Today I went to this place to buy something at the delicatessen and a black woman in her 60s treated me very badly just because I didn't know how to order a cheese in English. She told me that she didn't serve people who didn't speak English. That's why I rate this place as terrible, and they should give talks to the employees on how to treat customers, whether because of their race or nationality...

I shop here often and DO NOT USE the self check. I pay too much for groceries to do your job of ringing and bagging my groceries. Lately even though I'm going to a full service lane, my groceries are bagged and left on the check out lane for me to put in my cart. You've got to do better Kroger. If I wanted to do this myself, I'd go to self check.

Very busy but that just means ots a good place to shop. Good service. Good selection. Nothing to complain about other than the u-scanners. They are horrible. They don't detect scans when you scan things. They over detect things when you haven't scanned anything. Takes twice as long as it should to check out when using u-scan.

Compared to the atrocity at 116th and Olio, this location is great. They're better stocked, less busy, and faster at checking you out. The only real annoying thing is how much litter there is around the building.

I generally like this Kroger but after seeing their restroom, it makes me wonder how sanitary the entire store is. Moldy floor and wall tile, toilet paper every where. The log showed it had been cleaned but how?

After 6 years I recently relocated back to this area after 5 mins of shopping This guy literally stood in 1 spot for 3 to 5 mins staring at candy acting like he was shopping while I looked over toys and candy as soon as I left the aisle he left with nothing in his hand mean while I had a cart full of items I going to assume he was loss prevention thanks Kroger I feel racially profiled

This is actually one of the better Krogers in the area. Krogers as a whole is just terrible. I don’t remember ever going into a Kroger and not having trouble finding something very basic that any grocery store should be expected to have. This time I needed saline solution for eyes. It’s a basic eye care product that I’ve been able to find at every single store that has a pharmacy for the last 15 years. They don’t have it, seemed to have never even heard of it. I hate grocery shopping and it’s incredibly frustrating to go for what should be a quick, simple purchase, and be unable to find what you need almost every single time.

Gone are the days when you can simply look at a product price and expect to pay that at the register. Just get a Kroger card, that'll take care of it. Wrong!Look closely at the signage. In short, if we don't want Kroger to charge us more than the advertised price, we have to download an app and clip digital coupons.There are competitors in the area. They have a really cool concept. It goes like this: You see an advertised price, and you pay that price. I think I'll start shopping there.

This seems to be one of the better kroger stores in the area. The prices are just as high as the rest of them though. Record profits through price gouging. Shame on you.

Produce never looks fresh. The shelves are rarely stocked and they are often out of items that are readily available at other grocery stores. The meat selection is also not good. DO NOT try to do curbside pickup here. It will take at least 30 minutes for them to bring your items out. Much quicker to just go inside yourself to find out they are out of stock of everything.

I always have a pleasant experience here. Sometimes they might be out of an item but if I come back the next day they typically have it. All the staff are very friendly. Produce is always great looking. Compliments to people who work in produce.great Job Kroger Team.

the person in charge of inventory at this store needs to be FIRED. The last two times I've gone to this store, it has not had the few items I go for (these are common items (applesauce, diet dr pepper, zero sugar root beer, bananas, lettuce, etc). I shouldn't need to call a store to ensure they have common items in stock. GET IT TOGETHER!!!

I like this store, I'm here often. But lately the employees sure seem to run the asylum. My daughter loves their fried chicken. Good luck getting them to cook you any past 5pm. It gets tiring to disappoint her. "so and so shut down the fryer at 4pm. So and so said they aren't making any more chicken tonight". Also the salad bar is great, but far too often I just can't count on it anymore much even past 6pm. I'm a working parent, often can't get there before 6pm. Employees want out early so they shut down the salad bar or they quit making chicken. You can get a free fried chicken dinner if you raise a stink about it but employees seem clueless about it. If you want Kroger fried chicken, you are better served to go to Cumberland road in Fishers. I can't depend on this Kroger anymore for my daughter.

The seasoned staff here are amazing! The younger workers in the deli dept could use some training on customer service though... This store offers lots of clearances in 2 locations inside the store. Prices are actually reasonable... meat and produce are always on point. Great store!

Have used the grocery pick-up for a couple of years. Last weekend we were shorted Shrimp, Chuck Roast, Shredded Mexican blend Cheese, American Cheese slices, 2% milk, and two cans of whipped cream. Got a partial refund due to the "customer service" employee doubting my truthfulness and essentially implying that I am a liar and thief. Can't go back there. They took $20+ of our money and we did not get product. Would seem that they are the thieves. Steer clear.

First ever rude encounter here, i come here for batches for instacart and my own shopping, I lost the receipt to one of my batches and I requested to get a new one. Before I even asked, I stood in line for another 10 mins, to ask about a reprint and the man with a blue Kroger hat looked at me with a mug and I stood there looking at him , waiting for him to acknowledge me. No he completely ignored me and started scanning the ladies items behind me. So I spoke up and told him that I was next and I need help with a receipt reprint, he mumbled, didn’t hear anything he said, and he told me to come back tomorrow, I told him never mind because he was rude and I explained my situation and he didn’t pay me no mind, everyone is great but him. Please make this better!

Horrible customer service at self checkout everytime no go here over the last few years. New person as of April 2022... Christina at self checkout... she wasn't even there when I stood there with a coupon and when she finally came up, she insisted that I can the coupon myself before she would do her part of clearing it out. She was rude. After that, she left again instead of attending the self checkout. Unfriendly and unprofessional even though they know you're a return customer. Also, not enough organic produce here, not even organic peppers or green onions are offered, very limited organic mushrooms too. Bathroom smells and looks horrible

Nope.Did curbside pick up. Easy enough? Didn’t get about half my order. Didn’t offer substitution, which I would have fine with. Other stores text with subs, etc Going to end up having to go elsewhere so I can make my soup.Won’t do this again.

The Kroger is nice enough. The workers are courteous and the store is clean. My main attraction to Kroger are the prices. My primary complaint would be the lack of checkers in the evening, chances are you'll be heading to the self checkout no matter how many items you have in your cart.

This locations curb side pick up is terrible. On an order for 40 items 18 of them were u unavailable without subsitution. Including shredded cheddar cheese, frozen vegetables, pork sausage and several other items that could have been given a substitution and just was not done. I have picked up from other locations without any problems. This store just happens to be closest to my home.

Possibly the most rude people ever work at this run down Kroger. I went in to buy a pork shoulder. Only two of us at the house so I only needed about 3.5 pounds. Their smallest was more than twice as big. I asked the butcher if there was any way he could help me out and cut one in half. He told me to buy the whole thing and cut it in half myself.I then drove to the Kroger on Olio Rd. Same thing. Pork shoulders were twice as large as what I needed. I told the Olio Rd. butcher I only needed a 3.5 lb. shoulder. His response? "If you go grab it off the shelf, I'd be happy to cut it in half for you."I'll never go back to the Fall Creek store. Besides the "help" being very rude, the store is dirty 100% of the time and their shelves are rarely stocked. Where's my zero star review option?

Great selection of fresh produce, and they have a decent selection of other items (like the 'healthy' stuff). A word of warning, however: If you don't have your Kroger card and ask the cashier to key in the number, they won't put yours in the system, but their own.Copied review into deli.

9.9 times out of 10.....the prices are good and they've got what a person needs. Part of me had to laugh at prior comments made by others. Anybody that rates this Kroger 1 star and/or says negative things probably has their own problems in life.... if you think about it. Contrary to the negative reviewers' opinions, the employees are cool and very helpful.

I ordered a cake for my mother's 90th birthday & was so disappointed when I picked it up. After talking to the bakery manager Theresa, she immediately prepared another cake that was above & beyond my expectations. I was so impressed with her attitude & her desire to satisfy me & correct the situation. And then to my surprise she refunded me my money for the cake & charged me nothing! The cake was a big hit at the birthday party & was absolutely delicious! I will definitely use the bakery again. Best service ever.
