I had to put my best buddy, friend, and confidant "Baby", a 14yr old Frenchie, to sleep unexpectedly last weekend.Noah's and ALL their staff, start to finish, treated us like family, with patience and kindness. Our family has been with Noah’s for 14 years. We love the care and compassion given to our pups. Dr Blair has been supportive, respectful, and explains all treatments and procedures in very basic ways, so you can understand. She also makes you part of the decision process concerning treatments. The entire staff is respectful and kind. We have only experienced positive interactions with our vet care and highly recommend their veterinary care.

Came here when I first moved to the area because I had a 19 year old cat that hated car rides, and this was the closest clinic. We have since lost our girl, but I continue to come here with my dogs and our new kitty because I love the staff. Dr. Webb was extremely kind, caring, and empathetic when it was time to say goodbye to our last kitty. Our dogs have seen several of the doctors here and all of them have been amazing. We always have a great experience here, and the whole staff treats all of our babies with so much love.

We have taken our cats to Noah's for years. The quality care they provide cannot be overstated . Dr. Quigley is incredibly knowledgeable about cats and always takes her time with us, despite being very busy. She is very patient with our questions and is good at dispensing advice. We highly recommend Noah's.

Noah's Caring Hands takes great care of our pets and has for years. My dogs love coming here and the staff is great! Dr. Roach is so caring and really takes time to answer questions, and she is just so great with the animals. Any time I have called needing prescription refills, or questions they are quick to respond. This location goes above and beyond to accommodate any needs. We moved 45minutes away and continue to bring our dogs here because we trust them. Great place and I would recommend them if you are looking for caring and consistent people to take care of your pets. Thank you Noah's for always taking great care of our dogs!

DO NOT COME HERE. The staff have zero sense of urgency and very obviously only care for your wallet.After checking in, and waiting an hour in their lobby, one of their assistants came up and began asking me the same initial questions they asked when I first came (how long have you had her, is she an indoor or outdoor cat, what kind of food do you feed her), followed by another 30 minute wait in an office.After finally being seen by the vet she tells me that they will have to start my kitten on ANOTHER round of vaccines as they don't the final one. They mentioned they would compensate the vaccines, but not the $100 office visits.If you value your pets, time and money, look literally anywhere else.

Yesterday I took my cat Xavi to get her annual wellness check and shots. Dr. Rachel and JR both were fantastic with their examinations and giving Xavi her shots. However, the staff at the front desk weren't too warm, barely any acknowledgement coming in. And then when we were leaving barely any acknowledgement or a goodbye. This wasn't my experience last year so I am just going to chalk it up as they were probably just tired being that Tuesdays are one of their late days to be open. So I don't want to make a determination just yet as to if I will or will not return. I will just wait and see what my experience will be like during a future visit or visits.

They are very patient with my rescue pup. He has a lot of anxiety and aggression having been a fighting dog with a past owner, however they are patient with him. I drive 40 minutes just to go to this Vet. I highly recommend.

Brought my baby(cat 18&blind) here after she lost a tooth which led to an infection. They were very nice and professional. The meds kept her alive for a little while longer but sadly we had to say goodbye after 2 weeks. I can’t thank them enough for giving me more time with her and being so caring and supportive. They also sent a card after her passing. This will be my go to get moving forward as they really care unlike many other vets.

Noah’s Caring Hands is a great place! We moved here in 1993 and they have been caring for our pets for a very long time! We started with kittens and have had to have several put to sleep. Dr. Roach has been with us for those difficult times. She is caring, professional, and loving. We recently got a puppy and Dr. Roach is Jaxson’s doctor now, too. We love it there!

Very poor customer service. We were running late and called ahead. They said, “ok we will let the staff know.” However, the moment we got there the receptionist said, “Your appointment was at 12:20. I will need to check with the medical staff to see if they can still see you.” There was no regard for my pets’ anguish (or my wife’s for that matter) or his well being. I challenged the receptionist asking why we were not told we may not be able to keep our appointment when we called. She was no doubt offended. Such a shame that the staff doesn’t communicate with each other better. I will never go to this clinic again and do not recommend it.

Giest LocationMy dogs have been going here for over a year I even have the pet insurance. I recently I took my dogs in for their routine allergy shot and had not been informed until after services that the price had almost doubled. I then took my dog this weekend to have his eyes checked, the doctor ran a test without asking me if I could pay for it. Then when I was asked to pay they gave me an amount without handing me a bill. The procedure was billed along with charging me a markup value for the meds. When I walked out to read my bill a customer service lady said oh could've wrote you a prescription and you could have ordered it. I stated but you guys match Chewey's price so why would I have to get a prescription. She stated I have to ask every time I come in that I get the medication at the same price as Chewey's. She did not offer to refund me what was then a $60 difference on medication.

We went there for the 1st time last week to take our 15 1/2 yr old pup to be seen (couldn't believe we were able to get in on such short notice). Dr Sarah and her asst were so professional, thorough and caring towards our Bella. Sad to say that in the end we had to send her to Heaven. Once again the compassion that was shown was off the charts. Looks like we found a permanent home for our other pup Sugar. Thank you Dr Sarah and staff!

Had the best experience here for our first time. Everyone took the time to get to know my dog and help her adjust to a new office/vet. Janet was amazing at working with my schedule and getting us in quickly. Tiffany and Dr. Roach were very informational and my pup warmed up to them nicely. We will be back again soon for a follow up, and for every other visit after that!

The staff and services provided at Noah's caring hands are five stars. I have taken my animals to the Geist location for many many years and have always been treated well and, more importantly, our animals have as well. I most recently have taken on the responsibility of a bull terrier puppy. He is high energy, full of personality, and a complete maniac and he LOVES the staff at Caring Hands. They also love him in return. We had a scare two weeks ago in which our little bully ate a squeaker and had to undergo surgery to remove it. The surgery was performed at the 24 emergency clinic and then we used Caring Hands as our post operation resource. They were an incredible support to us and made us feel 100% confident in the care our dog was receiving. They patiently answered my questions and concerns on a daily basis, looked at my dog's incision daily, and educated us on the proper steps needed to get him to full recovery. All with smiles and genuine caring for our little maniac :) I have recommended Caring Hands to many of my friends in the past and will continue to do so in the future. They are fabulous people and deserve a huge THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!! We could not have gotten through this experience without them!

Been going here for years. Dog always came home lethargic after kenneling. Sick to his stomach. Asked them about it and got no answers, even after they said they’d call me back. Which they didn’t. And the prices were always higher than quoted.New vet said they were probably sedating him while there.

My wife and I recently moved and were looking for veterinary services for our 12 year-old, male Malti-poo named Tater. We live very close to Noah's Caring Hands on Sunnyside Rd. and we were very happy we found them! Dr. Karen Roach was very patient, caring and a great vet to our little guy. After a long battle we did unfortunately lose him. However, we were able to gain some extra time with him because of Dr. Roach's recommendations and care. When the time came for Tater to leave us I can tell you that Dr. Roach and the staff at Noah's Caring Hands were extremely comforting and professional. This is something that I am sure anyone who has lost a loved pet can surely appreciate. I would recommend them to anyone who would ask and if/when we are comfortable enough with getting another fur baby in our lives this will be 100% where we will be going for everything.Much thanks to the entire staff and Dr. Roach for all your care and support in this rough time of our lives.

Noah's Caring Hands has been our Veterinarian for over 15yrs. I cannot put in words, the way that I feel about the entire staff at Noah's, but I will try to keep it brief.Everyone treats you and your pet with so much care and compassion. We have nothing but great things to say about the Vets that we have seen. They are so compassionate and will do everything they can to treat your pets with the best treatment options. Our little guy has specific diet needs and they carry a variety of foods and treats for cats and dogs.If you need to leave your dog for the day or overnight, no problem, Noah's can help with that too.I just want to say if I could give 10 stars, I would. I love everything about Noah's Caring Hands, and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

The entire staff was very nice and helpful. I called around 1 pm on a Sunday and had an appointment at 3. They closed at 4. We didn't get there until 340. They were all understanding and truly made the situation easier. We had to put down our 16 year old rat terrier, Sasha. We had never been to Noahs, but they treated us like we had been going there forever. The price was cheaper than other vets that are only open Monday through Friday. I would highly recommend them. Very compassionate. ..thank you.

Just a week ago I was faced with the tough decision of putting my beloved chihuahua Claire to sleep. Having never gone through anything like that before, I contacted Tom and he eloquently described the euthanasia process to me. Even though it was still the toughest day of my life, knowing what to expect made it a little easier. The doctor was extremely compassionate, as was the tech. I sobbed like a baby through everything but they were so kind and gentle with both myself and Claire. It was such a peaceful passing and I left feeling like I made the right choice. I read below that someone said they try to upsale their clients but I can honestly say that I felt no pressure whatsoever. They actually credited me for the $54 wellness exam that I had already agreed to pay. How often does that happen? And there were several options depending upon your fiscal status. I never once felt like money was priority, it was all about my sweet 16 year old girl. Thank you Noah's for providing exceptional service while still remaining kindhearted. ---Lacey Rose Lawson

My family & I have gone here for all our fur babies for years. Recently I have taken in 3 of my 4 pets and they have been wonderful getting them in and taken care of. It’s been different since we are facing a pandemic right now, but they have been absolutely terrific! Yes, it is expensive but it is also a quality vet clinic. I would rather go where I know they will be good and where I can trust them. Not only do they do the most they can, they called me multiple times just to check on how my pets were doing. I have moved about 35 minutes away but I will still make the drive to keep coming back!

We found 5 kittens under our porch this past Saturday afternoon, these babies were obviously very scared, shaking and crying for food and their mama. We immediately gave them all a little milk to try to put something in their bellies. We placed in a box and called Noah's Caring Hands to seek guidance and the lady my daughter spoke with said we were able to bring them to the hospital and they would be able to advise on their age. With all the chaos, we were unable to bring them in Saturday. The babies were on our porch in hopes that mama cat would come back to nurse them. Mama cat did come back the next morning around 6:40 am, however she was skeptical and ran off. Later we found out this was because she probably felt we were trying to trap her. Needless to say, when we brought these precious babies to Noah's we quickly learned that they would need round the clock feedings and care which we were not necessarily in the position to be able to do, plus we have 3 cats at home already. We did quickly learn that there was a lady on staff who actually fosters to animals and works with Robin's Nest once animals are able to be weaned and adopted and she was willing to take these babies and foster to them. I immediately fell into tears of joy, happiness & gratitude as I did not want anything bad to happen to these babies.We appreciate so much the level of compassion & helpfulness we received from this team.
