Always clean, they have my dog's food, and they have a program buy 13 get one free (not much but it's something) I like their rewards also. Price comparable to Chewy and you can get bonus and sales on the food. And use vendor coupons. People are always willing to help. Good customer service.

Great place for pet needs. The dog was is easy to use and not very expensive. Plenty of treat, toy, and food options. Even take my dog there for a nail trim when available.

We adopted our most recent addition to the family from this store. The store manager, Sarah, was very helpful in the process! We got a handful of items for free to help him transition into our home. Their prices are reasonable and they are happy to answer any questions you might have. Definitely give these guys a look if you want to support a small business!

This store is full of the most wonderful staff. They helped me adopt the perfect cat for my family via their partnership with Cuddle Me Cat Rescue, and then proceeded to help me, a first-time cat mom, source everything I needed to take care of her. They educated me while not upselling me at all. I have been back in several times since adopting my cat, and every single time I have encountered a friendly and helpful staff member.

This store is on our weekly go to list. They have a wonderful selection of foods to choose from! We love the warm and inviting atmosphere that we get as soon as we walk in the door. The staff is exceptional, Sara and Lisa are two of our favorites that we always enjoy to see and get our questions answered from! We also always enjoy seeing the adoptable cats/kittens when we are in and of course miss fiesty!

For a small family owned pet store, this one was absolutely awesome. The store manager was so helpful with my needs for my puppy dog. The selection of dog food, accessories, and toys was totally amazing. Prices were absolutely wonderful 🐾❤️🐾

Great friendly place! They carry most major popular healthy and vet recommended brands of dog food. That you would not thibk bc they are a small store. Needed a specific brand and was trying to avoid going to busy 135 to Uncle bills. Happily surprised to find out they had it.Staff helpful and friendly. Great find.

This store is near my home and when getting supplies or toys for my kitties it is a must to go there. Service is excellent, the staff are wonderful, and are more than willing to help out/give advice about products.They partner with the Robin's Nest adoption agency and take very good care of the kitties that come under their care while they are seeking adoption. I actually adopted my 2nd cat from them.100% recommend a visit.

First time here and glad I found it. I moved from an area not far from here and usually went to petvalu but they closed down. So happy I found a small business pet supply store to support. I refuse to go to the big stores. Anyways, Sarah was amazing! I asked her many questions about my cat and she knew everything. The store is very clean and organized and I highly recommended it. I’ll be back!

This is a great place to buy dog food. They have lots of food that you would otherwise only be able to find online. Their prices are cheaper than chewy and Amazon. So it doesn't make sense for us to order and then in some cases pay a delivery fee. The workers in the store are usually very helpful and glad to look up information if they don't know the answers. But more often than not they're very knowledgeable about the food they offer to their clients.

Got a coupon in the mail for free car food, so of course we checked it out! The employee was super knowledgeable and was able to give really great suggestions to find something right for our cat. Without the coupon it would have been to expensive, but I wish I could continue to shop there!

We are always greeted upon entering. My best experience was the day of my wedding, I realized I hadn't got my dogs nails clipped. Freaked out, I thought I'd have to clip then myself. I asked the cashier if she'd clip his nails because I was too nervous to. She clipped his nails and filed them in no time, she congratulated me on my wedding. We shop here weekly for our dog food.

They have kittens/cats in store. Cute of course. Wags and Tails bring in dogs for adoption periodically. It's usually an announced event. Very nice staff.

Update: 05/22/2019Things seem to have gotten better, I've been starting to come back as it is more convenient for me to get my crickets. They seem to have been stocked every time & get the right amount with no more dead crickets & a nicer person at the register now. Yay.They always scam or short you on crickets, give you dead crickets, then act like they don't want to take or replace the dead one's like what am I gonna do with a dead cricket. They don't have large, medium, or small to choose from, just a variety, mostly small. And they often run out of them. Staff is awkward they never know how to speak to the customers they kinda just treat you how they want.
