Fresh options continue to decline, salad bar choices are fewer and fewer with each visit, cheese on the salad bar looked moldy and was solid (as if frozen), the greens on the bar looked 3 days old, and this was at 11AM. Two bins of croutons, zero bins of chicken, ham, or any other protein. Leaving feedback with Kroger after each disappointing visit doesn't help, Kroger doesn't appear to recognize this store as one of their Indianapolis locations. This is the place to go if you're not handicapped but like to park in handicapped spaces, no one enforces the handicapped parking, so if you legitimately do need those spaces, you're likely going to be out of luck. It was a good store the first couple of years that it was open, it's a last resort now.

This Kroger is my usual grocery store. I've always had a great experience going here. The produce is almost always great with a large selection. I also frequently have groceries delivered. On the occasional times there has been a quality problem in a delivery or even an in-store visit, the customer service to resolve those issues has consistently been fantastic. I would highly recommend this location.

Amy extremely rude and yelling at me because I wanted to do a money order, the manager Sara did not help and refused to help saying that it was suspicious transaction. Sara was calm but was useless. Amy needs professional help I am really curious to know if she’s had other customer complaints. I was calm the entire time but she claimed I was yelling. Very interesting night and I’ve never been treated like this in my life!

I really like this Kroger. We have been here the three or four times we have been in town for volleyball tournaments. We are able to get fresh fruit, veggies, deli sandwiches and every other staple we need for our stay. They have a great selection on most everything. The staff is very friendly and willing to help.

Place is getting worse and worse. Now they're going full into digital coupons. Oh, you want this food to survive?? Well now its $5.50 which is more expensive than last week, but if you want to fiddlediddle on your phone (scan qr code, log into kroger account, and grant permissions that take away all your rights), we'll make it $3.50

It's a good store, busy downtown location, definitely one of the smaller versions, however it still has a Starbucks and Customer center. Nice selection of products.

Very pricey compared to the Kroger's in other neighborhoods. You do have to consider the clientele. If the people shopping here can afford better they will get better food and items. I will drive crosstown to get things that my Kroger will not sell, there's a better variety and fresher foods than in my own neighborhood.

The staff here has always been incredibly helpful. Most recently a woman there named Amy had helped me a great deal whilst she was stocking shelves, and she had been friendly.

This grocery store is situated in the downtown. Has a reasonable variety of grocery. It has starbucks, an in house bakery and a pharmacy. Vegetables are fresh, frozen section has good meat. There is hardly any discount. But quality of commodities are good.

Well stocked in spite of its size. I think the one issue I have with this location is that the aisles are narrower but don't have a mid-point break so they can feel extremely congested even when its not that busy and offer no "escape" halfway.

I visit this kroger store quite often but last night at about 10:50 PM. I knew it was closing time so I came up front so I could get checked out. I was on a scooter getting me some pop when the manager Mrs. Brooks passed by me and said Miss we’re getting ready to close in 10 minutes so I asked her, was I the only one she gonna to say that to when other people was standing around. It’s a better way to talk to people without all the attitude at closing time. if she doesn’t like working nights, maybe she need a day job and something not dealing with the public,. I’m usually there in the daytime where the staff is always friendly, helpful and courteous. Also, they had a sale on pop it didn’t say it was a limit. I usually buy as many as I want but last night I could only buy five cases. The same manager ended up ringing up my stuff. When I got home, I had stuff that wasn’t mine heads up. If you are a handicap person this store only has one scooter that works.

Called ahead of time to see if they had a chocolate whippy cake. I was told they dont know . I was expecting better customer service. But when I got there I was helped by a wonderful manager his name is Matthew. He made sure I was a satisfied customer and because he went out of his way I was. Thanks again Matthew.

Cashier on his smoke break catcalled me here a few months ago. Not cool!!!Also the small baskets are always missing from the entrance, which is highly inconvenient.Fine grocery store though, they sell food here.

Several months ago I would have given this store a higher rating but customer service has gone down drastically. Went there 3 weeks ago to get several sale items and was treated rudely by the lady in customer service. The 18 pack of eggs were on sale for $1.49 with a digital coupon but there were none on display so I asked the lady in Dairy. She said they had them but she couldn't get to them. I went to customer service and asked if I could get a raincheck and the customer service attendant rudely said I couldn't get a raincheck for a digital coupon item. As I tried to explain they were in stock, I also asked if someone could bring some out which she also refused to do. The next day I called the corporate number and requested a call from the district manager who happens to be Eric Halverson. I have yet to hear from anyone. I have several other stories about this store but I will withhold my comment until I see if I get a call in the next few days. As a disabled person who doesn't have a car that uses Uber, Lyft and cabs I can't afford to go from store to store when what I wanted was in stock. Trashy Customer Service. Also I purchased oven roasted Turkey from the deli but when I got home it had numerous black specks on it which means it was cross-contaminated with another food item which is against Board of Health rules and being that I'm also a retired chef, this is totally unacceptable.
