Easy in and out if you don't start looking around. Always have a choice of food my cats prefer. Dry and choices on their Fancy Feast. Litter was on sale. I like the fact that I can stop once and get supplies for a month or so at a time. Love the choices on Dog food and toys.

Loved the service provided. They took care of me. What happened was, I ordered the wrong dog food. When I took the 40 lb bag of food to my pickup truck, my bf gave my a funny look. that's when I realized I got the wrong flavor. So I went back into Pet Supply Plus, the young lady behind the counter was very understanding and exchanged it for the correct flavor. When I got back to my pickup with my BF's favorite flavor, he was prancing in circles and I got a big smile from him.

I was pleasantly surprised to find everything I was looking for, and at very reasonable prices. At the register, I chose to become a member and lowered the bill even more. I will definitely shop at Pet Supplies Plus again!

I webt there to get some coats for my dwarf goats and they let me bring in my little one to try to look to see what side she would need.very helpful because I didn't know what size to get her.

In general the store is great in appearance ended up here that animal exhibits were well taken care of with exception to the cats.Multiple cat kennels were in poor living condition. Doubt they were cleaned out daily.

I thank they need to come down on there prices some and keep more fish and animals there to buy and look at and also they need to help the people more every time I go in there I can't never find help and they never have anything new for birds they need some different foods and different toys for them.I also thank it wouldn't hurt for them to give people more points on there app when you buy stuff it takes to long to save up.it ain't like they can't because they get there money on there stuff high priced over.

The local store is great, They happily loaded it for me. I've had some problems with online orders. I reached out via email with no response. In my opinion customer service goes a long way, when they won't reply to a problem with their own website at a corporate level, It shows how they care about their customers. Again, if you just shop the local store it is great.

I shop here for a lot of my freshwater neocaradinia shrimps. They have a decent selection/range of colors normally. And the price is great. The lady who runs the fish department will try to order in something as well if they don't have it. Got this guy the last time I was in :)

The whole staff at the LaPorte, IN is simply put...amazing. Around here you have a lot of out of town visitors and hard working folk that normally are not the easiest to get along with especially after a full day of work in the heat or sadly the not so innocent from crime individuals either. Needless to say the staff is always so understanding and always willing to help anyone and everything from small requests to sometimes even the largest requests. I would also like to acknowledge the manager they call "birdie"... I have dealt with this store for some time now and I know a new face when I see one and I have to say, not only has she fit in all so well with this amazing team, but also doing such an exceptional job in her new position...especially dealing with some of the not so nice civilians! Overall...Pet Supplies Plus in LaPorte, IN, thank you for allowing me to always have such a great experience and also keep my fur babies happy and full ^_^ will continue to promote and push the store to anyone and everything!!!!

I'm so happy that Pet Supply store came to Laporte, finally I had choices to pick from for our highly allergic, diabetic dog! Many brands of food and various over the counter medicines made life easier on us and our dog. They also have a policy when trying new foods that if your dog does not like it and won't eat it after your purchase, bring it back for a refund and try something else! Great store!!!

Updated review!I'll admit that my past reviews haven't been positive. Something has changed at this location! My last few visits have been great.I've had a mix of ordering online and shopping in store. When I shop online they include a nice handwritten note with every order. Nice personal touch! When shopping in store I've been approached and asked if I'm finding what I need. I have a complicated ask. The associates have spent quality time with me and made sure I'm satisfied. They've dropped knowledge bombs. I've even switched long term foods based on suggestions.Stand out associate intern Maddie this summer showed real passion for her job. Thanks for your help!

This store is clean, big and well stocked. However, I am very loyal to the Pet Supplies Plus in Portage, because their staff is so helpful and friendly. They always offer to carry your pet food out to your car. That is why the Portage store always gets 5 stars from me.

Wow, I'm impressed with the selection at Pet Supplies Plus. The store is clean and well stocked, plus friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'll definitely shop here again.I come to this store because of the people and the selection of products. There are other pet supply places closer to me, but I like Pet Supplies Plus enough to go out of my way to go there. Their loyalty card is a great way to save and be informed of new products and specials.Update: I used the curbside pickup option for large bags of dog food. Will definitely shop this way again, this was the easiest and fastest way to get what I needed. Very satisfied!

Pet Supplies Plus is a great local store that can provide pretty much anything for any pets one might have. The staff is quite friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They also stock a number of items that are not readily available in most other stores. Well worth checking out.

Love shopping at the Laporte location. The employees are so nice & helpful and knowledgeable of all things pet related. They've helped me with dog and his weight issue lol and with my elder cats. Definitely would recommend this location to anyone.

They carry everything you need and it is priced to what you would order elsewhere. I love the dog washing station but the water is not warm. It's very Luke warm And the dryers are cold. That would have to be my only complaint. The dog washes are very clean and very well kept. On a cold Winter's day though I don't want to wash my dog in cold water

Excellent customer service! Every time I'm in there, everyone is so helpful in making sure I find everything I need! Ashley in particular was awesome last time I needed something because she went above and beyond with helping to make sure I got what I needed; it was especially complicated and she was just fantastic and made it all incredibly easy. My guinea pig and I thank you, Ashley! He loves his fresh logs and carrot toy!

I love this store, first time here and I've been in the area for 4 year's now..So glad we have something close rather then driving to South Bend or Mishawaka. The employee's were all amazing and definitely made it a great 1st experience for us. We will be back

I had the most informative and enjoyable trip to a pet store in 51 years today! I have a special needs pet and Cameron, the manager, spent over 1 hour educating me about different food options and supplements. I have never gotten that from other pet stores! Another nice team member overheard me asking about something specific and she also helped by getting me the information I needed. Customer service is excellent! Friendly and VERY knowledgeable staff. They have gained a repeat customer even though they are in another town from which I live & work. OH, and if you need to use theIt public bathroom, be prepared to be wowed!!
