The job itself is relatively easy, and fun for the most part. BUTT !! If you care about your customers and run on common sense. This is not the place for you. Communication is a joke on all levels. From the transportation manager, to there boss and there bosses boss. Also based on communication with my customers. Any issues they have seem to get ignored. If I could give negative stars I would.

Unsafe carrier ALERT!!!! I drove for this company for 2 days. My trainer didnt do pre/post trips and drove with a Phone up to his ear. On day 2 they gave me a loaner truck that has 2 flats, a broken mirror and a light out. I was fired for "writing up a hefty repair bill." These people clearly have no respect for safety or following DOT laws.

They don't like people that are late but I showed up early with my trailer already swept out and they rewarded me by getting me done in less than 2 hrs before my appointment even I liked the place

Do not accept a load if it is to be loaded before 5. They start working and picking up orders at 3pm
