I was at this Walgreens the other day (which has been my Walgreens for YEARS) and I was waiting on my prescription to get ready, just browsing through the store. Then, I noticed a man following me. He was following me, aisle after aisle, and eventually came up to me and told me he just got out of jail and needed a few things and asked if I would buy them for him. I gave him all the cash I had on me ($9). I was a bit freaked out, and started walking out of the store to my car to just wait there. Becky (I believe that’s her name) approached me and toldMe she noticed this man had been following me and asked if I was okay or needed anything. She agreed that I should wait in my car and told me she was calling her manager. That meant the WORLD to me-it can be scary being a female alone in these situations and she was RIGHT there making sure I was okay. Becky deserves a raise-she’s the BEST!!!!

A few others have mentioned how awful the staff is. I recently moved into the area. I have fortunately only been to this Walgreens twice. Both occasions, I was followed around the store. When I gathered all of my items, I’m talked to very aggressively by the cashier. Honestly never gotten this type of treatment anywhere else. Especially not a Walgreens of all places…. 10/10 run far away from this location! My son is currently sick, and I REFUSE to spend any money with this location or Walgreens for that matter. Beware

super convenient, super quick, super sweet service. I especially liked the woman at the front counter with burgundy hair, so was so pleasant! will stop by again if I need something.

THANK YOU! The pharmacy staff is so welcoming, informative, and pleasant. The pharmacist was off on Sunday and had to go in to makeup some work. She took the moment to have my medication DoorDashed to me on a day that the pharmacy is technically closed. A huge help and relief. I am forever grateful.

Pharmacy is way to slow in filling scripts. I'm sure there is an excuse, but my doctor submitted a simple antibiotic script in the morning due to a procedure done in the office and it was not filled by closing time. Unacceptable. This was not a refill and was urgently needed. I will have to go elsewhere.

Look at your total and receipts at this store. I was purchasing a nail product for $5.29 and the product rang up to over $19 I walked back to the shelf and took a photo of the product which did have the correct product listed and barcode. The manager then goes and looks at it and says he cannot give me the product for the listed price that he could take a few dollars off because the product was in the wrong place and so I corrected him and showed him my photo that the item was in fact correctly placed with the correct product and barcode and he just shrugged his shoulders at me.

I moved my Rx's to this location from Hanna Ave because of the pharmacists hours are longer here. The transition was smooth, the pharmacist was on top of things and very pleasant to work with. I have no complaints.

Started new medication and they went so far to call and see if I had questions or anything about the new medication. That was so above and beyond. I really appreciate it, I am a health care worker so I’m pretty knowledgeable in medications but those who aren’t makes a huge difference with them make sure everyone understands what they are taking. 10/10 Walgreens pharmacy you guys are awesome!

I've been there many times, and everyone at the Pharmacy is very fast and courteous. The Pharmacist even called me personally to check up, and make sure that a new medication was working properly. I really appreciated it. You can't ask for a more helpful and caring team.

Sui & Joanie in the pharmacy are wonderful. The cashiers are always friendly & efficient. It may be a little more expensive for some things than Walmart but for the ease & convience it's well worth it!I was at this location last night getting my monthly prescriptions refilled. I had some other things to purchase; when I went through the front checkout I asked Derrick for some of my brand of cigarettes. Right now my voice is a little raspy & hoarse; & for some reason he felt it was necessary to comment that "It sounds like you've already had too many of these" meaning my cigarettes! I was taken by surprise at the comment & just shook my head & said "No, it was something else." Then this young man said "Asthma?" I had to give him my Mom/Grandma "look" & said "I don't want to talk about it". Please educate your front-end people to not make personal comments on the customer's purchases. I don't want to see the kid get fired, just taught to be a little more sensitive & discreet.

Pharmist will not fill anything early, and if you only pick up certain meds, they violate hippa and call ur doc. Pharmacy staff has 0% customer service capibilities, and i had to file complaint with corporate office.
