I recently moved into the area of Store number 6538. Techs are RUDE as all get out. was told that I CANNOT transfer a new controled RX to the from my old Pharm even though it hadn't been filled. Then got a text message that they had to contact my doctor as to the high dose of BP med that I have been taking for over 10 years. Like they couldn't contact my old pharm and get this info.I also overheard them tell a customer that they just couldn't fill their pain meds there BUT would have to have ALL their meds transfered there.I quit using CVS bencause their techs and pharmasits think they are the doctors and will do with your meds as they see fit. They are not doctors and do not see the patients for the conditions for which the meds are being prescribed for but take it upon themselves to tell the patient that they can't have their mends.I quit using CVS just for this reason and unfortunately have to again as they are the only pharmacy close to me.spoke to corp office today and was hung up on. Way to go CVS, I will be contacting an attorney and adding myslef to the already HUGE class action lawsuit that has been brought against you. I don't care if I have to find someone to take me the 30 miles back to my old pharmancy at least there I am treated like a person and not some speck of dirt on your shoe. Bring Mary back, at least she knew what she was doing. The rest need to go somewhere else if they don't like theyr job.

This store is the closest store to me and i have always had so much trouble with them since I moved here 2 yrs ago but never at any other CVS stores. And the final straw for me was I just wanted to exchange an item cuz it was the wrong size but had lost the receipt and the lady said she couldn’t help me cuz I didn’t have my receipt so I went to another store and had no issues. The one here is only here for their money and not for their customers. But the other CVS experiences I have had they care about their customers and making sure they are happy!

I would walk away from this place. I've used them for a couple years and they still can't get there act together. I have to call everytime to get my prescription filled but mybe that's normal what's not normal everytime I show up I get told sorry we got busy iam talk they have had multiple hours to put a box in a bag with a label

The staff here are extremely rude. If Walgreens took our insurance we would go there. Not the best place. Can do a lot better.

We called for a pet prescription and was told they don't do them. We went online and research and found they definitely do that. Went into the store and a girl was very negative and told us every reason why it wouldn't work. Then someone who actually knew what they were doing came in and saved the day! Wish I knew the names, don't expect them to know their own policies. Which is concerning when it come to dosing out meds ya know

Why can’t the pharmacy employees rotate their lunch time so the whole pharmacy doesn’t have to be closed right in the middle of the day? Inconvenient for your customers. Otherwise it’s been a good place to get our prescriptions filled.

This has to be the slowest pharmacy out of all that I've been to. The staff at this CVS are very friendly, but I think the problem is they allow people to wait at the pick up window while filling their meds. It never fails that there will be several cars waiting in line and it takes 5 to 10 minutes per car to move forward.

Well this is a review not a blog. Unlike others who have recently posted, my opinion is staying professional. CVS is a fine store/pharmacy, for Indiana residents who have H.I.P. insurance this is the pharmacy you will need to go to,being one of the participating pharmacies. The store layout is good, prices are set as it's a chain store. It features moneygram, for payments card loading and money orders. And a RedBox movie dispenser outside. Easy to find location across from hospital.

Literally the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. There is a skinny middle aged female pharmacist who is the most ignorant person I've dealt with. I truly don't understand how she can treat people the way she does and many people I know go else where for that exact reason. If you go and she is working expect to have problems .

I was over 50 miles away from home .I was there visiting family for a week and they refused to fill my prescription said go back home and fill it!! Never had problems before I will never walk in another cvs I switched to Walgreens !

this is the worst store in the state of Indiana.they think they are doctors!but none of them that fill scripts.know enough to walk and chew bubble gum.all of them pass judgemeant on the customers.when they should look at there selfs.you guys should be ashamed of your selfs. we need Greg Holt back he was always good to all his customers.and did what he went to school for.SO YOU GUYS NEED TO LAY OFF ALL OUR LOCAL DOCTORS DR DAMO WAS THE FIRST.what are you idiots in knox going to do when you cant find a doctor in the state to see you and they all know who turned them in to the DEA. GOOD WORK YOU IDIOTS.

When I received my eye drops for my eye medication and tried to use it they have it screwed on so tight that I can’t even use it. Thanks for medication that I can’t use
