This place helps support local parks by providing doggy bag stations. I think that's great! They are always friendly to us and our furry little nephew. Great point system keeps me coming back for more. Loved the puppy party yesterday it was great!

I have been shopping here since the early 2000s with my family. The staff are amazing & very helpful people. The store is well taken care of & the bathing area is of groomer quality. This spot in town is surrounded by great places to eat, so it's ideal for a group of any size. You can even have a membership.

Love this PSP location! Always friendly and informed employees. Everything I’ve needed is always in stock and they actually carry the rarer food brand that we feed our dogs. This is a big win in comparison to other pet stores in the area. Thanks a ton from my pack!

I brought my German shepherd here to have a bath and nails trimmed. Bekah was her groomer and did AMAZING!!! Nova is scared and doesn’t like being away from me. Bekah was so patient and loving with my girl! I will definitely be coming back!

Really nice and clean store. What I wanted was out of stock. Had a spin the wheel game going, that was cool. Nice staff, very polite.Very bad location for congested traffic so I usually avoid the area. Wish there was a store in a more accessible area.I would recommend this store.

Our favorite store to shop for everything our dogs and cats need. The employees are awsome and always very friendly and knowledgeable. The store GM is a total sweetheart and treats her employees well. They also price match and alot of the time are cheaper then chewy on their products. We've been customer's for going on 5yrs now. Keep up the amazing work.

Don't order online here. It took 23 hours for my kitty litter purchase to be ready. I didn't have a car anymore, so I couldn't pick it up. Their email said the order would be automatically cancelled after 2 days, but I got charged for it anyway, even after I called them to confirm it had been cancelled. Total rip off.

I prefer shopping here as to other pet stores.The prices are better than the competition, the staff is helpful and friendly and the store is clean and well organized. I shop the one on Emerson Ave just north of County Line Rd. If you haven't been in please try them, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. I shop online too, but most times, they're cheaper than Chewy or Amazon, depending on what you are looking for.

I stopped to get liners for litter pans and was looking at dog toys. They all had squeakers and couldn’t use knotted pull toys. The 2 employees could not have been any friendlier or helpful in finding a toy for my Yorkie. I always get my liners from this location and would recommend this store to anyone with a pet. Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service.

The groomers at Pet Supplies Plus at Emerson and County are outstanding! They are patient and caring as they work on my nervous dogs. I love that they talk to my dogs as they are grooming! I’ve taken my dogs to many groomers and Pet Supplies Plus tops them all! Their compassion, quality of work and affordable prices will keep us going back. I highly recommend Pet Supplies Plus at Emerson & County Line roads!

Loved getting these bakery treats for my dog but the last time I was there I got the same bone treats as always. They cost about $3 each. got charged for the gourmet dog treats about $6 each so I was double charged for two of these. And I know what they cost because I buy these often . Only saw this when I got home and reached out to customer care. Did not even get a response

I recently went here to get some food for my dogs, I mentioned how I was changing their food up and wasn’t looking for any recommendations but the woman working there took it upon herself to do so I mentioned what Breeds of dogs I had and then she went on to inform me that the current food my dogs were eating their vets were getting kickbacks on for recommending them to us pet owners I didn’t really believe it but whatever. Next thing I know she’s recommending 2 dog foods for me and it turns out it’s the only 2 foods that Pet supplies plus manufactures and sells! I was really disturbed by this and felt like she wasn’t be honest with me by only recommending the food that she and her store will get a kick back on for selling because it’s manufactured by her company! I just am saying this to say be careful with what they recommend here. I ended up returning the food shortly after purchasing it and went with a different brand. Not happy with my experience.

They carry our dogs brand of fresh food from Open Farm so we love coming here. They also keep a nice stock of fresh treats for your pup! Service is always great and they have deals on their social media pages on the weekends!

I have no words for how gracious the staff at Pet Supplies is! I volunteer at our shelter and foster dogs time to time. I always bring my shelter dogs here for a bath and it was broke when I brought my last foster in who just got out of the shelter. The groomer stayed late and squeezed us in for a last minute appointment and was patient when we quickly realized he does not like baths haha. They wanted him to feel special and dedicated extra time to him, helped me carry stuff to my car and really went above an beyond.

Nothing but positive things to say about here. Everyone here is helpful and it's compact enough to always have someone to ask for any assistance. They have better pricing than the bigger stores but the staff has always been very pleasant and most importantly, my dog loves coming here. Also, the grooming staff is very amicable and careful with my dog which is very important to me.

My first time in the store and I was impressed br the variety of brands of pet food, as well as other products. Food, beds, crates, leashes, and pet care products. They even have a groomer on site. What impressed me about the groomer is rhat I saw her working on a dog which was resting in a sling, as opposed to standing for an hour attached to collar. The employees were also nice. I will be back.
