This is the worst store I've ever been to in my life. What a complete nightmare. Everything is a mess. People are rude and the cashier doesn't even know how to check out people. I had to leave all my things behind and walk out after I spent 30 minutes at the cash register. Never again will I go to the store

I really like the location of this store, it is easy to see from road, and has ample parking space. The store itself is very spacious, it has a lot of merchandise, and is stocked quite well. This Family Dollar is the tidiest, most organized, and best stocked store I have ever shopped at. However the employees I encountered during my visits are not as up to par as the store itself. They have lacked motivation, friendliness, and knowledge of the store in general.

Manager was extremely rude and ruthful. Absolutely not going to this brand anymore. How could the manager treat the customers with disrespect? She should be fired because she can’t understand how customer service works. She wouldn’t give me a refund for a charger when I had the receipt and it was still in the box. Her response was “we don’t give refunds for electronics” absolutely unbelievable because the cashier ended up giving me a refund.

Haven’t been there in months because of the absolutely terrible manager, we walked straight into the gardening section, my little brother accidentally knocked something over, I believe it was a metal rake. she stormed over said “don’t touch anything because of COVID and leave if we weren’t going to buy anything” it was really awkward, she wasn’t even wearing a mask. We had gone in planning on buying soda and gummy bears. I tried to shake off the encounter and look around some more and noticed plant stands, I really wanted one for my pothos at home. I pulled them out from the bottom shelf and they made a small clanging noise. She reeled around the isle and pointed at the door, she was angrily telling us to leave. She even threatened to fight me, I was a minor at the time and she was a middle aged woman. Two years prior she harassed us because we were with a former worker of hers. It was a very uncomfortable experience. We were only in the store to buy a redbull. All around miserable woman. I hope she is or was fired by now.

Here I am doing another bad review of this store. I ordered 40 red heart balloons for today over a month ago and they don't have them! They were for my son's birthday in heaven tomorrow. This is a horrible store and my family and I will no longer shop here.The lady working today (07/02/17 @9:30am), she said her name was April, was very rude to us while we were waiting to check out because my fiance said they need to have a bell on the counter. She, very rudely, said "I see you sir!" as she tossed a product she was restocking onto the shelf, Needless to say, we went to Dollar General. My brother checked out behind us and said she came to the counter with an attitude, slamming stuff around. We won't go back to this store to be treated like that.

We tried to return a speaker and we didn’t even get to the counter before the guy in there told us there is a no return policy on electronics. We left and looked at the website and you can return electronics under certain restrictions, we had the receipt and told him it didn’t work. I called and told him the return policy says the exact opposite of what he told us. He said his manager told him no returns on anything on the electronics shelf. He refused to give us his and his managers name for when I called corporate. Now, calling corporate is a whole other story. It takes forever to get to someone. We finally got to someone at different store and he said within two weeks we can return it and he said go to his store in Goshen. Never going to this store again.

Nice store.always like going there. At first when they changed things around I wasn't real happy about it but I have gotten used to it. The manager is always friendly and super nice.

Manager is horrible(Kim). She has no social skills whatsoever. She would benefit from a course on communication skills. I usually go to Dollar General but decided to see what Family Dollar had but will stick with Dollar General from now on.

We was just in this store and my boyfriend was told he had to leave and was not allowed in the store again. This was afyer he was in there earlier today to get dryer sheets and forgot his money at home. They searched him when he left the store the first time. He did nothing wrong at all. This place is a joke

Here on a Saturday morning at 8:46am and store is still not open. This is not the first time. This would be a good place to start a family dollar.

(7:12,August 23, 2018) The lady that was there today was really rude and disrespectful, from the moment we enter until we left, she even call people saying like,”you watch them and I watch them”, I was just buying earbuds and the other people with me was buying makeup, and when we were getting ready to pay she told us to leave, or she was going to call the police for sincerely no reason, she can even check the camera that we were not doing anything bad.
