Big Lots has consistently been a pleasant time for me, especially during the busy holiday season. I was pleasantly surprised to find them open on Christmas Eve, and they truly came in for the win! The store is always well-stocked and tidy, making it easy to navigate and find what I need. The workers at Big Lots deserve a special mention for their friendly and helpful attitude. They go above and beyond to assist customers, making the shopping experience enjoyable. I've purchased several pieces of furniture from Big Lots, and their partnership with progressive leasing has been a game-changer. It allows for convenient and flexible payment options. I highly recommend Big Lots for their excellent service, quality products, and customer-centered approach. They have become my go-to store for all my furniture and household needs. This is a good place. My wife and I were shopping for teenagers and had no idea what to get. The manager took us around the store with great suggestions and our party turned out good. We need more managers that care about their job like he does.

Store is always clean and the isles are always clear to walk through. Customer service I received from Gail is always friendly and greeted with a smile. Let's not forget prices are reasonable.Thanks goes out to Big Lots❤️

I'm simply providing 4 stars because I have never entered this store. I went to planet fitness next door. It would be nice if google could differentiate between close by location's.I'm sure the store is ran fine and has everything you would expect from big lots, I have haven't actually been yet. Maybe my next stop before working out will be to check the store to see if my review needs updated

Had some decent clearance prices but most of the store was old stuff from target with the name brand crossed out with a sharpie. Some of these items where even more than they were on the target app.

I like this store. It's clean & the associates are friendly and helpful.Do Not order furniture unless you're willing to wait 6-8 weeks. He did warn me that it could be 4 weeks, but it was closer to 8.I had put the date in my calendar, and he attempted to say that he had said 6+.So far, my recliner is comfy & personally worth the wait for the price.So it all depends on what you're willing to deal with.The store has certain eclectic items that I can't get elsewhere. And everyone knows that if you need something, get as much as you'll need because it may not be there ever again.Fun store!

I would have to say that for the first time, I have something good to say about Big Lots. I took my grandma there for the first time since the new store opened. She was looking for a couple of items so we asked for help. Not only was the young lady friendly, she walked us over to what we were looking for. We encountered 3 different employees & all 3 were very friendly & helpful when needed. The store was clean & seemed to be well organized. The only problem was that the parking lot, in the handicapped parking area, was a bit too dark.

At first I thought it was a weird move from its previous location there in the Town & Country shopping center but it was for the best. There's a lot more room for them to have spread out the merchandise and food supply. It's not as gloomy and cramped as it was before which kept me from going more than once per year, if I really needed something on the cheap but the neighboring Dollar Tree/General didn't carry that certain something.The star deduction is for a unique problem I've never had anywhere else in all my travels and purchases: the company doesn't accept coupons. Trivial to most, I know, but what sort of asinine decision was that? Other discount stores do so what the hey? I refuse to join your cult! What's good is I can get my Sparkling Ice waters here which are almost always 75¢ when I do slip in sometime during the year. Other places sell higher even after they're on sale.To counter that minor complaint, I commend this company for having the sofa/sectionals on the floor to try out, way more options than ABC Warehouse and other home stores. Ah... if I had the means to jump back 4 years ago I would've paid in full for a good plushy sectional. Maybe when I get a house in ~30 years ... with double-wide doors. They look tricky to maneuver through small spaces.

My son needed new furniture on a budget for his new home. He found what he really liked at a very good price an of decent quality. The sales person was very helpful as when the right time was for him to purchase and receive the absolute best price. It's been five months and he's very happy with his purchases. I was sceptical about buying furniture from Big Lots. His purchase has made a believer out of me. Great deal, great sales people.

This store is beautiful! Being a big fan of Big Lots, I had to go see this new store. There's so much to look at! The furniture department is stunning! I love the fact that you can visualize your living room setup by their layouts! Will be going back VERY SOON!

The revamped store is a great improvement over the old location. Products are nicely displayed, although finding the right aisle can be a challenge. I have noticed that prices keep creeping up in the seasonal sections, and that they have become a store that sells new items at a reasonable price, and not a store that sells unique and quality items that another retailer or manufacturer has closed out to them. I miss those finds!

I was told by two different people that a fireplace was not available when they clearly had one out on the floor. Upon attempting to purchase the display model, I was told that they don’t sell the display models because they were still getting them in and had to advertise what they are selling. How does it make any sense to advertise something you’re not actually selling? Nothing they said even added up, much less provided a resolution to this issue. Not sure I’ll be back…

Didn't find what I was looking for BUT the store has dramatically changed, for the better. Cleaner, merchendised more professionally than I have ever seen it (qualified to make that judgement...my profession for the past 20+ years). Also actually saw employees in the store, asking if I found what I was looking for. Really has made a lot of improvement.

Never thought I'd say it, but the new Mishawaka Big Lots (in the old K-mart location) is pretty great! The store is clean and has great selections. A bit pricy on some items (I found same or similar items cheaper elsewhere.) But over-all it's a pleasant upgrade over the previous Town & Country location.

It had been awhile since I was in Big Lots. First time in the old Kmart building. Wow, I was pleasantly surprised. So many options to choose from at good prices. The store was very clean. Will be coming back more often.

Had issues with my order being canceled beyond my control, which is fine and I understand they use a 3rd party delivery service but I've now had to call multiple times and not once was I given a solution other than I have to re-order, I would need to call their 800 number to make sure I got the same new member 15% discount I initially received when I ordered, they said I can call and arrange my own shipping instead of them handling it on my behalf per the norm for any other order, and the person I initially spoke to had me on hold to the point where I was disconnected. I was able to call back within the same 15 minutes, and the manager on shift left for the day without leaving my info or a note for someone to follow up with me. FINALLY, after getting in touch with customer service JUST TO ENSURE I DID NOT PAY MORE THAN MY ORIGINAL ORDER, I attempt to reorder but was not able to as the items I was ordering were "not in stock". I call back, and they essentially said "I don't know why you cant order, maybe you can try tomorrow?" Per their policy they cannot place my order over the phone. Very frustrating, not once did anyone attempt to assist me in giving me a solution, it was either I had to call back, I had to call a seperate customer service, we'll give you a delivery number to call, all this running around and now I still cannot reorder my furniture. I understand this was an unfortunate event, that is hopefully not common but I am so disappointed that no one could step up and take control of my issue and help me find a solution that did not involve me calling around. Decided to cancel, not worth the headache at this point.

Lovely store, but not enough turnover in the stock. Every week, the same old stock. This is susposed to be a closeout store, with different stuff coming in all the time. Its one of the largest Big Lots stores in the country, but most of the floor space is furniture. Their stationery section is very understocked
