I can’t rave enough about city way animal clinic fountain square! I originally switched my golden retriever to this vet clinic because he suffers from allergies and some obesity. His old vet was okay and cared for him well enough but I felt like there was better care out there for him that I could find. And that’s where I also can’t praise Dr. Crow enough. She is the most caring and kind vet I’ve ever worked with. Our first appointment she spent so much time with us going over everything big and small related to my dog. She is so knowledgeable and up to date on new medical everything. She was so genuine, honest, and answered all of my bazillion questions. I left feeling so assured my dog was getting the best possible care and treatments. We’ve been in multiple times since for some ear infections and every single time I go to the clinic I get the same feeling I did as the first time. They truly take the time to get to know you and your pet and make it just an all around positive experience. Such a refreshing and wonderful clinic!

I had an ear appointment for my chocolate lab at City Way clinic...my doctor was Dr. Crow. She greeted my lab in such a sweet loving way, calming her so that she could look at her ears. My dog walked to the next room with Dr. Crow to receive medicine without hesitation...my dog has never done that with a veterinarian before! Dr. Crow reviewed with me what she had done and followup instructions for when I went home. Dr. Crow made the visit easy for me and fun for my dog.

I have 3 cat kiddos and City Way FS and Mass Ave have been so great. I brought in a kitten I found under a car about 5 months ago and Dr. Crow and the team went above and beyond to help my sweet Luci have a full recovery! Dr. K has also been amazing, from surgeries to annual check ups. I definitely trust my pets in their hands & would recommend City Way to anyone!

I just returned from my first visit to City Way Animal Clinics - Fountain Square, and I am SO pleased with the service, the facility, the atmosphere, the cleanliness and most importantly, the staff. Dr. Crowe was thorough, as was the vet tech who did our intake. The ladies working reception were so warm and welcoming and knew the moment we stepped through the door who we were. They greeted us by name and proceeded to make a big happy fuss about my precious boy Grissom. I was there for a vaccine and an new-patient intake appointment, I expected to be shuffled in and out in 20 minutes, but the staff took their time, did an outstanding job, and didn't skip the welcoming pleasantries. I am so grateful to have found a new veterinary office so close to home. I feel confident my beloved pet-child will be in good hands anytime he is there for care.

LOVE this vet office! We've had several appts since we decided to move our pets here full-time. Dr. Crow is amazing! Meatball is always a good boy at the vet. He loves all the attention and staff. Prim Rose has always been nervous at the vets office due to her previous vet. The staff takes their time with her and works with me to come up with a plan that will help Prim to be more comfortable. The entire staff is amazing! The quality of service is top notch!

Miracle was so sweet! I was so nervous about my visit but she was very kind and gentle with my cat and made us feel safe. Dr. Crow was very reassuring and gave me all the info, overall a very pleasant experience, especially considering how anxious I was. Everyone was so kind, I would give more stars if I could!

My pup had some issues around the holidays, during a normally very busy time, but City Way was accommodating, and we were able to get in with Dr. Kurdziel and her tech Sara. Dr. K is obviously a very knowledgeable vet. We came in and she instantly had a care plan ready, and knew exactly what to look for with our issues. I appreciated the professionalism and kindness of both Dr. K and her tech Sara. Dr. K had patience, attentiveness, and a good bedside manner with my normally anxious and reactive dog (who did just fine with her), and a confident demeanor along with all that knowledge, that I really appreciate having in a vet. She was able to provide a lot of information on the issues and several options for how to address them. I can say after visiting Dr. K that my pups issues resolved quickly, thanks to her care and recommendations!

We took our puppy to Dr.Crow for her very first puppy visit during Christmas 2023. We live in Austin, Texas but Dr.Crow has become an amazing lifeline and resource for us to go to. We've been able to keep in touch with her and she always asks about our girl and how she is doing.Yesterday after our puppy's spay, we were informed that there were some complications at our vet here in ATX. We reached out to Dr. Crow to gain some more information and see if the complication was normal and if there was anything that we should keep an eye on. She eased our anxieties and even offered to look over the doctor's surgery notes! You can not find this kind of GENUINE care anywhere else. We wish that we still lived in Indiana so that we could take our pup to her. If your pup is your baby, like ours, this is the type of relationship that you want with your vet that will last a lifetime. We appreciate her more than we can express.Highly recommend Dr. Crow!!!

This is a great veterinary office. They always answer the phone promptly and can get us in with a reasonable time frame when either tech or vet apts needed. Vets themselves have been very good as well. Never wait long. Patient with our anxious dog. Front desk staff friendly and also have stylish hair and fun nails.

I worked at City Way - Fountain Square for over a year, and having seen the inner workings of both support staff and the vets, I can say I fully recommend them to anyone, and still take my own animals there (I no longer work in the vet field.) Dr. Morgenstern and Dr. Crow are incredibly caring and detailed veterinarians. They have helped me so much with my own pets, and I trust their opinions fully. Seriously cannot recommend these doctors enough for their care and concern for all dogs and cats regardless of breed, behavioral issues, or special needs. You get what you pay for and although the prices aren’t as low as a low-cost clinic, the care and aftercare you receive makes it well worth the slight increase in cost.

We have been taking our dog to City Way for around 4 years. There is always great availability with scheduling, the staff is kind, and it always feels like everyone genuinely cares about our pup. Dr. Morgenstern is our go-to. She is always direct, reassuring, and knowledgable - making sure we know every option and the pros and cons of each. I’ve been to many vets, but my favorite to date is Dr.Crow. She never makes me feel dumb for any of the silly questions I ask. My 18 year old dog Frankie has bad arthritis and had been losing her ability to walk or stand without falling over. One morning she was no longer able to stand or walk at all and I feared it was her time. I brought her in to City Way Animal Clinic and Dr. Crow gave her a shot of Librela. When I brought her home 10 minutes later- Frankie was able to walk and she was no longer falling over or crying. I was shocked and amazed. And since then she's actually had more energy and has been willing and able to take daily walks around the block. I am so extremely grateful to Dr. Crow for giving Frankie her quality of life back and for extending her life and making us both very happy.

This clinic is amazing. From the moment you call to schedule through your appointment, everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. One of our dogs has major people anxieties so a trip to the vet has never been an easy feat. I am so thankful for Dr. Crow and the staff for making our vet trips a breeze and understanding that patience and respecting personal space go a long way for our pup. For the first time since adopting him (3+ years ago) I can finally feel confident in going to the vet and not have to worry about traumatizing him further.I also greatly appreciate the transparency and that all fees are discussed so you're never surprised at checkout. Not once have I ever felt like more expensive options were pushed on me, but instead have gotten honest feedback and advice with the option of more expensive treatments as the "if this doesn't work, then..." option.I am so glad we found City Way Animal Clinic and I recommend them highly to all pet parents.

Dr. Crow is one of the best veterinarian in the United States and an absolute gem. She goes above and beyond for all her patients and truly cares. All of the staff treated my English bulldog and I like family. Everyone knew our name, and my Dozer actually LOVED going to the vet to see his best friends. He would get the biggest smile as soon as we walked in those doors. 😊 Thank you so much for all you do. I’m truly blessed to have found this clinic, and a vet like Dr. Crow when my Dozer needed it the most.

Dr. Kurdziel is an absolutely phenomenal vet and an incredible asset to Indy. In my twelve years of having pets, no one has come close to this level of genuine care and professional competency. In particular, I find while past vets have given my dogs good care, they never seemed particularly interested in my cats until I came to FS Animal Clinic. I brought our Golden Retriever, Daisy to Cityway Fountain Square recently and all of our expectations were exceeded. We were taken care of by Jess and Dr. Crow. This was Daisy's first visit to the clinic and she was made to feel comfortable, loved and cared for. Jess did an outstanding job of assessing Daisy's needs and Dr. Crow went above and beyond when giving the wellness exam and provided me with thorough explanations, options for home care and even followed up with an email providing helpful links for Daisy's home hygiene regimen. This is the second dog that I've taken to CityWay fountain square and it is consistently a pleasant and professional experience! Thank you Dr. Crow and Jess. Not all heroes wear capes!

We love City Way Animal Clinics - Fountain Square! They are extremely affordable compared to other vets I have been to in the past. They specialize their care for each animal and family, they really take the time to listen. We had a very old pup with many issues that they help us care for many years. When it was time for him to go over the rainbow they were more thoughtful, patient, and kind than I could have ever imagined. Between the many visits of talking me through it, special cupcakes saved for him and the handwritten letters in the mail after, we couldn't have felt more love and genuine support. We now have a puppy that goes here and we are forever clients! Thank you always City Way!

I cannot say enough good things about Fountain Square Animal Clinic. I've gone to a few other veterinarians/clinics over the years and have never received the level of care and attention we get at FSAC. We've gone through a few cancer diagnoses with them and they are incredibly caring and understanding and very open to discussing ALL options available with budget in mind. I have never felt pressured to move forward with any treatment and trust they will provide the best care possible. Recently, we've been working with Dr. Crow and Dr. Morgenstern. our dogs love them! They collaborate to make sure whoever we see is aware of any issues so we don't have to wait for specific doctor availability and we don't have to start over every time we have an office visit. The staff is incredible, too! It's clear they love our fur babies and our fur babies love them (except for the cat, but she's a cat, so...). One of our dogs gets a little anxious so we stop in on our walks for a no stress visit and they are always very accommodating and happy to see us. Shout out to Tasha, Jess, Dulce, Miracle, Mikaela, Jarrika, and, of course Dr. Crow and Dr. Morgenstern for making what can be a stressful vet visit enjoyable!!!

They got my baby in for an emergency surgery when no where else would take her and for away less cost than anywhere else had quoted me.. and they are very und e standing and explain the procedure and cost before doing anything with out ur okay.... highly recommend this vet.

For over 20 years, City Way Animal Clinics has been the official veterinarian of the Butler Blue Live Mascot Program.
