Our fur family has had the best experiences at this boutique! Absolutely love that they don’t kennel pups while they wait for appointments. They are so sensitive to our dogs needs, from our old man to our sassy 1yr old. CAMERON, their senior stylist, is a rock star! Our pups always come home so fresh and neatly trimmed. Customer service is exceptional, communicative, and kind! The prices are so reasonable for the high quality experience every time. Tip: Book ahead 7weeks for Cameron, she is popular! Kammie did a great job on my older dog. Other groomers have had trouble with my dog and did not want to handle him. Kammie is willing to work with my dog on a relationship and did a great job on his cut despite him being difficult. Highly recommend this place! Front desk is also friendly & welcoming.

Took my 43lb pit mix in for a nail trim, the tech Camy was very good, with just a bit of patience my gal was all set. Friendly staff returned my call promptly, other techs working in the boutique were friendly too. Reasonable rates as well. Would def recommend.

Our new (formerly stray) cat Arland looks so much better after having a bath. He was a little upset during the bath, but started to doze off during the blow dry (see photo).Also, contrary to what Google has posted, they are open 7 days a week.

I wish I could pick this place up and drop it in Columbus, Ohio. We picked up our new rescue dog in Indianapolis and she was so terrified and smelled awful, so we stopped here to get her a bath and some other supplies. I didn’t catch the woman’s name who helped us, but she was AMAZING. She helped us give our dog a bath, gave us all sorts of advice and info about food, collars, etc. she was so knowledgeable about everything and so so helpful. I can’t thank her enough for all her help. Now our pooch is clean and happy at home ☺️ If you live in the area, take advantage of this wonderful place and their incredible staff.

Bow Wow Meow definitely has our loyalty for our precious Stella! The best part about Bow Wow is that they don't crate the animals. They get to walk around and even socialize with the other doggies! Bow Wow is perfect for Stella's grooming needs! Would highly recommend to all pet owners in Indy!

I absolutely adored this place! The staff there helped me get my cat in for a shave despite every other groomer being booked for MONTHS. They had very clear, and consistent communication which was so appreciated on my end. Jessicah took amazing care of my Mia Wallace and gave me a full run down before and after the groom!! We took our new rescue pup to Jess over the weekend, and I am SO HAPPY we did! I wanted to find a place that wasn't going to cage our dog because she has a lot of anxiety at the groomer and just got out of a shelter. They were pretty booked up, but I am so glad I waited to get her in. Jess was amazing and made sure my dog was comfortable with her before she started any of the service. My dog was super anxious so she suggested we come in with her during her grooming service so that she would be comfortable. She was so in tune with our pup and really made it the best experience for her possible! We will definitely be back!

We booked a nail trim / file for our newly rescued senior gal. Her nails were soooooo long when we got her and we wanted them given some extra care because of the length and her age. We booked the appointment online, super simple process. We showed up a little before her appointment and were seen right away. All of the staff was very friendly and welcoming! Cameron was great with handling of our old lady and did a fabulous job on her nails! The storefront had a small retail area, some accessories and novelty items for sale! I would recommend Bow Wow for anyone looking for nail and grooming services!

We took our 8 year old rescue Corgi mix to Bow-Wow for a full bath and nail trim and they did an AWESOME job with her!! She looks great (and smells) great and they really took the time to work with her and care for her! I’d definitely recommend them! On top of the fact that they care and tend to each dog individually and work to their individual needs, you can’t go wrong.Plus, they have a nice selection of cat and dog toys and treats and different collars and leashes (some made locally)! They also have fresh, locally made dog treats available!!

I’ve been taking all my dogs here for several years. The personalized service from Gretchen is the best, and the low stress environment for the dogs makes it an enjoyable experience for them, and of course the excellent grooming staff. Jessica turns my gremlin shih tzu into an adorable shih tzu every time and tolerates her sass-tastic attitude with grace and my cattle dog always looks sharp after a visit.

I've found my grooming "home" for my (adorable but sometimes problematic) older cat. Jessicah always does an amazing job, and my cat really loves her. I have been looking for a nice, dependable groomer for my furbaby and came across the great reviews for Bow Wow Meow Boutique. I reached out via Yelp and received a response within 30 minutes offering me a time slot for the following day! (Wow!). From the time I walked into the Boutique until the time I picked my pup up the customer service was excellent! It was also an added bonus that when I walked up to pick up Ava (my dog) she was being held and cuddled by the owner, Gretchen. Cameron did an excellent job grooming Ava and her cut really exceeded my expectations! Such a great added gem in Fountain Square! I am thoroughly pleased! :) I will definitely be back!

The staff were super friendly and had a great understanding of my pet. I have a giant floofer of a kitchen tiger and they did excellent with him. His fur was matted in a few spots but they gave him a nice comfortable cut 🙂. I could not be happier with the service and help they gave me. I will recommend them to any good pet owners anytime.

We absolutely love it here. Great people and great service. Our dog never loves getting baths or having his nails done, but even he's excited to go. The staff is amazing, Jessicah has been doing Oliver's nails and baths and he is always excited to see her, even it's bath time, because that's how much he loves her.

We had a great first appointment! Gretchen and Jessicah (who came highly recommended) were both very friendly, knowledgeable, and great with our corgi! We got a nail filing today to get our dog acclimated with the new place and people, and we are looking forward to dropping him off in a couple weeks for a mini-groom package!

This place is open late... 1700 on a Sunday for this type of service is unheard of. They didn't take my pups protesting personally and it helped I was able to stay with him while he was being worked on; which is also unheard of. They worked through my pups fussery and fixed him up nice.Quick, quiet and quality work. Yeah I'm coming back, definitely... Perhaps one day they'll be ready for my boss level fussy dog... I might need to bring help for him, but that's an experience for another day.

This is the best place for your pet needs! They have grooming appointments along with the ability to bathe your pet yourself! Lots of amazing items that are all made here in the US and some even locally from the city. My pups love seeing Gretchen and her crew!

The people who work here are such a pleasure to interact with. I had my dogs bathed here for the first time recently and I couldn't be happier with the service, price, facilities, and staff. They really care about the dogs having a stress-free experience, and have a lot of unique touches in place that make that possible. We take our pet here for self service washes. She is skittish and does not do well with other pets. We love coming here! The staff are very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They have a great selection of cleansing products- including options for pets with sensitive skin, organic and locally sourced. You can’t beat the prices here based on the selection of high quality products you get to use. The baths themselves are spacious, solid on the bottom, always clean and very nice.

I brought my dog (whom I've only had for a week) in for a self-serve wash today. I was a little nervous and unsure of how he would handle his first bath, especially because I had never bathed a dog before. We got in and Gretchen immediately led us to the bath area, which was pristine. She was incredibly helpful in helping me calm him beforehand, and helped me choose the best shampoo/conditioner/brushes to use. I didn't feel rushed at all, and even though my pup wasn't the biggest fan of bath time, it was a good experience for both of us overall. I'm looking forward to returning in the future!
