I give them a zero star worst place ever. They didn’t brush my dogs teeth she just sprays some mint and that’s it. Charged me for that. Then she trimmed the nails but weren’t done properly they didn’t even buffer it. PetSmart has better service. This was very expensive for not doing anything. Avoid coming here they don’t know how to do anything. The cashier guy was very rude I was just letting him know she didn’t do a good job. Then he was telling me we can’t do anything about it.

I was very angry after our experience at the groomer. I chose a $24 package which I assumed came with bathing,no we get charged another $24 for that service and our dog didn’t even get a cute bandana. I don’t why the groomer didn’t explain that maybe there would be an extra charge and I wouldn’t of cared to pay it. We won’t be going back there!

Alexis did wonderful with both my dogs. Only issue I find was my dog came back with gunk still in his ears, not a huge deal still going to go back. Other then that everything was perfect. She was very sweet and I could tell my dogs were in good hands. It also meant a lot that they didn't judge the fact that they were XL dogs that were also part pits. A lot of these grooming places don't take pits of any kind, which is ridiculous. Highly suggest will be going back.

This is the second time with grooming and they didn’t accept our dog since he was to big for them and and even when we had vaccinations and he wasn’t due to for rubies until next year in November. They still didn’t take him. The worst customer service ever .

The ladies are always super nice, quick and are always loving on my dogs during our visits. My puppy is roughly 80 pounds and not a lover of heights. So, being on the table isn't a fun for her, but the ladies always love on her to make her more comfortable. We always leave wagging out tails!

First of all I was amazed with how well they are dealing with regulation during the pandemic! But with the grooming experience for my pup it was amazing! The moment Alexis stepped out to receive my dog, he was so happy to see her. She exceeded my expectations and my pup came out looking so handsome! Love it!

The girls at Petco grooming are familiar with my kiddos. We have been going there for a few years. They greet them by name, always seem excited and friendly with them. More importantly, my kids are excited to see them! They truly make me feel like my kids are in good hands.

First time I took my dog there they cut his neck claiming they didn't realize he had skin folds... He's an 11 year old dog. He had skin hanging off his neck because it got caught in the clippers. I understand accidents happen, but this was the first time I went there so I'm very unimpressed.

All of the groomers are very nice , but they just don’t listen, My Lillybelle went in as a grown out ,and admittedly scruffy silky and came out like a beagle. I paid the 50 bucks plus a 10 $ tip but I was not happy and I won’t go back.

They are always so friendly and easy to work with. My dog doesn't get so upset as dogs sometimes can do. He seems pretty comfortable with their staff and we will continue to use them for all three dogs.

The groomers are always friendly to me and know my dogs name. They always treat my dog like I would. The groomer calls my dog princess! Overall never had a bad experience and always tries to work me in when I forget to make a appointment.

Monty did not smell like he'd had a bath. I expected him to smell and feel clean, but he did not. His eyes were still gunky. His anal glands were still swollen, which was the main reason I'd used your services. Monty had also been limping and holding up his paw, like he's been injured. I feel like I wasted my time and money on this experience.

There was an issue with my dog which required a vet consult. It was minor and Petco took care of it, no charge. They even still managed to finish in the original estimated amount of time. They couldn't complete all services requested but did most of it and didn't charge for anything that wasn't done.
