This was a great experience! I've already recommended St. Francis to a coworker that is vet shopping. Dr. Earl and his team were so nice and full of great vibes! Highly recommended them. Oh! They saved me money by letting me know that I didn't need the puppy package since my puppy had already had a few things done prior to me buying him.

We just got our baby Gracie back home from getting spayed. This is our third time taking her to St. Francis in Centerton and have always had top notch service and couldn't ask for a better veterinarian and team of animal lovers to care for our dog. There was one time we went to a different vet to try to save some money, it was TLC in Martinsville. All we took her in for was itchy skin, we left with 3 months of flea prevention, antibiotics, and anti-itch medication and a bill for nearly $300! Needless to say we will never be taking our pets anywhere else again. The staff here at St. Francis explained the price for everything in detail and treated our dog like she was their own beloved pet!

I went maybe a year ago for my dog and they were so sweet and caring for other people and of dogs around then I also went not too long ago for my kitten and they were so nice and caring and get her the medicine she needed very quickly. As you can see in the pictures the difference between my kittens eyes were in less than a week or two. I definitely recommend them and they are so nice and reasonable prices and are caring for more than just your pet.

This vet refused to acknowledged a chest sized growth on my dogs chest and just told me she had parasites despite her lab work coming back clean. They didnt xray - nothing. $4002nd vet opinion revealed she has a massive cancerous tumor that is obstructing heart valves.Never.ever.take your pets here.

My Boston Terrier Molly went into a seizure and did not come out of it! My brother drove me and Molly over to the Vet’s Two caring nurses came out and met me at the car to help with Molly. They all were so loving and caring. I am so thankful I lost Molly but having caring and loving people helped ease the pain.

I spent 1 1/2 hours at the vet today, they are very caring people. I had a very hard decision to make and they never rushed me or tried to get me to make a decision before I was ready , the vet explained all my options in details . Everyone there was understanding/ caring, this was not my regular vet but they got her in and now have a customer my other dogs will be going there from now on . Caring vets are hard to find anymore and this vet truly cares about the animals

Our family had to say goodbye to our Rudi today, I had made the appointment a few weeks earlier and the staff was amazing over the phone. The dreaded day of and one of the most painful days ever came and when we arrived we were greeted and the staff took time to give Rudi love and attend to any of our needs. They explained the process very well and once we started they felt like part of our family. The price was cheaper than expected and they allowed us to mourn Rudi as long as we wanted. The one thing that made this easier was finding a mass on Rudi and that was causing issues with his quality of life. Thank you all it's greatly appreciated.

There is no way this simple review can even remotely come close to the respect, compassion and service I received today for our aging cat. I can only offer appreciation to Dr. Toms son, who we visited today. The most caring Dr. I have ever met. Thank you very much for the consideration you and the staff provided. A wonderful group of folks and an asset to our city.

I’ve been using this vet for a couple years. I enjoyed it so much at first that I’ve recommended it to tons of people for excellent prices and even better customer service. However, my past few visits I would arrive around 5 minutes early just to wait 20-30min after arriving to be put into a room, to have to wait 15-20 minutes longer once in the room. Not a single apology for the time waited or explanation. The service was nice so I just dealt with it.My most recent visit I once again arrived 5 minutes early to an appointment that was at 11:00AM. Just to be asked to wait in the lobby or wait outside and they would come get me when they were ready. I chose to wait outside since it’s a small space and my dogs are noisy. I proceeded to wait outside in 90 degrees summer weather for 40 minutes. Not once was explained to me why I was waiting that long for an appointment, never offered water for my dogs that waited in the summer heat for 40 minutes. I wasn’t told to that they were ready till 11:42.The appointment was for shots & an annual check up. Not to mention it somehow added up to $400. I’ve never been more upset with any form of service.

If I could give them more stars I would. We called vets in a 50 mile radius and couldn’t get in till later next week and we couldn’t wait. Our dog has been sick and going down hill through the week. They got us in the next morning I called at 10am. When I arrived they treated us like we were family! So welcoming and took great care of my puppy! They did the test they needed the same day! I’m so very thankful for them and will definitely be returning!

I do Wildlife rehab which in most all cases mean that I need urgent care for injured wildlife. The clinic staff is always courteous in getting me in even when I know it is a huge inconvenience. Dr. Earl takes his time with the animals, running necessary tests and makes the visit affordable. Before getting into rehab I had always taken my domestic animals to St Francis. I would not want any other vet clinic to ever take care of my babies!

I drove from Bloomington to Centerton to get an exam and a rabies vaccine. I showed up a few minutes early to my appointment and waited 51 minutes to be seen for something that only takes 5 -10 minutes. At no point did anyone explain to me why I was waiting as I did. They also charged $34 dollars for a rabies shot. Its seems overpriced. I haven't been to this vet for a few years. I noticed they made some changes like taking the green space out from in front of the building. It also seems they have added more exam rooms. The exams rooms are not better though. I waited in an exam room that looks like it was made from a storage closet. They seem to be scheduling several people at the same time and that does not help with wait times. I do not plan on returning.* I am updating my review because the St Francis Pet Hospital did not reply honestly. They told me my appointment was 11am. I showed up around 10:56 ish. I checked in around 10:58am. They verified my phone number and then advised me they would call when they were ready for my dog. I waited outside for 15-20 minutes. They called my phone and I came inside and waited in the room for 40 minutes. While I was in the room I overheard a conversation about someone who was late to their appointment which was also at 11am and their dog was not able to be seen before that person had to leave for something they had to do at 12pm. Any security cameras in or out of the building will show that I was there and I checked in on time at the latest. There is either a discrepancy with paperwork or they looked at the wrong profile. Or they don't check in animals until they call your phone.

I took my dog for his last shot of his puppy package. Oñ his first visit...they never touched his nails...but claimed they did. I talk to his doctor about it. And was told it could be added on the jast set of shots..which was yesterday...10/23/23. My dog is my service support dog. And he's not to be separated from me. This one girl tried to take him to clip his nails. They finally came into the room. And " clipped" them. They wasn't clipped back enough. The dark hair girl practically sat on top of him. There's no need for the way we was treated. Absolutely no respect for him. He's the sweetest. Never have problems at the vet. I'm seriously thinking of not taking him back there. Totally disrespected him...

These are fantastic people who work here! Dr. Earl is absolutely wonderful, and he spends all the time you need to explain animal questions, and issues. And he is a wealth of information; I learn something every time I am there with our pets!! He, and his staff are very kind, and thoughtful. They have a candle on the front desk, and when it's lit, their is someone in a room saying "good bye" to their beloved pet. A small note just asks that people coming in with their pets be as quiet, and respectful as they can. As someone who has been through those heart-wrenching goodbyes, I find comfort in this.

I cannot begin to describe the care and compassion that beams throughout this clinic. Every single interaction I’ve had with staff (even through the hardest of times) has been absolutely incredible. My pup, Willie, was diagnosed with Lymphoma in late November. Dr. Debbie saw him just about every week, and provided every ounce of care for him that she could. Unfortunately, Willie passed away this past Saturday and the staff took my boy, and gave me his nose prints, paw prints, and clippings of his hair prior to his cremation. While I felt I was in the darkest moment of my life, the staff was still able to help shine some light on me. I absolutely love and adore everyone there, and I will continue to recommend this clinic until I am blue in the face.

Rude, rude and unprofessional! I will never take my dogs back there!!!! Yelling at me infront of customers. After reading reviews, this isn't the first time they have been rude... giving me dirty looks and asking me if I want too see the manager! She needs to b fired!!! And no I didn't verbally assault anyone Mr manager!

I came home from work and found my bloodhound was bleeding from his mouth and had blood all over his front legs. I tried to call St.Francis pet hospital but couldn't get through on the phone. Finding they were open until 7:00 pm, I loaded my dog into my truck and drove him to the office. They were very accommodating even though I did not call ahead or have an appointment. They took him in, sedated him, and Dr. Earl took care of his injuries. I'm very pleased with the attention and care they gave my dog and I. We were not having a very good day until we went to St. Francis Pet hospital, but the doctor and his staff made everything better.Thank you all so very much.Charlie.

700 dollars in total to fix two cats. Rediculous. Will not return. And if this is how vets treat people, I will not take my animals there again! So Edit: 700 is in total. I was made to bring them in for a separate visit for another 300 to make sure they were ok for surgery. Probably more than 700 for the total when it cost 400 to fix the two cats. Go ahead and review again. I am telling everyone to stay away from you predetory people.

100% recommend every single time.I have experience with several vets working with non profits and shelters for needs and my personal pets I take here.Got our new rescue kitten in today for an appointment. He had a lot going on and we have other cats so we needed to make sure he was healthy. We got shots, neuter, meds, and tests ran for THE MOST reasonable price. The Vet is amazing. He genuinely cares for the animals and is quite funny if you have any humor bone in your body. The staff is great. They are quick and super helpful. They are always friendly and sweet. If there’s an emergent situation they are quick to do all they can or help direct you with what you need to do or where to go.This place can get busy but they make sure you have what you need and are taken care of. They do put the animals first.Sometimes you might be there for a while- but look at it this way. When you go to the dr- you’re usually there an hour or more. Here, your pet is getting their annual (sometimes once every 5 years) visit and they get treated better.

I was banned as a client, read why. I'm going to make this as short as possible but there are several things that have shocked me about this place. First of all I have been going to this veterinary clinic for many years but I'm going to start with the most recent incident, there have been other issues ( staff very rude ) but I ignored them. Before any of this we were canceled with our two boys being neutered over emergencies. We did not mind because we wanted other pets to get help. We did the ...no food and water and drove the 27 minutes one way and was in the parking lot. The whole thing on being banned was over me being upset because they denied me service when my dog was dying. Why would they not cancel a less emergency apt with other clients like they did with us. She was in labor and had a puppy stuck. I was to to go somewhere else. I called all the other local vets and they wouldn't take me because I was not already a client of theirs. I simply stated to Deb on the phone at the front desk that's a shame that as my vet, they can't help me. I was told that if I didn't like it, I could find another vet care provider. Of course that upset me and I told her that if it were her dog, she wouldn't feel that way. She agreed but it made her mad. I have two elderly dachshunds that Doc Deb did surgery on and she put them on pain meds for life due to their condition. We started noticing that they pushed us out on vet visit dates and when we went they were nasty. They canceled my two older dogs pain meds and would be late on my third dogs seizure medicine. I told them that he could die and they said there was nothing that they could do about it. The funny thing is, the manager called and tells me that because I expect to be seen during an emergency, it's best that I find a new vet.....just wow. This was at Centerton. Doc Jess in camby/ Moorseville location killed my chihuahua She gave to to much anastasia..Foot note: Deb at the front desk called me back being very nasty. They looked up all the recorded calls, they could not find that one because she called from her cell phone. Imagine that. They are not in this to help your pet, it's all about the money. They will also bann you if you disagree with them. There is nothing professional about this place, stay away.

I had been to this vet one other time for a wellness check and wasn’t satisfied, but this time I am not happy at all and will not be going back. My pet has an ear infection and needed medication to take the swelling down and to help her feel better. I confirmed with another vet that normally they are able to prescribe medication for an ear infection, cough, cold, etc. if they had seen your pet before. I was told by St. Francis that they could only see her if I brought her for an exam fee+emergency fee+medication fee and whatever else they had to do to determine that is was an ear infection. She is a golden retriever and is prone to getting these so I knew what she needed but wasn’t going to be charged an arm and leg for an antibiotic. I called the vet she went to as a puppy and they had no problem prescribing the medicine for her. I am just thankful that she has the medication she needs now plus I know that her other vet just wants her to get better instead of just wanting the most money they can get out of me. Don’t get me wrong, I would pay what I need to to get my pet better, but I will not let vets treat her like she’s money in their pocket. St. Francis was not reliable at all with what I needed and I won’t be back. Do your research before letting them charge you for anything they can charge you for, especially when it’s not needed.

My puppy was severely injured due to this animal hospital. Dr Debbie provided a treatment that injured my pup male parts and is causing us to pay 3k+ for a specialist to surgically repair. I can’t post pictures due to the graphic nature however I can provide anything by private message. I have a lot of documents to prove this. Now no one will speak with me about the issue and they are refusing to correct their error.

UPDATE — BANNED AS A CLIENT FOR THIS REVIEW I LEFT BEHIND!!!Unprofessional every time. You are NOT allowed to leave 1 Star reviews, management told me it’s detrimental to the business and so they had no choice but to remove me as a client (for simply posting my experience).I have since came back twice after the initial problematic visits I’ve had (mentioned below). The first time, I brought an animal-aggressive GSD for an appt. And I called ahead to warn the staff that he is not friendly with other pets, so I asked for a muzzle to be brought out. The receptionist comes out to my car with a muzzle for me, WITH A COCKATOO ON HER SHOULDER. I am lucky my dog was looking the opposite direction, or else the outcome would have been awful.I also was forgotten about for 40+ minutes in the parking lot that day.MY MOST recent visit, I brought another pet. The exam room was not clean and prepared for my appointment. There was blood on the floor from the previous patient as well as hair everywhere. Having worked at vet clinics myself, I know firsthand the exam rooms should be cleaned after EVERY appointment.(ORIGINAL REVIEW):Every time I visit with my animals, my questions I inquire about their health go ignored and unanswered. I dropped off a Fecal in which the staff FORGOT to test for parasites after charging me for it, so I had to come back with more feces another day. They microchipped my dog and FORGOT to get the microchip number. They charged me for a full nail trim and trimmed only SOME of his nails. This establishment is ridiculous. I would love to have a good relationship with the staff here, but I'm constantly being Brushed off as an annoyance and the technicians and receptionists cannot do anything correctly. It's sad.

Absolutely horrible. Was told we could treat our dog for heart worm, and we decided to go with that option. Called the office multiple times, and never got an estimate or information on treatment. Ended up having to put our dog down today because someone wasn’t doing their job and the heart worms got too bad. If you’re going to be a veterinarian, actually be a veterinarian. If you don’t want to help animals, then stay out of the industry.

I take my dog, Lilly, here and every time we go the staff is super nice. We called this morning around 9am about getting her in for an emergency surgery. They were booked with appointments and closed at 1pm, but told us to still come in. They stayed 5.5 hours after closing just to take care of my dog. I absolutely love the vet. They're very affordable as well and do everything in their power to care for the animals.
