times before someone showed up. Meanwhile my dog was trying to grab the treats by the register the whole time. If I didn't have a gift card I would've just left without my stuff.Well finally the employee showed up and snapped at me like it was my fault that she was the only one working and was helping someone get an animal. How was I supposed to know that when I couldn't see her?? She was a little bit nicer after that but all in all this was a bad experience and we will be spending the rest of our gift card at a different location.

We went to get some fish and saw some that we liked/needed. But in majority of the fish tanks were full of dead fish. We decided to give it a chance so we went for the healthy, active ones. The lady who we kindly asked for assistance was very rough with our fish and used a net instead of a box/cup (whatever they use) and while she was putting the rubber bands on the bag she aloud the bag to shake (which in some cases is normal but this was carelessly shaking). When we brought them to the checkout she snatched them and aloud them to roll and shake. When we put them in our hospital tank they were very stressed out and wasn't as active as they were in the store.

Best grooming job on my Havanese. Also they always have everything I need to care for my pets . So much good service and friendly smiles. Who needs big box chain pet stores. I prefer small and personal.

Great place lots of help, the manager orders what they don't carry! Great for reptile owners. All very helpful! Wish I could groom my cat though;). Asked if I could my nails done and I was told it's for animals only.

Just finished a six week puppy class taught by Allie. Allie was very knowledgeable and patient with both puppies and people. Our puppy learned sit, down, stay, leave it, walking on a leash and come. Allie readily gave individual owners tips on ways to work with their puppies. It was very worthwhile. Our small puppy enjoyed being around other puppies of all sizes.

Good food choices and great prices. However I do not like the rebate system for the free bag of dog food you can get... They track the number of bags of food and everytime I buy a bag they can never find my rebate card so i have to start all over again.Never have been able to get a free bag

Laura helped us so much with our pitbull. Helped make sure we got the right food for her and helped us get stuff to get her weight back. Very thankful for her knowledge. Now we can get coco healthy and happy.

Went into the paw mart and they were so friendly and helpful. Definitely going to buy my pet needs from here. They even offered to carry the dog food out when I asked if they would, but I was only joking with them.

While I don’t advise to shop for pets I think that I why do decent care for their reptiles, on the other hand and few things I want to give them info about is that hamsters can not be house in anything under a fourty gallon tank and rabbits need unlimited hay and fresh veggies everyday.While I did buy a healthy rabbit from you a year ago I wish you would give your customers good care info based on these few things! 😇

I love martins over all hut this store is in need to new employees who care about their customers.. The deli employees are the worst. I shop here many time and it takes them 5 mins or.more.just to acknowledge customers let alone serve them.

Called on the phone to discuss about one of their animals and how it is not being treated right , I was talked too with complete ignorance..So now the animal there is probably going to suffer and die.. he is already showing signs of stress..Pretty sad... I really appreciated this place at one point but now I won’t even look ways with this place..

The grooming salon is the best. they let you hold your dogs while they get nail trimmed.

I told them to muzzle my dog, they ignored me and didn't do it and could of been bit, every other pawmart has cut my dogs nails when her nail grew into her foot, this one wouldn't do it so I just left, looking back on it now I'm glad I didn't let them do it because the girl who was doing a different dogs nails clearly didn't know what she was doing because each time she cut one the dog yelped, they were clearly both idiots, wouldn't recommend going here.
