Ricky and Todd installed my blinds and did an amazing job. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up after themselves leaving no mess. They even took their shoes off at my request. This is the second order of blinds since loved the first ones installed a few months ago. Very easy! Luke came out with samples and measurements, then Morgan kept us updated on the delivery and set up for installation, followed by Kyle and Danny doing the install. We have now done all our windows in Zinga shades with battery operated controls. One touch all windows will open or close. Feels very luxurious. Thank you to the entire team. This was simple and non-stressful.

Terrible Experience with ZingasUnprofessionalism and Poor Quality.I had an extremely disappointing experience with Zingas . Right from the start, their incompetence was evident. They had to reorder five shades due to incorrect measurements and damages as well as not providing me with remotes for a couple of rooms. The installation process was a nightmare, with the installer yelling and cussing in my bathroom while struggling to hang a shade. It took them four attempts to finally get it right, and they only offered $200 for my time and inconvenience, which I find insulting considering I paid over $9000 for their shades. Not only did they leave black fingerprints on my white walls, but they also damaged my front door by hanging the shades crookedly. Even after multiple replacements, the roller shade on one window failed to function properly twice. The fabric tore away from the lower bar, highlighting the poor quality of their products. Although they eventually fixed the issues, it took them a staggering six months, consuming much of my time and patience. To make matters worse, a friend who ordered from them experienced similar problems, with two motors dying just six months later.In conclusion, I strongly advise against using Zingas. Their unprofessionalism, subpar products, and lack of accountability make them a company to avoid at all costs.

My experience with ZINGA was one in a gagillion, from the first phone call to Morgan notifying me step by step, to CJ showing up with ALL the samples and to Ricky and CJ coming out to do the install! I was excited before the install and now I am over welcomed with joy. These blinds make such a huge difference. Ricky and CJ were fabulous, easy going, were professional in every way, on top of being super friendly! Which made it easy for me to have them in house! (Big Bonus). My questions were answered on the spot with extra detail and I was verbally instructed on how to use and take care of my new addition to my house, although CJ did cover that during his sales pitch it was reassuring to hear the same thing twice. I could go on and on but won't do that here but I will spread the word to my friends, family and coworkers about Zinga. And to Zinga...Ricky, Morgan and CJ are valuable assets to your company, I hope they are treated as such.Thank you Zinga, Morgan, CJ and Ricky!Jackie

Best experience from start to finish. Extremely professional! The in home consultation was so easy and allowed me to match fabric choices to my decor. CJ was on time, knowledgeable and informative of the products and warranty. After I made my decision I was assigned a case manager, Morgan, who was wonderful in keeping me up to date with my order and install via text or email. Next, the installers, Ricky and Phil were on time, worked efficiently and explained my motorized shade operation wonderfully. I absolutely love my new blinds. We have been shopping around for over a year when I accidentally found Zingas on line and decided to call. I called and that day CJ came to my house and the rest is history. This company deserves the accolades, it walks the talk and I know I will be a life long customer. Top notch Zingas!! Affordable, beautiful products, easy fun experience and a pleasant professional team.

UPDATE: 3/12/24Still have not heard or seen any rebate discussed in the company reply to our issues. At this pint the cables have come loos again and i will probably end up fixing it myself. Thsi is not acceptable but it seems to be the norm for the world we live in today. Over priced and under serviced wich leads to poor reviews.ist off, sales promised the world. After 4 plus months of waiting for our single 10foot sunscreen the crew came to install, wrong size so waiting longer. On the day of another try to install what a mess, pictures were sent of the substandard installation to the regional installation manager. Drilling mess, sharpy marks on the freshly painted walls and dirty fingerprints all over the shade. It looked like a backyard mechanic installed it. Manager promised to get it fixed and a rebate for the extraordinarily long wait for this install. Haven’t heard from him again even after texting him about the job. Great follow up for customer satisfaction.Zinga’s will not be on the list to complete our project in the near future

What a nightmare! Just purchased Plantation shutters for one living room window - at the cost of $2950.00. I am so disappointed and told them so at installation. The frame around the window is not correct and looks unprofessionally done.So what about their "you'll love it guarantee"?Greg Glover, FL sales manager, notified me in writing that "if you don't love your window coverings in the first 30 days (from date of install), we will replace it with a different product of equal or lesser value. Valid on orders over $1000. Replacement does not include labor or trip charge to replace the window coverings. Product replacement will be a different product of equal or lesser value. The customer will be responsible for any shipping and re-installation charges. Guarantee doesn't apply to fabric or color choice or exterior products."Sounds quite different from their brochure that state: "if you don't love your window covering in the first 30 days (from the date of install) we will replace it".Use ANY other company!

Adrian came to our home today for a consultation and quote. I have been shopping for custom plantation shutters and had received a quote from another supplier and was very discouraged with the price. Adrian was excellent!! He was very professional and gave us a great presentation of Zinga’s products, warranty and customer service. We also ended up purchasing an automated remote controlled window shade for our master bathroom! I’m really appreciative and excited about our window treatments and I highly recommend Adrian as a design consultant 😀👍🏻

I had electric black out shades installed on 5 windows and 4 glass doors.The crew that installed the shades came on time, something I'm not used to in Florida, had the right products and installed them quickly and correctly. I originally hired another company and after three months of delays they delivered the wrong shades.Zinga's installers noticed a blemish in one of the door shades and without me asking said they would replace it.The crew that came to install the replacement was efficient, polite, and worked very clean. In and out within an hour.I also had a sun shade installed on my terrace which faces dead West. It was impossible to sit outside in the mornings, now a pleasure. Really glad I went for the shade and not the awning.I am going to have the other 29 windows and 4 glass doors covered. It is a pleasure to hit a button on my phone and have all the windows and doors covers. With 34 windows it would take an hour to shut them all by hand.

We had a motorized shade installed on our patio and it was an awesome experience from beginning to end. The scheduling, ordering and communication was top notch. The two electricians showed up to run the wiring, they were so awesome to work with! and got everything wired and ready for installation.Gary and Terri were the installers, and from the moment they showed up they were professional, friendly and took time to explain everything to me. The install was flawless!I will definitely be working with Zinga's in the future!

Motorized shades are fine but Zinga installers really need to have stud finder gauge to avoid additional patching of drill holes that miss proper backup for anchor clips particularly when window coverings are located on furred walls. Patching is not the same quality that a drywall and painter would normally do so this is at additional expense for owners. Also, the installer had to redo and raise height of shade because shade valance interfered w swinging.door. Also, there were lots of additional bags of long and short screws so I have to wonder if the clips are sufficiently anchored to wall to support the window coverings

Gary, Terry, & Al just came out and installed my awning on my porch. They each really did a terrific job. They were very efficient and oh soooo friendly. A+++ service, all the way around. The entire process was a breeze and everything was delivered as promised. I especially want to mention Kiersten who did a fabulous job at follow up and assisting through the whole process. She is very good at her job, she deserves a raise! The other special mention is for the installer, Odie. He loves his job and is obvious! He is the most courteous, helpful, and respectful person that I've had so work in a long time. He was patient as I asked questions and his motto is - "I just want you to be happy with my work and your blinds". In a world where customer service seems to have become extinct these are two of the most awesome customer service people I've worked with. First and foremost, Zinga’s is an outstanding company! I have hired them for two different projects for window treatment - blinds! The installation and quality of the product is second to none and did I mentioned the lifetime warranty…!!! The first project was a few years ago and a few blinds needed to be adjusted. I called customer service and they stood behind their warranty and sent a technician to address the issues. Moreover, my most recent project. My motorized shades stopped working , and it took 8 days for a resolve.. This was a simple remote fix and no one seemed to know what to do. Finally i got a number to call and within 5minutes it was fixed.. I had to put sheets up on three large sliding doors for privacy. This could have been done the same day it did not work. I am still not sure why it took so long for help.. Other than that the blinds are great my one star is for service not the blinds.

Zinga's /Tampa area/Adrian....WONDERFUL salesman. He was polite, knew his products and somehow understood our thoughts better than we did. He made choosing blinds so much easier than going through a store. He had lots of samples and ideas. We can't wait for them in about 8 to 10 weeks. Quality products made just for your needs are worth every penny and their prices are fantastic.Update: ZIngas's Zebra shades have now been installed and are fantastic. Tamara kept us up-to-date on installation schedule and Ricky, the installer, was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He even vacuumed up after himself. He was very careful to make sure we knew how to operate the motorization so we could enjoy them to their fullest. Five star rating for sure!! Thanks everyone.
