Terrible I bought something thinking it was windshield cleaner and it says water repellent and they won’t let me do an exchange I ain’t even asking for my money back just to exchange it to what I want. This why I don’t normally shop there but I tried giving them another shot and once again they failed me.

Me, my fiancé, and BFF was walking around but then I had to leave and they check our bag and we were the only people they did it to. And I felt just cause me,him and my best friend are just walking they thought we were stealing but, we don't even do that. I wasn't upset but, it hurt when we were the only ones they did that to. And I never break rules.. I was trying to make it peaceful not arguing. But, I am not saying this about a worker that I see and talk to she's cool. Just two of the workers give us a hard time. And I feel just cause we are disabled that we're being discriminated. I don't know if I should call corporate or not. But, I barely go there. Good store other wise.

I came here to return a pack of diapers that I bought. Realized I had bought one too many earlier in the day. Besides that family dollars policy clearly states that without a receipt their customers are still able to get a return or exchange at the lowest sales price. The rude nasty lady that I dealt with was named Monica. She told me to come back on Saturday when the general manager was there as if I wasn’t already inconvenienced. I politely asked her is she going to honor her policy… And she told me no… And I guess me being a young black woman I sound intimidating… And then all of a sudden she said she will call the police on me all because I asked her if she will follow her policy. I will definitely still be going to corporate like she told me too. I just don’t understand how you can be in customer service and have such a nasty attitude and don’t know how to deal with people… It’s giving lazy and didn’t want do your job, like I was inconveniencing her.

I love shopping here! Everyone is so nice when my family and I go. They always have what I am looking for and if I can't find it their staff are nice enough to help. I'm so thankful for the friendly staff that work here! You all are awesome and do such an amazing job! Keep up the good work 😁

I usually come here on my break to get a few things. TODAY I got something I don't normally which was some famous Amos cookies. Get back to the office, they are STALE! 22 days past expiration! I call up there and the lady tht puts stuff away and never helps with the line answers the phone. I tell her what it is, she says I can bring it back I tell her I can't get off at 8 they close at 7. Can I bring it back tomorrow but now she wants a Receipt. I told her I tossed it. I will b calling corporate

There was only 1 (one) clerk to check folks out. And she had a customer with lots of items with security tags on them. The manager did offer to help but the cashier said she could handle it, in spite of 3 folks waiting to check out. Needless to say 2 or 3 folks left without their purchases. At that point the clerk shared that the other cash register was broke so they could not use it. She also told us few that waited she was the only clerk and that there are 4 managers. Something is totally wrong with this store and upper management.

Great GM manager and staff, they're always there to help their customers if they need something, they're always pleasant to the customers when at the register checking out , store is always cleaned and fairly stocked

Every dollar store in Michigan city is a total mess impossible to shop junk laying everywhere it is the most unbelievable thing the one on 20 there is not even a employee half the time the rest of the time there outside smoking this store is clean stocked nothing in isle the staff is there friendly helpful it's a great store the manager should get a serious raise

Asst. Manager Sheila attempts to help all customers that come in the door. She knows where all items are located in the store. I feel like she wants the customers to have a great shopping experience each time they come thru the door.

Always clean and stocked well. Meaning if I go there for something I know they carry it will be there. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because MOST of the staff are so rude.

Well frist of all the growen ass black man behind the counter was having a conversation with the other people behind the counter seen me walk up and sed we need to stop talking a trump supporter is here I assume because I am white then I sed thank you he just turned around and walked away I will not spend another dime in that place if you r a white man I would think twice about it to.

The cashier was on her phone while 3 people were in line, there was another cashier pushing carts, and Annie was very rude. Will never shop there again plus parking lot was horrible.
