The worst pharmacy ever my fiance was told his medicine was ready we go there and it was not ready we waited an hour and still not ready. Their drive thru was closed and they had four people working back there no need for that wait. I'll be glad when this awful CVS gets shut down and it's run by completely incompetent idiots and if it was possible I would give them no stars

I scheduled to pick my prescriptions up on Sunday, paid with my HSA. Tried 3 different times to pick them up and they said I owed money. Then they returned them back to the shelf saying I didn't pick them up in time. CVS on Kentucky Ave in Indianapolis is the worst pharmacy ever. I've never had this much trouble trying to get my prescriptions.

The worst cvs they never have the medicine you need they never answer the phone and when they do they act like it's such a problem half the time they are closed bc of staffing I had all my family's prescriptions switched to another pharmacy and have had no problems. Don't waste your time go to kroger or any other pharmacy.

‼️ do not use the cvs on kentucky ave.yesterday my daughter got released from the hospital and the iu north pharmacy didn’t have one of her prescriptions in stock so it had to be sent somewhere else. we chose cvs because it is closest to our house. we went up there on the way home and they said they did not have any prescriptions for her. so i called iu north back and they said they did call it in once but they will call it in again, which they did. my daughters dad went back to cvs and they said they still had nothing. i called a few times and sat on hold for over 20 minutes with no answer. by that time they were closed so i had to wait until today. i’ve been calling back and forth for 3 hours with no answer. i went back to cvs again and they said they had nothing and i was almost in tears so angry because my daughter needs this medication, she was literally in the ICU and they are doing nothing to try and help me out. i came back home and called iu north pharmacy again and the guy i spoke to on the phone said he will call and do a verbal transfer and he would give me a call back. i just got off the phone with him and he told me that cvs refused to take a verbal transfer and hung up the phone when he was in the middle of speaking. they are extremely rude and unprofessional and not helpful at all. do your job. we will no longer be using this pharmacy.

Worst CVS in town. The staff never seems to know what they are doing and are extremely rude. I use to love this CVS but now I hate it when I have to go there. The scripts are never ready when they say they will be ready. I recommend everyone go to a different CVS

I just moved to this side of town and they are the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with! They’ve never answered the phone multiple times I called to transfer prescriptions. I tried to transfer on the app and they kept rejecting it then changed the quantity and made me wait forever before they would fill it. It was finally ready I waited in line yesterday to get it just to be told “they can’t do nothin bc their system is down.” Come back today and they’re on lunch come back again and now the power is out! It’s been 2 months just trying to fill one prescription bc I prefer the manufacturer CVS carries. The rest have had to be transferred to Kroger.

Recording said ready at 118, circling twice in the 6 car line and after 1hr 8min waiting, finally got the prescription from the drive thru tube that appeared to be covered in lube or old ketchup....sanitizer and wipes needed.

I remember when CVS was the best most efficient experience. This is simply not true anymore and every time I don’t think the service could get any worse, it does. Slow is an understatement and the employees are typically under trained and left with little to no leadership support.The pharmacy has stopped it’s 24 hour service and is probable the most expensive player in the game and is the only thing slower than the front register.It’s sad to see what use to be my go to drugstore fall to ruin like it has.

After sitting in the pharmacy drive thru, being the 4th vehicle in line, I got to the window and they shut the window and closed the blinds for lunch. They saw me!! Now I understand the importance of a break but this was uncalled for and just plain rude. 1:30pm Wednesday July 26th.This has been my pharmacy for years and I've never had an issue until today.

Not a bad pharmacy, but unfortunately they are horribly understaffed. Understaffed to the point where no one can even answer the phone; making it very difficult when you have an issue that you cannot take care of using their app.

The Pharmacy is staffed with a bunch of people who clearly either don't want to be there or just don't like people. They will bash other customers while having customers at their counters. Last Saturday they told me in the drive thru that they were short staffed and couldn't do drive thru that day. I went inside only to see 3 employees behind the counters, no customers at the counter and one employee calling customers wanting to use the drive thru lazy. I've never seen anything as unprofessional as the Pharmacy at this location. The staff outside the Pharmacy seems pretty nice though.

This is the worst pharmacy. It’s been months of them just closing whenever. I’ve spent the past 3 days going up there, each time they are closed. This isn’t just lunch. This is at 2:30pm 5pm 12pm etc. this place is a joke

Huge shout out to Katianna and the rest of the pharmacy staff! After not being able to get an antibiotic my child needs do to a nation wide shortage. Our Dr. Prescribed another one, however insurance wasn't going to cover it. Even though being extremely busy she took the time to work with me and was able to get it from almost $200 to less than $30. To the people in the line making rude comments I hope you are never in a situation where you need someone to take more time with you then others think you deserve. It's the beginning of a holiday weekend of course it's busy, you need to grow the hell up!!!!!

If you are going to close the drive through and make everyone haul their kids into the store to pick up prescriptions you should have more than 1 of the 6 people behind the pharmacy counter (3 of whom were leaning againstthe counter laughing) ringing people up. I had to wait in line for over 30minutes with only 2 customers ahead of me.

Pharmacy staff is always a joy to be helped by ! After reading some of the reviews people have left you can see how hateful people can be. Every time I have came in to pick up medication they have been short staffed but they always get the job done! Keep on doing what your doing.

If I could give this CVS 0 stars, I would. They never want to help, they just look at you and walk away. The pharmacy is the worst. I’ve waited almost an hour in line before when there was only 1-2 cars in front of me. Can’t go in because my little is immunocompromised and the inside of this store is disgusting. I’ve had my sons specialty transplant medication shipped here multiple times and they’ve “lost” it TWICE. We got billed because they’re completely incompetent. It was signed for by someone there and then they can’t find it? What are they doing with it? Keeping it and selling it for pocket money? They never answer the phone and when they do, they’re very short and very rude. The only respectful person I’ve dealt with at this pharmacy is the short-haired blonde. The rest are rude and if you have questions or concerns, they scoff, roll their eyes and give you major attitude.This pharmacy needs to fix their issues ASAP. We’ve switched pharmacies and will never be bringing our services there again.

Wasn't 1:30 yet and they had the gates closed and I couldn't turn my daughter's script in for her meds and could hear them behind say no one its coming shut it down I responded I'm out here and it's not 1:30 yet and then they said well our computers are shut down we open back up at 2. Well how are you going to shut gates before it's time when the lady at the front even said your gates should not be closed yet and I could hear you saying well shut it down no one is coming but I was clearly there before 1:30 even stated it wasn't 1:30 yet! And I'm sure the computers don't just shut themselves down.

This location’s pharmacy absolutely sucks !! I asked my boyfriend to stop and get me my prescription and he waited in the drive thru line FOR OVER 30 MINS and the excuse was “there’s only 2 of us in here.” If you can’t have enough pharmacy techs to even run if, why are you still open? This has been an ongoing problem. And the rudeness is unbelievable. I’ve had luck with ONE tech and I don’t think she works there anymore. Don’t choose this location.

This CVS is seriously the best. I had a few issues when I first started coming to this store but have not had a single issue in a while other than sometimes hard to get someone on the phone but that’s due to the volume they do here. Recently three other CVS stores have closed in this area and this one store has taken on all of that volume. If you actually come in the store and treat this stuff like they’re human beans because guess what they are they will do and do for you. Just like every other profession right now they are understaffed and overworked people come in here yelling and screaming cussing at the staff and they take everything they can from the brood impatient jerks. The store truly is amazing and their stuff will bend over backwards for you if you treat them like they’re humans.

Pharmacy is always so slow especially the drive through half the time they have a problem with my medication. Which I dk why because my former cvs that closed on rockville road had no problems filling any of them. There shod be a rule put in pla e that if u ha e questions you need to go into the store to pick up your meds where there are more ppl to answer instead of holding up the line to keep it moving and not having to wait over 20-30 mins in line. If my insurance took other pharmacies I would change. Makes sense they close down a fast great cvs but leaves one that is slow af and not having ppl knowing g what they are doing

Only good thing about this location is the door greeter guy, very polite. For some reason I find myself coming back to this trash CVS location. Every time I come here to get some medicine that’s over the counter…their shelves are always….and I MEAN ALWAYS..80-85% freaking empty…absolutely ridiculous, it looks like Walgreens from now on . Their lucky they got a 1…if you like CVS, that’s fine. I’d stay away from this location, especially if you’re needing something immediately.

This is the worst CVS pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with! I’ve waited in the drive thru several times for over an hour! I’ve went inside several times and service isn’t much better. My doctor called a prescription in for me on Wed. 9/8 went to pick it up today, went inside waited 20 mins before being helped. Was told it wasn’t ready & it would be a couple of hours before it would be. I told her to just have it ready the next day. What’s 1 more day it’s already been 3.

Had Dr. call in 2 prescriptions today. It took a little over 5 hrs. to get filled!! This pharmacy is either way too busy or needs improved staffing. Have gone here for years and it used to be pretty good! I doubt they have "that many more" customers. I can request a refill or new RX at Walmart market down the street and it's usually ready in 20 mins. Changing all meds. now to Walmart. Good bye CVS

I've been on the phone over an hour waiting. No one has checked in with me. Pulled up and 5 car just sitting in drive thru to be serviced. What is CVS doing to speed up process? People are in pain sitting here. Also, I was here yesterday.. twice! Extremely long wait. And I was told they couldn't find my insurance. Ridiculous. Im fully insured!! Please someone step in and help this location.
