We have used Joer's three separate times over the past 4 years. Two times for wood flooring, and this last time for carpeting. I cannot rave enough about Joer's from their products and prices to their customer service and employees. Matt Powers has been a godsend as he has been so exceptional helping me through each of these 3 home projects. The engineered hardwood and carpeting (Thrive Zephyr) are very good quality and I am thrilled with the result. Thanks Matt and Joers!

We recently had a house built and wanted a good quality floor. We were recommended to go to Joer's. We worked with Chip who was very helpful with the different types of wood flooring they had to offer and explained the differences in the types so we could make a better selection for our needs. Chip and a few other workers even helped us match up a tile that would flow with the wood floor we chose. We selected our carpet, engineered wood floors, tile, and shower tile all from Joer's Floors and are very happy with the way they turned out. Highly recommend their company and guidance over any big box store.

My family for the keys to our new house about 2 weeks ago, and we already had the carpet picked out so we could get it installed before we moved in. We found two great carpet options - I wanted a fun, but neutral pattern on the stairs and in all of the bedrooms, and we went with something a little thicker in the playroom, but still the same colors. We'll be going back to Joers for our future flooring needs because of their friendliness, quality products, professionalism, and great installation.

As soon as we walked in, Erica Richard immediately greeted us and began helping us right away. She was extremely knowledgeable and found the exact match to our current carpet. She was very perceptive and picked up on the type of carpet my wife was interested in (texture, soft), she also picked up on the fact that I was more concerned with prices. She was phenomenal in her knowledge of different types of flooring, carpet, padding, etc. as well as measurement needs. She was super friendly and not pushy at all. Erica, the sales associate we worked with, was really knowledgeable and found us some nice carpet options within a matter of minutes. She was also great about accommodating our weird timeline around moving into a new house. The installers did a wonderful job, especially considering the size of the job and since our stair spindles presented a challenge in blending the seams. You can’t see the seams whatsoever! It all looks flawless. Super easy process from start to finish. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Joers did an amazing job from the initial consult with extremely knowledgable salesperson (Mike) and outstanding installer (Noel). Mike helped us understand the drawbacks and benefits of each type of carpet and padding. He explained the entire process so we'd know what to expect, and covered possible unknowns like door clearance. This ensured no surprises! Both times the service was outstanding and the quality of the install was professional and to perfection. We have been to 4 or 5 flooring store. The selections have been limited. We went to carpet one, joers floors and man do they have the flooring. Erica Richard walked us through and showed us options. She was so nice and very and I mean very knowledgeable. We've been looking for a retro style flooring for our kitchen and she is researching to try and accommodate us.Thanks Erica.

I know it's not the salesperson's fault, but we had been looking for an area rug to go with our new furniture. We spent hours going from store to store. We finally found a rug that we loved at Joer's Floor Center. The problem....when they called to order the size we needed, we found out it is now discontinued. Very disappointed that Joer's continues to carry a sample of a rug no longer available.

The service was excellent. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. The installer of our floors was absolutely fantastic (Jeff). The office manager (Laura) was so willing to help me with chosing a correct product for our needs. Erica the sales person was the best person I have ever worked with on purchasing flooring and setting up the installation. The products we bought from Joers was a 5 plus. Joers will always be our go to place for our flooring needs in the future.

We made a big mistake on installation day, thinking it was one day and it was actually the next week. We called the night before and Chip stepped in and he was able to get the carpet installed the very next day. The installers were professional and skilled. Wonderful experience from beginning to end. So thankful we stopped by Joers Floors 7 years ago when we moved to town. We started with new carpet for our house and were extremely happy with the whole process. They have so many IN STOCK choices that we were able to find the perfect carpet and had it installed the same week. Joers was first and only place we needed to look when we decided to rip up the old tile and replace it with hardwood. WOW! I never knew you could have so many different options. The sale rep, Chip was extremely helpful as we walked around checking out all of the different hardwoods. We were able to take several samples home, to see what looked best in our kitchen. We finally picked out the new floors and had the install scheduled. Install went exactly as we were told it would and the installer was great. He was on time and cleaned up the job everyday. My wife felt completely comfortable with him and when she had to leave at times throughout the day she was never worried. I would definitely recommend Joers to anyone looking for new floors. Both the selection and service of Joes was top notch! We worked with Van, who walked through the entire process for a first time carpet purchaser. Van was incredibly helpful in guiding our decision with options while giving us the freedom to make the right choice for our home.From the initial visit to the install day was less than 3 weeks, and I was extremely impressed with how fast the team worked. Admittedly we bought a more standard, in stock, carpet, but the speed was definitely worth noting.On the day of install, the team came on time, worked quickly, and carpeted an entire basement in about 5 hours with full cleanup.I have more carpet in my home to replace someday, and I won't hesitate to call Joers and Van right away.
