This store has definitely changed. No one to help in any department except shoes. Small selection of sizes in both dress and shoe dept. Had these large areas of mixed clothes and shoes that were all discounted. Big disappointment from the quality store it was. It is definitely pushing online shopping.

Today bad day. Spouse Completely ignored at Estee Lauder. Main reason we went in first place. Left very unhappy without buying anything. Bad for a company I really tend to like. Experiences like this, should never happen considering Macy's financial wellbeing.

Great fragrance selection and the staff there is helpful. Over all decent but like most department stores these days it seems a little cluttered. It's definitely more organized and neater than many department stores.

Old school, pre-pandemic department store… it was so refreshing to walk around and shop!My teenage son enjoyed a fully-stocked store with plenty of options and choices.We have decided that Macy’s will be where we shop.

I have been a customer for 20+ years and I have tried to call several times to talk to a Customer Service Person. After going through several , several prompts, I finally got through. I had someone who could understand on the phone, but for some reason transferred me to someone from some other country. I asked for a price adjustment on a pair of shoes, I bought because the price had dropped dramatically. I was told they wouldn’t do it even though my email they sent me showed that the price had been dropped. She kept refusing to make the adjustment. The customer service person refused to let me talk to a supervisor. I asked several times the women refused to let me talk to her supervisor. I finally hung up. I’m not sure, I will do any more business with them. I can buy Dillards. I won’t have to go through this. Their customer service has went downhill.

Ordered a couch with the help of salesperson Diane S, despite the fact that she wouldn’t receive the commission because I initially worked with a different salesman. Next piece of furniture that I buy will be with her because of her professionalism, patience & kindness.

Clean, friendly staff, a lot of holiday sales, seemed to be well stocked. This is also a convient location for a day out shopping. There is other stores in close proximity including a guitar store and a book store. There are also alot of restaurants nearby too.

Macy's has great sales! They have these wonderful discount racks where items are marked sometimes 70 to 90% off incredible! And the quality is so good. I also like their bathrooms. They are clean. And the handicap one upstairs has a sink in the stall. That is priceless. And oh wow what beautiful dresses they have. If I needed one for mother of the bride, or mother of the groom this is where I would go to find it. You could also go down stairs and get make-up tips for the great day. It's always fun for me to go in and look around because I never know what I'll find.Macy's has added Toys R Us. big bonus

My young daughter had a piano recital there with another little girl- the perfume department stopped the recital to complain. They said that our recital (which was approved in a contract), was blocking their business. Our recital had ten minutes left. The woman working was so upset that she didn’t want to let young children finish their concert. She even involved the mall police. I will never support a place that prevents children from doing something nice for their community.

Shopping experience is OK but good luck finding anyone to help you. Staffing seems to be at an all time low. Prices are alright but a recent furniture purchase was completely cobbled up, so much so that I cancelled the order and went elsewhere.

Brought a dress but when I got home I discovered that the belt was missing and one of the belt loops was broken so I went back for a refund. When I told her that the belt was missing she stated “ well you brought it on sale didn’t you?” ( it’s not like I brought it from the Goodwill) Then refused to help me after I told her “ what do that have to do with a missing belt and broken belt loop? After that she refused to wait on me and told another person to do so. That was so disrespectful and her supervisor was present during the whole incident and said nothing to the associate like it was normal. Macy will never get another cent from me.

Unfortunately, everything about this location feels dated and old. It's likely another future casualty of big box and 1980's mall retail in the midst of taking it's final breath. I'm sure this Macy's was glorious in it's day, a long, long, time ago. While it was indeed clean, it was empty of customers. It felt like I was walking into a large, cement coffin. Clearly Macy's lacks any real vision for the future. I'm amazed they can afford to keep the lights on when there is literally nobody shopping in this very large store. They truly need to rethink everything about thier business model and they are desperately in need a significant remodel. I hope that Macy's can find a leader with a real vision for the future.

I was browsing for a mattress. I knew I was going to buy one for sure and saw a lot of them online. I started my transaction online over the phone with a very nice sales guy. We discussed the sale, my requirements, and what was available. I wanted to see and test the mattresses for myself in person so I went to the Mishawaka location to test the mattresses.Diane showed up, with a stern demeanor as my family and I were testing the mattresses.I told her that I had started the purchase online and that I came in to check out the mattresses. She spoke to me with such venom and condescension when I spoke about the difference with the mattresses. “Those are two different mattresses, don’t you know that?”, I was discussing also the difference between the firm, plush and super plush and how it would support your neck and back. She hovered and lingered and treated me more like a pest than a buying customer. She only treated me human and perked up when she sensed I was a serious buyer and asked about payment options.How she treated me was completely unacceptable. Her tone was callous, and blatantly disrespectful. Imagine that, I’m a paying customer making a $1000+ purchase and treated like I’m doing something wrong by asking questions ensuring the product I’m purchasing for is right for me. I definitely feel like racial profiling was at play, if not then some kind of prejudice.After the order was made she emailed me about getting the funds “authorized” for my split boxes.She ignored my emails about the 10% discount which was supposed to be applied, as well as my Star Rewards.I ended up having to call corporate to report her, as well as get the proper credits added to my account.This was a transaction from 2021. That was by far the most notable situation that I think calls for a review. Her name is Diane S. Soucie.Most of my orders are otherwise online, and without issue. I have been able to purchase, exchange, or return most products usually seamlessly.The store is understaffed often.

Never going to buy any furniture or much of anything else from this location again. Went in to look at furniture’s close to closing and I understand how that feels working retail management for over a decade. While testing out multiple couches and beds laid on a bed with no signage staying no to sit on this particular one. Diane comes on over days don’t lay on that it’s for display only in a very disrespectful tone. Then as they are asking away day “you shouldn’t even be in the furniture aide” when I asked them sorry what did you say they walked away. This person should not be in this selling to customers unless they have proper training.I don’t want to say I was profiled but this is how it made me feel as minority and yea while I was wearing shorts and hoodie does not mean that I don’t have money or belong. If you do shop don’t do it from her she and as for me I will be buying any other furniture somewhere else since they don’t want my money. Not hard to understand why they are closing locations when they hire people like her

went searching for shoes to match a prom dress. Since we were looking for my teenager I was hoping to find either flats or wedges. they have a lot of summery open toes shoes, Many of which were very high heeled or had brand names. I was not going to pay $169 for coach shoes for prom, my daughter doesn't wear dress clothes that often. But if you like those types of shoes, this is for you! They just didn't have anything more inbetween.

Macy's has a 30 day reDturn policy. That's up to them, but I will shop other places first due to this policy. I bought a dress 3/26/23. I tried it on once at home, but decided it wasn't right for me. I wasn't able to get back to Mishawaka until today. The dress was on the hanger, all tags on, in the store's plastic with sales slip attached. The clerk wouldn't even consider taking it back. I understand the store has policies, but this won't be my first place to shop.
