Wonderful store with a great dog wash self wash area. Plenty of room and the shampoos provided are top notch. Very clean. Also every person who walked in was greeted and helped which is pretty impressive and it was with a genuine smile.Very welcoming location.

These folks provide exceptional service, great selection of chews, treats, and food with competitive pricing on all items in the store.The dog wash stations are outstanding and overall excellent quality when it comes to the tools and set up.This team is always willing to help answer any questions about new products, and if they can they will order anything you’d like to have added to their inventory. I visited a local Holywood Feed store twice recently. They welcomed me as a new customer, gave me several coupons, and when my dog refused to eat the dry food that I purchased, they took it back with no problems. Then they offered me a free bag of a good quality dog food, and a few samples to try on top of that. This is the best pet store, they treat you as a royalty!

I was in the other day with my two crazy engies and a baby wrapped onto me. Although I'm always prepared to do everything myself because I'm stubborn and don't like to ask for help. Joe, immediately offered his help. Thank you for grabbing my pups food and bones and then helping me carry it all to my car. I usually order everything off line because all my dogs eat different food but I will definitely be back to continue purchasing my ones dogs food from you guys. Thanks again Joe !

I absolutely LOVE taking by big boy here for a bath! They clean and sanitize after each client, and ALL of the staff are so helpful, and knowledgeable! Last visit a young man (Cam) was particularly friendly and helpful in getting set up for a bath, and after, helping us with his knowledge about different types of treats. You can tell Cam is an animal lover, and very knowledgeable about the store and products. Thank you for this super awesome store with good for your pet products!

I buy my dog’s food here, treats, and toys! Staff is always super friendly. I always feel welcomed and feel like I can ask the staff anything without feeling like I’m bothering anyone. They once offered new salmon treats (2) to take home. My dog loved them. I now buy these for my dog. This is my pet store!!

I brought my dog to an Indy Humane event to get microchipped in the parking lot at this location. After he was chipped they let me know that Hollywood Feed had a goodie bag for my dog. I took my dog, Wrigley, in to get a goodie bag and some treats. The staff was so friendly and helpful!

Just found out about this place through K9 purpose driven training. I have an aggressive chewing female, 10 month Catahoula Leopard dog. Tuff toys are gone in 10 minutes. I got the following great items for her.-Antler-Benebone maple wood chew-Gorilla wood -reccomend (does not splinter.) She loves sticks. ❤️-Benebone wish bone-Nylabone power chew-Great customer service. Super helpful. They also price match if you find it cheaper elsewhere.They have me as a regular customer now.She chewed on the Antler a good 40 minutes. Gorilla wood was great too. She has not had others yet. Was told to change their bones out every 3 days. Variety and different chew wise.

The employees here are amazing. We took our furbaby for his 10th birthday to let him pick out some treats and a cake and they sent us this card in the mail. It was a completely sweet gesture and we will sure be back again and again.

I had a great experience today at pet people. Workers were friendly and very helpful. I have finally found a place where I can get my dogs nails trimmed for a great price. I was even able to meet the lady that will be trimming my dog’s nails. High recommend.

When I first adopted my kittens I wasn't completely sure what to do for them. The wonderful lady that works at this building came out to my car and took a look at my kittens and told me exactly what dewormer to get and what food to feed them. I could not have asked for any better of an experience. The people who work at this store genuinely care so much for your pets and it is so refreshing to see. Every time I go in there, they ask me if I need help with anything and then take me to exactly what I need! They even usually give me Churu treats for my cats for free when I purchase something which is so thoughtful for my kitties! I couldn't recommend another pet store more than this one it is the best!!

Very friendly store--you can tell that everyone working here loves pets. They've improved their selections of dog foods, including Science Diet. Lots of different treats, and their prices are very competitive compared to the big box stores.
