I went in to get headphones. The guy that was supposed to be working the front desk was not paying attention and was talking away while customers were waiting in line. The older gentlemen in the front of the line who had been waiting since I walked in, got upset and started to stuff things in his pockets(steal). I left without making my purchases. I was uncomfortable. Because I am parked out front, I saw the man leave with only the small bag. Horrible service and customer awareness.

Their always closing earlier than posted which is 10pm. They can have enough employees and still close early.-Update they closed early again, different day. A hour and and a half early this time. This place is begging for NEW Management

The point of sale system is constantly down. The store has been completely closed 6 total days I. The past 2 weeks.

They never show up on time regardless of the schedule. If you try to call the store they keep the phone off the hook so it's always busy. There's another dgx like 2 blocks away that's waaay better and the employees are very helpful unlike the idiot stoners they got.

The ex manager there got demoted and when they gave my sister his title he started to threaten her job. They wouldn't let her fire him because he's family with the higher ups in the business. I'd recommend going to elsewhere

Great store, but THREE employees were NOT wearing masks. Hello? I will go to Needlers Market from now on where all employees are required to mask up. It is respect and common sense right now. Very disappointed downtown Indy DGX.

The employees are soo RUDE yelling and SCREAMING telling me I couldn't return a power cord I had bought from them and the employee said they didn't sell them.Yelling and SCREAMING at me for No reason.I would NEVER spend my hard earned money with these RUDE EMPLOYEES.

DGX had nowhere near the selection that most dollar general stores have and is a big disappointment. They are A complete waste of time and space. Their prices are also higher than the regular dollar general.
