It's ok for quick things just remember they are short handed a lot so sometimes they have no grocery carts inside. So I always get one outside on my way n n if they have some no harm but 75% of the time they don't have none so then must walk out n get one. Also the chocolate cookie crumble ice cream is usually hidden behind some vanilla kind of don't know why but watch out for that. Cuz soon as it gets low they start hidden it

Always crowded but I always get a great cashier to take care of me I never use the u- scans because they need to give out W-2 forms for the customer's that work to shop at a grocery store not fare at all come on people we have got to do better for society please get it together quick!

Seemed very much like other Kroger supermarkets. Quickly shopped, quickly went through the cashier checkout, maybe so fast because it was past 8pm.

It was a pretty good time while grocery shopping if there is such a thing of a good time while grocery shopping!!! The stores are used on a little crowded other out of a lot of product I don't think I really ever enjoy grocery shopping because it is usually a no-win situation you got to spend all the time to shop then you got to drive home and spend all the time to put up the groceries plus you got to pay the high prices everything is today so I don't think it can be enjoyable.

Overall, OK shopping experience t Although prices seem to be a little more expensive. The past I know that it's just society I know the kroger must keep up with society and rising prices on everything But the people in the staff were polite they got me through the line And check out pretty fast

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. It's a neighborhood market so not as fully stocked as the larger supermarket. It's open later than most neighborhood stores so for shopping for basics that is available.

This is one of my least favorite Kroger stores. It ALWAYS smells like sewer gas. Some of the staff aren't friendly either, this is evening shift.

I am really impressed with the upgrade and wow the store is really improving .I feel like I am shopping at a 5 Star store ,I love it, and all the workers are really awesome making sure we have what we need all the time, I love my neighborhood Krogers.. you rock and roll yeah..

That store is full of trash employees. The cashier and customer service worker tried to steal my phone. I went right back to the snaggle tooth cashier and asked if I left my phone and he lied and said I didn't. I went across the street and got my dad's phone and came back and continuously called it so I could hear where it was. By then the customer service lady had it. I told her she had my phone. She asked me if I was the one constantly calling it. I told her I was and that I was trying to find it because the cashier said I didn't leave it there. She got an attitude and said she didn't have time to be answering phones and shoved my phone into my hand. Ridiculous.

I have never once seen a Kroger run this poorly. They have lines with 25+ people waiting and yet half the self-checkouts are shut down and there is one line open.

Store is never clean and the lady at the self checkout told me I couldn't scan and then place my items in my reusable bag. Made me empty out my bag and feel like a thief even though I was literally checking out in front of her!! Worst Kroger ever

Sunday, December 18, 2022, 8:00 a.m. I had emergency illness in my household. Judy was very helpful assisting me in the pharmacy section that had just been rearranged. Also, the register clerks were very pleasant, as well as the gasoline station attendant. Kudos to your team.

Wouldn’t let me do zero stars but it was definitely a zero rating !!!! I Instacart here all the time and they are usually never rude , but today I come in with a cart full of pops for my Insta cart customer and the lady wouldn’t even scan my codes so I can pay . She was very rude saying there was a limit on how many pops we can get and I need to tell her how many we have before starting r ( which I work at Kroger on crawfordsville street and never heard of that )I told her yes I will have no problem telling you how many I have after you scan everything and I am situated . she called me broke because I was doing Insta cart and was very Rude .Talk to the manger Jessie and she did nothing !!

The store always looks dirty. The parking lot sucks, is there such a thing as right of ways here....I think not. Went in for Mt. Dew. No carts, walked back outside to grab one, also no effing Mt. Dew. Just going to start going to Plainfield instead.

Managers and employees are very helpful and I am always greeted if seen by them while shopping. The store itself is in need of a very good cleaning and makeover. It is not a pleasant sight. The shopping carts are horrible, dirty and usually never work well. There are usually no shopping carts available around rush hour after 5:00pm. They are usually all out in the parking lot and I have asked several times why there are none available and have been told by employees (usually at the front desk) that I will have to go out to the parking lot and get one!! The neighborhood is not the best and there are always shady people hanging around the building and parking lot. If I had another choice of where to shop I would but there's no other large grocery store close by, so I try to not visit this store after dark. The store is always crowded and must make a ton of money so I am sure this store makes enough profit to do some upgrading and make the shopping experience a better one!!! Sad but true! New carts needed desperately, I have left when planning on buying my groceries because of the lack of usable carts available.
