My daughter went in to get something and was made fun of by the employees there that were working. I called to talk to the manager and she verbally assaulted me over the phone and hung up on me. No apologies absolutely no indication of management material at all there’s no way that this lady should be Working there more less than Manager. She’s an awful person and deserves to be fired. Anyways, I’m talking to corporate about it now. Hopefully they will do something about this

I've had several bad interactions with the store manager on the first one it was so bad I called corporate on her to report it and then the second I called the store on Easter to ask about hours she answered the phone and was so rude it was ridiculous and in the middle of me speaking she hung up on me no thank you nothing. I am disappointed and disgusted at the behavior of a manager and I want to know why corporate is allowing this kind of person to work for them. This is how you have people to not shop in that store located at Ligonier Indiana. If I get anymore attitude from this person she is going to see my rude side and then the cops will get called. I don't even know why after my first experience she was not fired because I could have sued cvs for a lot and I should have. This girl is not manager material at all and is not decent she needs fired period. Next time I will not be so calm

Didn't have meds and made me call insurance to get override which I did, but didn't bother to tell me first they were out of stock, I had to call 4 different pharmacies and found one that had it. I understand you're busy but not good service to not do your job either

I never post bad reviews. But the experience I just had with the manager, Kim, was HORRIBLE. Within a 10 minute period she was verbally disrespectful to a young employee (who was doing a phenomenal job helping us and another customer) 3 different times. She then made eye contact with me, rolled her eyes, and shook her head as the young employee walked away. She was making it a point to belittle the other employee in front of customers.I have seen numerous negative reviews on here regarding this manager in particular, and I think it is quite a bad look for CVS to have her “running the show”. If it was possible, I would give the manager a 0-star review. No human should ever treat another person the way she was.

not feeling well, i talked to my chiropractor Nate of Bangor Chiro. and Stephanie from his staff sent me a list of items i'll need to feel better. i walked back to the supplement wall and didnt really see what i was looking for so i stood for a minute by the pick up desk in the rx area, mind you not another customer in sight, a voice asked if i was there to pick up. I said no just need direction to where i will find items to fill my list. she couldnt be bothered by helping me. while standing by her computer in the back she said try aisle 13 then waved in a circle motion and said over there for the rest. gee wiz doesnt this woman understand that without customers to help cvs would go out of business thus she loses a cushy job. so while standing lost in an aisle, another lady was setting next weeks ad signs and i asked for help. she was awesome!!! she knew where the items were(all but vit C and echinacea were in stock) and she was very customer oriented unlike the rx tech. so if i could seperate the two interactions i'd give the 2nd lady a 5 star for helpful and pleasand and i'd give the 1st woman a 1 star. overall i have to give the store 2 stars(i really thought of 3 stars because of the 2nd lady) because i'm on a schedule and if i stop to get something the store should stay stocked up on cold and flu items and the rx tech was awful as she didnt want to bother with me.

The lady that was working the front desk was a real piece of work. My wife tried to drop off a package to ups, she was rude off the bat. I tried calling to speak to a manager and ended getting her on phone. She hung up on me while I was trying to explain that the package was a time sensitive medical test. Will not be going back to this location.

my fiance went to simply pick up 1 box of child bandaids for our son about a week ago 🤦‍♂️ a female worker refused to let him leave the store and called the cops on him for "following her around" when he simply didnt know what isle the bandaids were and happened to enter the same isle she was in while looking for them. we then all went together a few days ago to pick up my medicine at the pharmacy. the same female worker gave us looks, followed us out of the store on her phone, and proceeded to point at us leaving while she was in her car. im convinced this lady is why we see so many cops at this cvs every week 😤

A great place to get your prescriptions! Usually when I go to a pharmacy elsewhere the pharmacists are usually cranky and don’t have too much hospitality. Kate, though, was extremely nice and welcoming when I got my prescription. Thanks Kate for being great!

We wasted five bucks in gas just to find this store closed. The hours are NOT what is advertised online. Since we can't trust them to be open when they say they are, we will not patronize this store.

I was with doordash and the store manager kicked me out and called the cops saying I was following her around 😒 when I was shopping for doordash

CVS hours (and pharmacy) are until 9pm. There is nowhere where they mention about hours changed to 8pm.They should update their schedule.
