The thicker girl with red hair and glasses is so over the top rude I will never return to this location again, I asked if she was working behind the counter and she literally yelled at me that she wasn’t then proceeded to check me out. I’ve never been so uncomfortable in my whole life.

This place is a complete mess! There's so much stock out sitting on the floors you can't turn around in the aisles. Some aisles you can't even go down at all! This is a danger to the public! And they HAVE to get it together before someone gets hurt!! SERIOUSLY! This is messed up!!!

Do not try to coupon at this store, staffing is ridiculous, unknowledgable, and the manager is unavailable. The store is nasty, unorganized, items stocked on shelves incorrectly, product out of stock or unavailable. Staffed extremely well, yet service is pathetic, staff gossiping behind shelves, eating and drinking, and not attending to customers. The floors are so dirty my shoes literally came off my feet due to uncleaned spills in the aisles. Overall, one of the worst Dollar General in Starke County. Need to replace all staff and management. Disgraceful!

Much older Dollar General, and it sure shows. The refrigerators are old and small. The food in them is cluttered & looks messy. The store in all is actually arranged & organized much better than the newer Dollar General in town. It shows that the staff is on top of things. It can definitely use more space for rows & such, especially near the checkout & fridges. The deals are great, especially when using digital coupons. You get $5 off your total shopping of $25 or more every Saturday. I used to overlook that, but when you realize how much you actually save, it's definitely a must-do! Be aware though, that some digital coupons don't come through, & the staff usually can't do much about it.

Cause the new employees close the store when they feel like it. I walked 3 blocks in the rain to find the store closed so they can "clean" not once have I sign a handwritten sign there in the 10 years I've been going there. Edit just tried to call and it went straight to busy. They literally took the phone off the hook so no one can call the store. That's very lazy and not right. The other dollar general in town literally said they shouldn't have been closed at all. They have never closed for cleaning only.

Very friendly staff. They get customers in and out, then go back to stocking shelves. I like that they have a produce department and frozen meat section. If they stayed stocked up ( I believe covid-19 has something to do with this) I'd give it 5 stars.

I’ve been using this store for many years and can say things are improving drastically.it’s cleaning up and the staff is polite and respectful Even some are masked and with my health that makes this my store again

Great store. i always enjoy going there, the staff is friendly and easy to talk to. and always eager to help you find what you need, cause sometimes things get moved, aside from that my fav DG is the one on main st in particular. it's the best one in knox, they are just way more nicer to you

Seems like nothing gets done around the store. Employees seem nice enough, there’s just not enough of them. Customers never wear masks and don’t follow any COVID-19 regulations whatsoever! Very cluttered store. Just feel bad for employees.

Its destroyed! The workers are lazy and extremely rude! There are carts and boxes with cold merchandise laying out! I highly do not recommend shopping here nor working here very unprofessional!

Best cleanest store in town I was shocked when I walked in thinking just another messy store but no wow it was so organized and clean I was amazed good job to who ever run this store they need to be recognized for their store and hard work because I’ve been in some before and they are all junk messy

Lots of boxes in the isles and many shelves were empty. I had a hard time finding what I was looking for. I finally found it but spent way more time in the store then I had time for.

If I can give the store a 0 * I would it's always a wreck when you go in there they don't have anything they're always out of any kind of over-the-counter medicine and now it's been closed for two days because they say the ceiling leaks what a joke this store is they need to take lessons from family Dollar in Knox

Shopped at the new Dollar General store on Heaton Street in Knox Indiana. It's very clean neat and well stocked. I felt comfortable shopping there

Nice and clean, but there's always merchandise in boxes that needs to be stocked onto the shelves. So it's cramped in a lot of the isles.

It is way to hot with their aircondicioner out once again, many people can't stand the heat, I feel so bad for the elderly that shop here, and the staff that has to work in these conditions, they will all get very sick, this problem should be taken care of immediately

Are local Dollar General seams not to have a lot of resource anymore. I have to go to other Dollar General store to get what I want. It's got nothing to do with the people who work there it's got everything to do with the dollars general distribution center.
