This is by far the worst grooming facility I’ve ever been to. My dog gets treated horribly. I got an extra charge for brushing which is fine but then when I pick up my dog I am aware of it. Additional charge of $10 for handling the dog. I was told that they couldn’t finish her nails even though they had her for 3 1/2 hours. The last time I brought my dog to this place she got fleas. Luckily she’s treated the girls working in there look like they’re incapable of doing the job and they’re not very nice at all. $107 for a simple brushing bath and nails shouldn’t be that hard. Petsmart is the worst.

Really terrible service when you hear an associate (Rachel) tell a customer buying crickets "talk to me, some of the fish people will go away". Anya saved the day, very prompt when she passed by. Otherwise, it would be one star and a walkout.

I do not want to make a blanket comment about all PetSmart employees, but rather company policies - specifically for this location.I purchased a bearded dragon on January 24, 2023. For the (almost) one month our family took care of him he experienced seizures, lethargy, lack of appetite - all symptoms of ADV. When I went in for a second time to ask for help the manager just handed me some powder called “critical care” without having the courtesy to share instructions for use. The lack of sympathy was heartbreaking considering we struggled for a straight month to keep Milo alive. Rather, “the company has a two week return policy and there is nothing we can do”.Based on light research about bearded dragons, we believe that further testing needed to be done before placing this beardy in the tank with the two other bearded dragons that were at the location. If he did have this virus, it could have easily affected the other dragons in the tank.He was so sick and I cannot imagine what he was going through for one month. He must have been in so much pain - he was just a baby.This whole experience was gut wrenching and I am not sure I will allow myself to purchase from PetSmart again.

Together food prices have jumped incredibly high. What I use to pay this time last year will allow me to get a bag half the size. Great customer service. Prices are becoming too much .

I didn't really brouse the store. First time I've been to this location. It smelled really bad. I mean really bad. I didn't stay long. I'll visit again and see if that was just a bad day at the store. Hopefully.The staff I interacted with were very nice.

I love coming to this PetSmart, many employees know me with my purple hair and I frequently do and will shop there. Sadly, after coming for years, sometimes on my bike, I was immediately told never to bring my bike in there again. I wouldn't have brought it but it's never been an issue before and they have absolutely no bike parking and vagrants wandering outside begging for money.I prefer shopping here over chewy when I can to get a variety for my cats. I'm not sure it's worth the gas to drive all the way out here though every time I need some cat food when I'm already biking on the trail.Please offer me an option so I can continue to enjoy this location.

My experience was pleasing. I usually order online and pick up in-store or have my items delivered. I like both options and the convenience. I like the selection of small animals and aquatic. I love that no matter when I shop, they always have some sales/deals for my pets. The only thing that is needed is more employees to help at checkout.

Clean aisles and friendly staff. There's not always someone around to help though. I've climbed a fee shelves myself to get something after asking for someone to come help. But I understand the risk if something were to happen, but overall the cashiers are usually very helpful. The store usually is pretty well stocked unless it's a clearance sale on something. The lines are sometimes pretty long, but the cashiers move pretty fast. You're not in line longer than 10 minutes at the most even on busy days. Great store, Great employees

Wherever I go I got for his outrageous PetSmart use to send me 20% off $20 off coupons every month and then after 5 months nothing. Do I keep waiting to see if I might get a coupon in my email again, now it's been another seven months I got a $10 off coupon but the price of a dog food has jumped up $25 on the bag. So that much of the savings there anymore.

Excellent service the cashier Nikki was so sweet and helpful. She always has a smile and friendly. The shelves were stock and the store was clean and safe. The grooming department is the BEST especially Ms Lily she takes care of my little kid's, Casper and Tinkerbell. Everyone at the grooming is a sweetheart so helpful and caring for my little ones. Your store out East is the BEST. I would give you 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Am only giving 4 stars because of the helpful lady that actually help me out, the rest of the employees were not professional or kind, if they see you, they will ignore you, they will pretend to be busy when they're not, but thanks to the lady I was able to get a crate for my 🐕 , she was really good at taking care of me, she was really busy, but she managed to help me out.Thank you!

They did an amazing job. My dog is a rescue. She had been used as a breed dog. She didn't even know how to go to the bathroom outside of a cage. She doesn't know what affection is. She's starting to feel more at ease. I was afraid how she would react to being groomed. I explained this to the groomers and they were very gentle with her.

They upgraded the aquarium area very nice and clean it seems like there's lesser amounts of fish selection on weekends

The fish department is lacking some EXTREME TLC.Tanks covered in algae. The bottoms of the tanks have 2 inches of algae. Tanks FILLED with dead fish. Betta fish? Living in yellow filthy cups. I have taken photos and will be sending them to higher authorities. Absolutely sad and sickened.

By far anything that you can think of for your pet . & What they don't have in the store . Bet you can get online . Everyone that I have met so far each time that I go in are animal lovers . They hurt my dog cutting his nails, now I have to take him to the vet because he nolonger lets people cut his nails. He was fine every month until my last visit at petsmart.
