Disapointed the management didn't seem very knowlegeble or much of a leader or team player. Everyone here barely speaks to anyone. Very understaffed and unorganized. Deffinately needs better management and training. Being a store manager of another day very disappointed at the service for our fans. Left fans standing for 8min in line never greated them nothing. It's literally so small and shouldn't have waited 15 min for 2 small cones

You can't complain about there service, they don't have any. We waited in line for 30 minutes to order at the drive through and then they gave us ice cream and said we need to pull ahead and they will bring out the order. AFTER 40 MINUTES of waiting we went inside and they had our food ready and never bothered to bring it out to us. When we finally got our food the fries were only lukewarm. Waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes at the DRIVE THOUGH is unexceptable. L

Went here for lunch today and couldn't get anyone to take my order. They just kept looking at me from the back. Not even a "we will be with you shortly", nothing. I left and went somewhere that wants my business. After looking at the other reviews for this location I'm not surprised. The fact that management has done nothing to fix these issues says a lot.

I had waited for my order a lil longer than anyone should in a restaurant. Other orders placed after mine, got their orders, ate, and left. All while I waited for my order. Even went up to the counter, multiple times, and still waited for my order. As well as other customers, even after me. Was not busy inside either. Just seemed like they had more important things to do.

Brought my son here after i pulled him out of school for his Dr appointment. Asked for ketchup, no ketchup. Had to wait 5 minutes to get someone attention for ketchup. Asked for extra gravy, was charged, no extra gravy. My double deluxe burger was completely cold, the tomatoes had frost in them. Cheese was not melted, meat was dry. Disgusting. After reading the other reviews, I am not surprised. People in this town have told me to avoid this place. Should have listened. Shame on me 🤷🏻♂️

Waited 20 minutes to get 2 Blizzards. When I finally got them, they were half melted and over filled. The ice cream ran over the cup and filled my cup holder with melted ice cream. This is the latest event at one of the worst Dairy Queens I have been to. Will not come back.

Sad visit. I asked to have frosty put in bigger cut.. Had to take it10 miles.asked for sugar free dilly bar. She to come to get to get new bx. There's was frozen to bottom of there freezer. And to re ask ask for bigger cup. Then someone brought it to me with no lid after I told them I was traveling with it. Did not do the frosty test. And the area where they whip up frosty was covered in stuff spilled out from other shakes.

My biggest disappointment about this place is the service. It seems that all of the focus is on drive-thru, which I understand because I used to work here when this store opened in the late 80s and have worked and managed a few fast food places myself. However, when the orders for the front counter start backing up there needs to be something done. This is the third time that this has happened to me. The manager on duty told me that he spoke with the district manager several times about the focus but nothing has been done. This is not a staffing issue. It is a training issue. They had issues like this a few years ago but fixed it. They have fallen back into their old ways again.

I ordered the new grilled chicken and it was very good, but the fries were very pale and not cooked long enough. The store was clean this time, the last time we were there all the tables were dirty and the restroom wasn't very clean oh, so it looks like they've improved. The ice cream products there are very , very good. Very very expensive though so we don't go there very often unless it's happy hour. But all in all good place to eat and has improved since the last time I was there.

Website clearly states drive thru closes at 9:30. I arrived at 9:15 to discover the Staff shut down early and they were extremely rude when questioned about the hours.

I met with a business associate at this DQ location earlier today. And we were both very pleased, the establishment was clean, (immaculate in fact). The staff was positive, eager to help, and brought our food to the table for us. The food was pretty great too! For a mere $5, the lunch special was well worth the trip.

Making every car pull into the parking lot after you pay to get your food! That's what you do when you need to show a higher performance to corporate office. So the public gets poor service but the store gets praised. 🙄

Stopped in for a Chili dog and onion rings...last week. Onion rings good tasting and hot, the chili dogs were uncooked!!! Yeah COLD!!! They apologized whole heartedly ....especially the nice fella who took our orderWe asked for our money back since they had run out of hotdogs all me received was the amount for the chili dogs

Ordered 2 4 piece chicken w/gravy asked for fries WELL DONE said it would be 5 min for gravy I said ok as long as fries ate well done n chicken is hot. Got home fries not hot or well done chicken cold also bread barely toasted on one side. The only thing warm is gravy....kids mow days don't care

We waited for a half hour for our food. When my wife finally went to see where our food was, the girl was taking everyone else's food to them and leaving ours sit there. Then we got ice cream and waited for 10 minutes for that. But again, my wife went to see what was taking so long. They were more focused on drive thru then the dining area. My burger was missing pickles and mustard, after the employee read back to us that she had it on the screen. The manager told me it wasn't on the screen. I said well, that's what we told her I wanted on it and she even read it back to us that way. He acted like he got mad.
