The groomers did a FANTASTIC job on my long haired dachshund! He was super nervous at first (being his first time being groomed) Zoe just really went over and beyond to make him feel comfortable. As a dog momma I appreciate that wholeheartedly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We will definitely be back!

We are incredibly upset with the way our beautiful Bernedoodle looks! It is absolutely the WORST “grooming” mess I have ever seen. Cassie was rude on pick up. They should have called if there were ANY issues different than previously discussed at drop off. NEVER again. They should have paid me for their mess.

We take our dogs in all the time to cassie to be bathed and cleaned up,they always smell so amazing and cassie is absolutely wonderful! We will continue to use Cassie. Thank you

Rescued these fish 🐟 left behind in an apartment. The PetSmart staff were very knowledgeable and helpful while giving me advice about fish as I'm clueless as to what I'm doing. Fish are doing Fantastic and they all survived their 5 hour journey ♡

The pet groomer does do a good job, but I have never been to a less walk-in friendly place in my life. My dog has severe car anxiety so it's a big deal to get him all the way there just to be told that they are appointment only today, for a simple nail trim. This has happened multiple times or I wouldn't be writing a review. I should learn my lesson and call before ( I have tried before and there was no answer).Petsmart is supposed to be walk-in friendly. This one isn't.

We have an English Mastiff with a bad leg. Each time we have taken Eddie, they have gone above and beyond to take care of him. He is our big fur baby and we highly recommend their services.

Clean organized. Employees are nice and considerate. The ONE groomer did the best job cutting my dogs nails she has ever had. She was very nice and pleasant and could tell she genuinely liked her job. Prices are really high at pet smart. I hardly buy anything there.

I love our local PetSmart. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We buy crickets for our bearded dragon, food for fish and cat, treats for our dog. There's a new groomer, she did an amazing job on our German shepherd.

This PetSmart always have the shelves fully stocked, many brands to choose from for all pets! The associates are super helpful and friendly. The rewards points are great and saves me money, and there are rewards price savings periodically. The store is immaculately clean and all pets are welcome! It's awesome to shop here!

They really wanted to be able to help. We were looking for treats, and one of the staff insisted on walking through just about every treat they had. I repeatedly told him I was getting training treats and had to educate him on the fact that they should be small and quick to chew/swallow for instantaneous reward, but he still continued to show me larger treats and more crumbly ones. He just didn't seem to listen, but he meant well.

Customer service was seriously lacking on this visit. While I was greeted when I came into the store it was not a welcoming attitude. I stood in front of the fish tanks for 15 minutes before I finally went up the register to ask for assistance. Girl that bagged my fish acted as though I was bothering. But hey, my fish is pretty and healthy. So that counts for something.

Because the store itself isn't all that busy, there's usually very little staff and short business hours on features like grooming. That being said, I've always had pleasant visits with the staff. Their selection of pet items is awesome compared to anywhere else in town, but it is a little pricey. Definitely worth the visit if you're not in a rush and have a silver penny to spend.

I bought a 3 gallon aquarium and was told that "Glo fish" would be a good addition to the new tank. Turns out, they die if they're in anything smaller than a 10 gallon aq. So I had to watch my daughters cry their eyes out, ages 4 and 6, whenever their fish died that night. Then I go to replace them, and the SAME thing happens. The 3rd visit, a knowledgeable employee informed me that they cannot live in a 3 gallon tank. Other than that, the store is nice, even though it's small. Very clean and friendly employees.

Used to be the friendliest Petsmart I've ever been to. Now, associates are typical disrespectful young girls who just sit and talk, not helpful. Also, they have raised their prices during this pandemic. Price gouging people during this rough time. Disappointing!😡😡😡

When picking out brand new puppy supplies the ladies at the counter were SO helpful and friendly. It made me say ‘wow’ to how great they were and happy I was after leaving!
