Robin does amazing with our pups. Her family has become our dogs second family. My Callie was afraid of nail trims. She started running up to Robin's house the moment we pulled up to the house. Robin is the only groomer all of dogs love. She cares for my fur babies just as much as I do. No other groomer/ boarder delivers this level of customer service.

Update to add: we now have a second pup. She recently stayed here for boarding.She’s just a few months old so I was hesitant, but they did a great job watching after her ! I also got her back bathed and smelling great! Thank you Robin & fam for watching after my baby girl :)—————Took my baby here for his first & second groom and I will never take him anywhere else. He’s a labradoodle puppy with an interesting coat to say the least (he’s more lab than poodle) and Robin does such a wonderful cut on him. He’s fluffy and smells amazing for daysssss. We love Robins dog washery !

I absolutely love taking my dogs to Robin's dog washery, she is always so kind and considerate with my fur-babies even when they are not on their best behavior or maybe have had too long of a time in-between visits due to my hectic schedule. I have to tell you it was the strangest experience for me. i'm just visiting from Florida.I had never taken my dog to the groomer in all her eight years . I always did it . But for some reason I walked into a precious paws. I was going to get her just a bath. But the people there were so loving and so attentive to all the other dogs and mine. These people all that I met truly love animals and love their job. This is so hard to find!!! I decided to get her groomed. I could not have been happier with the way they treated her and the way they groomed her. My precious little teacup poodle looks beautiful!!!! They had her done in way less time than they told me !! it was a wonderful experience. I wish they were back in Florida where I live I would bring her every month !!! Yes,they're that good !!!Much thanks to them !!!

This place is amazing! She did an outstanding job! Also extremely patient and kind to our dog luna. I can't believe how much of a difference the right groomer made. Luna looked like a different dog when we picked her up! I will definitely be going back

We brought our Teacup Pomeranian (Princess CoCo Chanel) here for a shave and trim and we're extremely happy with the outcome. She wasn't shaking like she usually is when we get her back, plus she got free jewelry. They were also very reasonable with price. This is definitely our new groomer.

We are staying out of town for work and we brought the furry kids. They needed a bath as dogs do, and nobody was answering the phone. It must have been fate, because even though we drove all the way to Michigan city, it was totally worth it!! These people LOVE their job and the animals. Best grooming experience ever!!!
