It is very unfortunate this pharmacy is short staff. I'm not sure if it's a pay issue, location issue or what. Every time I have gone in all of the staff has been very helpful. They will greet you as soon as you come to the counter and let you know they will be with you as soon as they are finished. Sometimes service does take longer than I would prefer, but I think that is a product of being short staffed. Outside of that I've never had an issue and they've always been helpful.

This pharmacy has got to be the worst that I have dealt with. Not only am I waiting on the phone for over 20 mintues, AT THE LEAST, I can’t ever seem to get what I need the day I need it. Don’t get me wrong, I know it’s not the staffs fault for the corporates bad choices, but when dealing with customers, MAYBE smile at them, or talk to them like this is your job and despite that fact that you may be having a rough day, that should NOT be reflected on how you deal with customers. I mean sighing on the phone when asked a question or any attitude in general is just not called for. I get it, work can suck sometimes but I didn’t make you work here, and I just need my meds.Also they have been out of stock for almost two weeks for my medication, and told me to call every couple of days if I don’t get a text explaining what going on. Never got one text, in two weeks. I had to call every couple of days, be on hold for at least 20 min and then talk to someone who’d much rather be anywhere else, explain to me that it’s still not in stock and I can call in a couple of days.Overall, if you’re considering coming to this pharmacy. Please just don’t.The only staff member that has always had a smile on their face despite all the chaos all the time, is that young red headed girl. Thank god for her, otherwise I don’t think I would ever have a good experience there.

Pharmacist Lydia is THE BEST! she has went above and beyond. I hope CVS treats her well and she stays. I've watched her run from issue a to issue b always with a smile. You can see in her eyes she's tired and they are short staffed but she keeps going. Keep up the great work and never stop smiling!

Do not come here unless you want to be treated like garbage. You get a text saying it’s ready(your prescription) and they state they need 10-30 more minutes, get a text 5 minutes later that they are ready again “ready”. Then you go there and they don’t say a word. I’m going elsewhere from now on.

If you can go to a different pharmacy, Do IT! We have had issues after issue but keep coming back. Now, today, I called in the needed prescription with website stating open til 9:00. So I show up at 7:15 only to see paper sign, effective 10/16 (today) hours close at 7:00. When I called the prescription in, do you think the person stated, by the way, we close at 7, NO.

There were 3 cars in the drive through line. The woman in front of me left the line after15 min. The man at the window finally got his meds and drove off (obviously angry). I pulled up and waited. I was leaning in to press the call button when I heard some say , “Don’t press the button, we see you.” I was then completely ignored. After waiting in line a total of 29 min, I left the line without my medication.

Quite literally the worst pharmacy to deal with, if you have to manage multiple RXs you are better off going anywhere else. ANYWHERE else.I read reviews because my insurance required I switch to CVS, and had hoped all the terrible reviews were just angry customers.But when dealing with this pharmacy nothing has worked out.I was on hold for a good 20 minutes, they hung up on me, and I called back to find out they were suddenly on lunch break.They pulled up wrong information in the system and pulled up another patient, and told me the RX I was talking about wasn’t under my name. They then proceeded to list off “my”previous addresses to prove I was wrong. It was the addresses of the random person they pulled up…not me…pretty sure that might be a HIPAA violation but I doubt they would care.It’s been awful dealing with this all, the wait times on the phone to get anything corrected are insanely long. And when you finally do talk to someone you better hope it’s someone who even kinda knows what they are doing or else you’re screwed.

Horrible service at the pharmacy! They never answer the phones, they always have long lines, the Customer service is horrible and in my experience they never have my prescription ready on time. Horrible pharmacy not worth using.or going too.

While on vacation, my young child experienced an emergency and was seen at the minute clinic at this site and the doctor there prescribed the necessary medication. The pharmacy refused to fill the prescription stating my insurance didn't cover it (the same insurance they used for the minute clinic) and refused to let me pay out of pocket for it stating that would be insurance fraud leaving my child without her medication. After speaking to my insurance who said there shouldnt be a reason I cannot pay out of pocket, we called Walmart and they went above and beyond for us.

I just witnessed Minute Clinic mistreat a child. A grammar school age child SCREAMED at getting a shot and was angry saying "You said it would not hurt!" The nurse said what she told the child was not important and proceeded to gaslight the child saying the next fall 'where you scrape your ear' will hurt worse compared to the pain of the shot. The mother looked shocked and confused leaving the exam room. Adults should not lie to kids and then gaslight them to cover the lie. This nurse is out of line for proper patient care.

Had trouble locating a prescription at nearby pharmacies, and the pharmacist and technicians were so helpful and made sure I received it the same day. Really incredible service and folks who go above and beyond to help! So many people comment here about waiting half an hour or so for a prescription. Staffing shortages have affected pharmacies as much as any other industry. Have some patience!

Happy Days my insurance has changed and I no longer have to work with this CVS as a pharmacy. No more rude counter girls, waiting in lines to be told my prescriptions aren't ready or that I should have called and had it expedited when they never answer the phone. The place is counter-productive and extremely inefficient. No accountability from CVS either. Glad they won't see my business anymore!

I have to call my Dr each month to get my Rx because it’s a controlled substance. She needs a 2 day window to call it in. CVS gets it but doesn’t fill it. “We’ll expedite it if you call” So it hasn’t been filled after 4 days, I tried calling and waited on hold for my entire lunch break and no one answered. Go in, still not filled-you should’ve called! I literally have to call my dr each month for her to call it in and you want me to guess when she calls it in then call right after she does for you to fill it. Makes perfect sense.

Staff shortages at CVS have really taken a toll on the pharmacy. Long lines and waiting for prescriptions to be filled. They are trying, folks. Be patient...coming from a very impatient person. I called today to get an update on when mine would be ready and the front floor person (Donna, I believe) went way above and beyond to see if it was close and even called me back to tell me approximately when it would be filled. Donna deserves a huge raised...wonderful customer service when she did not even have to go beyond her expectations. So I give 4 stars in honor of Donna and the pharmacy staff that are working their tails off to try to get your prescriptions filled.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. They will leave you on hold for 40+ minutes at a time just to pick up and hang up because they don't want to speak to customers or answer any questions about prescriptions. They also insist that they do not have one of mine that my doctor has proof that they sent in. The customer care number has been absolutely no help at all either, with hold times of an hour or more to not get things straightened out. I suppose that they are fine with people not having important prescription medicines. I have requested that my doctor switch pharmacies, but that does me no good now having been without one of my medicines for 6 days and counting. The side effects were rough at first, but now I am back to the problem the medicines were treating. I wouldn't recommend this location or this company. I definitely wouldn't recommend this location until they get their act together.

This has to be the worst pharmacy in the entire area. I switched pharmacies do to my children’s insurance. But nothing is ever ready when you go to pick it up. Refills that are automatic rarely if ever get refilled unless you called. Dropped off prescriptions three days ago and they blame it on communication issues. Before that, they didn’t know what happened. Then they said it’ll be another 45 minutes that you can either wait or make a second trip and burn your time and gas to come back. I really wish there was another pharmacy I could sell my children stuff at and I would never come here. Everything is always super super slow. Go across street wallgreens like I used to and everything is always ready and quick. They really need to get some additional help here. I don’t know why if they have that much business store management doesn’t add another pharmacist.

Last week I waited 30+ minutes in line at the store. I was picking up pain meds for my mom who was in a bad car accident. Once I got to the counter they said it wouldn't be ready till the next day and they out a rush on it. I was also picking up my refills and they said it was on hold, so I would have to go in the other line to find out why. I refused and left. Now calling them to find out why, and 30 minutes on hold, and still no answer. Terrible customer service. They must be extremely short staffed. No matter what time you go there's a long line to wait. I hate that my insurance makes me use them.

Uhm I don't believe they know how to do much here, answering the phone is definitely not one of them.I've never been more disgusted with a pharmacy and it's customer service bit also general lack of ability to function smoothly

Need more staffing!!! They take nearly 30-40 minutes to answer phone. For some reason they no longer want to man the drive thru. I’ve tried to refill a prescription three times online only to have the refill not get filled and the order cancelled without explanation. unfortunately my insurance requires me to use CVS, therefore I am stuck with their terrible customer service.

Horrible Pharmacy!! In pain with ear infections standing in line for 30 minutes with 25 to 35 other people because drive up is closed, had to leave without my scripts. They are always harassing me with robo calls wanting them to contact my physician to refill my other prescriptions, my doctor called them with the refills 2 weeks ago and they claimed they never received the notification

Started out bad but ended up fantastic. We called asking what time the minute clinic closed and the robot phone got me to the wrong person who didn't even know. She told me to call back and tell the robot phone I wanted minute clinicn Since I had gone through that once we just drove there and found out they closed at 4:30. It was about 4:25. Malinda was fantastic and took care of my Wife anyway. She had others to take care of first but gracefully took care of my wife .Thank you Malinda

I have been on hold for over an hour still no answer! It was not even during their lunch hour. Last month I got a text saying my meds were ready for pickup. I stood in line for 25 minutes just to be told the meds were not ready but could be ready tomorrow. I went back still not done. The third trip in the meds were ready. This is getting bad. Thinking of switching to another pharmacy.

Terrible pharmacy. The pharmacist refused to fill a prescription that I’ve gotten there before. Because I’m pregnant. I have mental health issues and he refused to fill my prescription or transfer to another pharmacy to get it filled. Which obviously these scripts were sent in by my dr who is aware I’m pregnant. Also told me to be quiet several times while I was speaking. Filing a formal complaint to corporate or anyone else who will listen.

Horrible pharmacy. I have strep throat and have been waiting over a DAY to have my antibiotics filled. I’m supposed to be resting and getting better so I can return to work but they aren’t even allowing me to do that. How do you run out of antibiotics and tell the patient you will have them the next day and here it is almost the end of the day and I’m still empty handed. This is ridiculous. Do not get your prescriptions filled here.

I pulled up to the drive thru window at 8:03. They opened at 8:00. I waited 10 minutes. Then I called the store and spoke with someone who assured me the pharmacy was open and she’d notify them that I was waiting. I never saw anyone move in the pharmacy. After waiting another 10 minutes, I left. My insurance requires I use CVS. I’m about ready to pay full price just to not have go go back to CVS.

So beyond sick of the terrible service I receive from this pharmacy! For example, I just called the pharmacy before the closed at 6, by the time I got ahold of someone they asked what I wanted, I said I had a question about my prescription (insulin injections) and was put on hold for a few more minutes until after 6:02. Then someone took me off of hold, I heard mumbling and they hung up on me. Of course by the time I called back it was after six and I could no longer reach the pharmacy. Talk about rude and obnoxious! My doctors have had to fax prescriptions multiple times. The attitudes of the pharmacy techs seem to always be grumpy and as if they hate being there. Also it seems like they are always short-staffed as the techs are either moping around not staying on task or running around bat-crazy! Disappointed and the worst service. I've been going here for years and waiting for the service to improve but this has been the last straw! I understand nobody is perfect but when you have a medical condition that relies on these workers, there is no room to be disappointed constantly! Not to mention on another occasion, I need a box of insulin and the pharmacy tech sweated up and down that I had a prescription for it already because I had signed for it(insulin and test strips) but they never handed me the insulin and they left it in the fridge. So on top of calling me a liar for their mistake, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY IF YOU CAN.

I used this CVS as a UPS drop point because I thought it would be safe and convenient. Instead the clerk at the counter seemed very flustered and didn't know what she was doing. I came in this morning Thursday March 4th, 2021 to pick up my package because UPS sent me the notification my package was delivered. The woman insisted UPS hadn't been there all morning and wouldn't be until the end of the day...even though my package and a few others from UPS were clearly sitting behind her. Yet, she insisted that she was at the store since open and UPS was not there and if they would have been she would know about it. I pointed behind her and asked her if my package was one of the clearly labeled UPS packages on the counter...and sure enough, my package had been delivered and was there waiting for me as I had thought. No idea why this woman would lie like this or just generally not know what's going on in her own store, but this whole experience makes me want to reconsider ever using CVS for anything again.

Do not have your medication filled here. They are overwhelmed and can not handle the volume they currently have. 30 min lines, no phone support. Any prescription request is put on hold and not filled. Until you show up to ask for it to be filled, it won't be filled until then. USE ANOTHER PHARMACY. And their USCAN machines do not work well.

Called to ask the pharmacist a question about side effects of the medication I’m taking and was told that that’s something to ask my doctors and that I need get my doctors in order when I said I was being told different things about my medication. Pretty sure that’s her job to tell me what my side effects my medications can cause especially when I’m picking them up from cvs.
