I have only purchased online but they get the dog food I buy to me in only a couple of days. Had a problem with the website login, emailed support and everything was fixed in about an hour. My St Bernard puppy loves the Joy 32/18 puppy food and it also came recommended from the breeder.

We stood there for 20-30 minutes while no one helped us. Finally gave up and went to another dealer. Great looking store, but they seemed more interested in their Amish customers.
