I built some business cards on the Staples Website and it was efficient and effective. I needed some quality cards printed quickly for a conference for my new business. The selection and process for building these cards were fabulous. They had choices in my field and even loading the pictures on my cards was relatively easy. I would definitely use them again to order future business cards.

I only come into this Staples because I have a mailbox/PO box set up here. I am looking into changing that when I have the time. The employees put my mail in the wrong mailbox and also lost a piece of mail too. One of their employees literally left me a voicemail indicating that my lost piece of mail was “junk”. This entire situation was a mess. I came in here a second time to pick up my mail. I think the employees here might be racist. I walked in, there were two employees standing at the door, no one greeted me. After I walked in, a white man walked in right after me and he was greeted by both employees and was offered help as soon as he came into the door. Do better.

I've been coming here for years for printers, electronics etc.I just came here for a few boxes for e-commerce. Now I wish I hadn't. I go to check out and there's an older lady on register. I bring up to her the price of the boxes being $0.69 and she interrupts me mid-sentence stating that it's only when I buy 5. She was curt and harsh. Rather than offering to let me get more or even making me feel even remotely welcome in the store, I felt like a burden. Like my money didn't matter.Needless to say, I won't be returning anytime soon. When I go shopping I expect at least a neutral disposition. What I got was hostile and unwelcoming.

The printing staff was rude at best. They had such attitudes when asking simple questions and seemed to lack knowledge of basic questions. I usually have my assistant print documents so I was a little lost at sending documents from the computer to printer and they could have not have been more rude and dismissive. Avoid this store at all costs. Go somewhere that has knowledgeable staff. This place is not it. I then spoke with an assistant manager who was equally as dismissive and it was obvious where the problem lies. Train your people and expect excellent customer service. To be fair I have never had this experience at other Staples stores and generally prefer them over others.

I come here a lot to have things printed or faxed or scanned and sent somewhere else. They have a self service machine for this Except i don't use it because I'm a little slow with technology. One worker Breanna helps me every time and is hands down the best worker there!!! She does so much to make sure my service is great every time I go. Even though they are simple tasks I can do by myself she seems so happy to help and make things go so smoothly. I feel confident that my documents go through every time I work with her. They are always busy and usually only have one person there so she handles workload very well on her own and does a great job with everyone. Once another employee helped me and didn't even put a header in my email and the receiver never got it! That was very annoying. I complained about it to Breanna and she quickly resent it for me without charging. I am very pleased from the customer service I get from Breanna and will continue to come here because of her great work. Thanks a whole lot!

We went looking for a computer. The machines that they had were okay, we found better selections elsewhere. Or salesperson was very awkward. They asked some of the right questions to find out what were needed, but then spent all of their selling effort on the protection plan, not on the computer that we came in to buy. The spokesperson also did not communicate very well.

I made a quick stop here to pick up a few office supplies. The store was well stocked and I was able to find what I came to get. The post it note section had a lot of items stocked in the wrong slots making it a pain to determine the correct price for items. Otherwise, visit was good

Called to inform them that I sent through a print job and would be there about ten minutes before closing staff was unhelpful and grumpy. I know I’m showing up close to close, but it was a self-serve project on a machine they they don’t have to service every night. I’ve been in the customer service industry for ten years. You don’t treat customers like that no matter how tired you are.

Over all this is a good store to go to when you need to pick up some office supplies. If you keep an eye on the sales papers you can usually find some great deals on supplies and the people who work there all have been very helpful and nice the times I have been there.

First and last time using Staples printing. We found a Groupon for Staples Holiday cards. The job time was very quick but the print quality was terrible. The photos were very blurry.
