Just went here for the first time, and we all loved it. Our pup just lost her brother of 7 years this week, and she's been struggling to adjust. We thought we'd try a new place to help her have her own memories. Access from the Pike was easy. It's handicap accessible. They have tons of great treats, foods, toys, etc. for dogs, cats, birds, etc. The staff was wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable. We recommend them for your pet supply needs for sure. Our pup left with a nice new jacket, sweater, some treats, and a new bone. She loves the sweater so much, we took the tag of to pay because she didn't want to take it off.

Love it here. Been a loyal customer for 5 years. The staff is always great and if we want something they don't have, they will order it and give us a call when it comes in. Love the family owned vibe and the customer service that comes with it!

Fantastic pet supply store! Biggest selection of premium dog foods, will order bags for you if needed. Very helpful to breeders. Loyalty program gives a free bag of dog food for every 10 purchased

They had exactly what we needed at reasonable pricing. A good variety of all things needed for a variety of pets. Even gave our puppy a free treat while we looked around the store. They have the extra long treats our doggy likes (he loves sticks so long treats are a hit). Recommended if you like smaller box places that allow for individual attention if needed. Nice friendly staff very clean stocked store. Definitely recommend checking them out

Started buying all our food here about 5 years ago. Great service, tons of knowledge. A little pricey but the food is better quality for your dog's and cats than the typical bulk producer. Love this place. Worth it. They also have the best staff, really friendly and have great events for dogs throughout the year

My dog (Ghost) and I went to Paw Stop, opened the door entered what can only be described as the Wonka Factory for pets. The store presents a cornucopia of stimuli for both pets and their humans! I was greeted by the Manager (AKA Wonka) and was whisked away to a consultation table. I gave her the list of items my vet had given me as well as told her my concerns about Ghosts needs. Wonka reviewed the list and listened to me, she also stayed within my budget. I left the store with food,treats, toys, shampoo, supplements, and instructions. It has been almost two days, three dog meals and one bath; Ghost is more active, less attentive to hot spots, his fur feels amazing after using his new shampoo, and he is thoroughly enjoying his new food. We will be returning to the Paw Stop/ Wonka Factory routinely!

I stopped in on an off chance looking for dog toys and found a place that honestly felt like home. Alex the store manager was extremely welcoming and informative. She went over my dogs health needs and helped me pick a dog food perfect for my little guy. He has been in excellent health since starting his new dog food regiment. The store was super clean and well organized it was easy to find everything I needed. After , leaving it did not feel like I had just left a pet store after shopping it felt saying goodbye to a friend knowing I would be back because I found a store who truly cares about my dogs health and well-being not about pushing products. If you have not stopped by DO. From the amazing staff to the wonderful products I’ve never seen at any other pet store. I even found a candle that knocks out all my little guys pet smells. Do yourself the favor and stop in. You’ll find that just like me you’ll be a regular!!!

We come here pretty often and every time there’s nothing to complain about. Our dogs enjoy coming and do not get stressed with the groomers. I will say they like to talk more then at home because there excited. When they are let out and the groomers put the leashes on, I enjoy seeing our dogs trying to walk the groomer to us. They missed us so much 😂😍

Wow!! Paws Stop allowed our shelter to bring in a pup and set up a booth for their 32 anniversary. That was very kind of them. However, I was completely blown away additional kindness of the staff. They bought our pup a bag of toys, a bandana, a jacket, treats, and a bone. They gave her so much love and attention. She slept happily the whole way back. Plus, the store is so big with so many unique items. Best experience ever! I will always shop there!

This place was awesome! So many healthy pet food options (and options in general for a wide variety of animals)! A lot of dog stuff, could have more cat toys/car raw food/etc. The two employees who worked 1/26/21 at night were friendly and wonderful!It was refreshing to shop somewhere with good prices and being able to mostly avoid big box stores that unsafely sell animals and give bad info to pet buyers.

I've never been in the shop before it was very clean and very well organized. A young women helped me pick out a different brand of food, in comparison to what we normally used. She let me know about their free bag program and their rewards program. I signed up for both. She was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. I think we found our new pet supply store. The staff at the shop were very friendly, helpful and attentive. They have a wide range of pet toys, treats and food. I came looking for things for my dog, and was pleasantly surprised to see the nice selection. They also seemed to have a good selection of cat stuff, wild bird stuff and small animal stuff. Prices are comparable to other pet stores. They have a very large selection of HIGH quality pet food. They do not sell live animals, which I really appreciate (as a former animal shelter worker). I would definitely recommend this place to pet owners.

I shop here all the time!! They have the best customer service and all the staff is knowledgeable about what is good for all pets’ needs!! The store manager is beyond awesome!! If you don’t see something there that you want, she will see if she can order it !! The prices are reasonable and it’s locally owned and operated!!
